This review is for Plast used by Etobicoke Suzuki School of Music - NOT for Natalie's Kitchen that happens to share the same address. Etobicoke Suzuki School plays here and the facilities are great for the kids to play their strings instruments, however, the waiting area for parents is a little less comfortable. Bring your laptop fully charged and your WiFi hotspot to work.

The food was astonishingly delicious, fresh, extraordinarily flavourful, PLENTIFUL and served with love and and professionalism. Each dish was reminiscent of not only our beloved father, but brought back to our family the extreme talent of our beloved Baba. The worst food I ever got . I would not recommend this catering company to anyone because the food was tasted very blah. I think I was better off buying frozen and putting in the over would of tasted better . Also they said they would not charge delivery , but they did guys all I have to say pay attention what you are being charged. Thank you

When Natalie makes the "Homemade Traditional Cuisine" she promises on her website, it's delicious! However, buyer beware! We ordered homemade mushroom Vushka, yet over half of the order was store-bought tortellini instead. And it was mixed in with some of her homemade Vushka! Natalie's "excuse" was that they were busy with orders, and had to "supplement" the orders with store-bought food. Very disappointed!

Fantastic quality of food. The taste of everything was delicious. They are very well known for their potato salad and pierogies and the crepes are not done in a traditional style but are absolutely fantastic.

Traditional Ukrainian foods, literally made in the basement of a Church hall. Their pierogies, meat sticks, cabbage rolls are excellent, second only to my wife’s. This is a very popular place, and orders around holidays should be placed in advance.

Disappointing food and bad attitude from owner when we tried to complain. Dont order here. PS I just saw you replied. I didn't "come with anyone on a mission" you sound absolutely paranoid, stop smoking so much marijuana... I mean you wrote it on a bunch of reviews, that we are teaming up on you. I ordered food from you, it was really dry and bland, so I wrote a review. If you can't take criticism maybe you shouldn't be in business. What a disgrace that you bothered trying to reply to a bad review and give yourself a little "we make homemade food" advertising. Looks like others on here have also noticed your food isn't fresh and is store bought frozen to "supplement" your food. Don't try to pass the buck to your customers when you are to blame fully 100%.

Was told they needed to supplement food with grocery store bought frozen packaged food, only after I inquired on the phone after a poor meal purchased here. They wouldn't have told me so if I didn't ask - so much for everything being freshly prepared. Not going to order again, my wife is Ukrainian and said this food isnt fresh and is as canadian as it gets when cooking eastern european food (in a bad way). I was just trying to be nice by ordering for her, I'll think again coming here. Bad attitude on the phone as well from the owner.

Some of the perogies I ate tasted different from others in the batch, drier, and less filling (or more). When I called to inquire the owner told me they supplement their "home made" food with frozen store bought because they're busy. Nowhere on the site does it say that, it only says home made. Extremely false advertising, one in maybe five of the perogies I ate tasted okay, the rest were definitely reheated from frozen. Not fresh, not homemade. Frozen from a package from the grocery store tastes better - definitely don't come here if you want quality for your money. I essentially paid a massive mark up for cheap frozen food from the freezer section of their local grocery store.

Hello Julie - I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic service and the fantastic food that you delivered today for Dad's interment dinner. The food was almost exactly as my grandmother used to serve at family gatherings. Dad would have loved the fact that we had such a wonderfully authentic meal together as a family in his home. Sarah was also very helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. We will be planning a memorial service for Dad in the fall when restrictions open up, and we will definitely contact you for catering.
