What a welcomed addition to Etobicoke! Everything we ordered was executed perfectly and incredibly delicious. Location has lots of parking and ordering was extremely easy using their website. In addition to the hot menu items they have ready to go cured and smoked meats that are sliced and vacuum sealed, along with prepared Italian meatballs, pasta's, sauces, etc. which are great to stock up on for those nights you don't feel like cooking! They're taking all of the right safety precautions and we felt very safe picking up our order. Looking forward to ordering again!

I saw FidelGastro on social media & just had to stop in & see if it was worth what everyone was talking about. It def does go above & beyond expectations! We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich & it was simply delish. Good portion & the bread was so good too! Also picked up some smoked salmon while I was there-for morning breakfast bagels. It was very fresh/tasty. Have to come back again soon & try the Wings & Cubano sandwich. Chef Matt was personable, friendly & informative. Def worth the visit. Great Job FG! ????????

I can't think of another chef I would rather have to cater my party than Matt Basile and his company. And not because he is a celebrity or because he is a great entertainer, but his range of talent on a range of cuisines is second-to-none. Having a party? Make sure Fidel Gastro's is on your top list of three. He does very special work. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job creating an incredible and creative menu that met our needs and likes for our outdoor wedding! The food was absolutely delicious! All our guests enjoyed it. The communication with the team was excellent and they're so professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amy was always so professional, quick and so accommodating at the admin end and Matt and his team cooked up truly the best food truck food around! The food from this company is soooooo good. I had the Deep Fried Chicken Sandwich with pad thai fries and it was literally perfect. A massive piece of chicken in the sandwich. A total 10/10. I've never had it that good. All of their food it top shelf. Great Catering company to hire.

Fidel's has the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I've ordered from them a few times now and every sandwich is simply perfection. Their Cuban Hoagie sandwich is amazing, but I cannot recommend their Honey Mustard Fried Chicken sandwich enough! Will be ordering from them again very soon!
