The customer service at Olive & Fig was excellent!!! Olivia was a pleasure to deal with and she even fixed a mistake that I made on one of the orders at no extra cost. The charcuterie boxes were beautiful and the food was delicious. We ordered a dozen boxes and everyone was extremely happy with them. Delivery to multiple locations was smooth and on time. Olive & Fig has met and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely order from them again.

OUTSTANDING! There are so many companies doing charcuterie boards these days, and I didn't know which one to choose. I've ordered some in the past that have been low value for my money, with items you could get at any grocery store. When Olive & Fig's platter arrived today, I was both relieved and overwhelmed at how amazing it was. It was FILLED with high quality items and looked so beautiful. If you're looking for an amazing quality charcuterie board for a reasonable price, look no further.

We have used Olive & Fig on 2 separate occasions so far. First she delivered 2 beautiful platters for our daughters 1st birthday. The presentation was beautiful, the food so delicious and creative, a work of art! Our Olive & Fig Mediterranean grazing table was also fantastic. The food was outstanding - highest quality, fresh, large variety, plentiful and beautifully presented! Both the graze and the platters amazed our guests and they continue to rave about it to this day! Olivia was easy to deal with, very accommodating and well organized. I would absolutely recommend Olive & Fig to anyone looking for a grazing table or platters. She will definitely be doing our parties in future!

Absolutely amazing in every way! Olivia was incredibly helpful and the grazing boxes were gorgeous and delicious. Each box had a handwritten card and flower tied on to add that special touch! I cannot wait to order again.

I have been following and loving these beautiful boxes for some time, so when the opportunity to use this company came up - I ordered!! Unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. The box did not arrive at the delivery address between 10am -12pm as ordered. Instead it arrived at the billing address between 3pm - 3:30 pm. My email to them advising what had happened received no response.

TL;DR - Passive aggressive customer service and confusing delivery standards.No phone number available for customer support. Website says 2-hour delivery window, but when you go to order it's actually a 5 hour window (11am-4pm). When it didn't show up by 4pm, I couldn't call anyone because the contact page doesn't list a phone number (what business doesn't offer up a phone number?). Unfortunately, because my order was for a gathering that evening, I left because I wasn't sure if it was going to show up at all (since I can't call anybody to find out). When it eventually showed up, they left the package on the door step in the sun so the food got wasted, even when their website says "In the event that no one is available to accept our delivery within the two-hour delivery window selected, we will reach out to you to schedule another delivery for another date. Because a fresh, new product will be created, a fee of 50% of your original order plus an additional delivery fee will be required." So I simply asked for a refund and was informed that "As it stipulates in our Terms & Conditions (which every customer must acknowledge prior to completing their order), while we always aim to deliver within the preferred delivery window, especially as a small business, there are elements outside of our control and can cause unexpected delays. Some of our customers have an appreciation for this." I'm not disagreeing with the terms and conditions (we're not going to court over a food plate) or that it was within their control. At the end of the day, the 'reliable couriers' that they chose didn't come through that caused the purchase to go unfulfilled so I asked for a refund. I guess I don't fall under the 'some customers' that are okay with late deliveries and unfulfilled orders?

We ordered the "Grazing Goodness" platter for our small backyard wedding a month ago. The guests adored the aesthetics of the platter and it made a really great focal point at the food tables. Everything was fresh, tasty, and devoured quickly! We were concerned at first by the delivery window that was stated on the website. Fortunately after sending an email regarding the concern, Olivia quickly responded and stated that they would for sure place our order as a priority and would ensure that the platter would be delivered on time as per request; it in fact did arrive on time that day! Olivia, the owner of Olive and Fig, is an absolute joy to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients and her passion for food is shown through the fine details of her work! Her grazing boxes are absolutely delicious and filled with an assortment of the highest quality ingredients - specialty cheeses, cured meats, grapes + berries, artisan breads + crackers, chocolate, jam, honeycomb + herbs! Don’t forget to order her delicious homemade donuts, made from scratch. They are to die for!! Her boxes are always thoughtfully presented, they include beautiful fresh flowers and incredibly sweet personalized notes.
