Wolf meal prep or way of life foods is my go to For meal prep in yyj. Their no refined sugar policy is the way to go. All whole grain and all natural ingredients with their zero food waste policy. Makes wolf meal prep my go to for everything food on the go.

I've been ordering for six months now. I like doing the "mix-and-match" option then I can design mains and side myself. I've had many of their dishes — one of my favourites is the Korean Pork Chop with a side of Garlic Chive Asiago Roasted. Order online and delivered to my door! I'm flex-etarian (my word) and I've ordered some of the vegetarian options as well. Great service all around and priced on-point! Thank you!

What I love about this company is that they seem to be the only meal service that delivers to the west shore. As a shift worker, this service is a life saver. I buy the 6 dinner meal pack because its a minimum $80 order but I never know what meals im going to get in the delivery. Ive never had a bad tasting meal but I would say that I am often disappointed with the meals being too salty and having way too much cabbage. I also really wish there was some kind of calorie and nutrutional info with the meals.

Thank you for your services!! I absolutely love what your company is doing. I have been searching for a meal prep business that does it all and you are it! It was frustrating to order from other meal services, pay the money, get the food and then STILL have to make the meal. Now I can just order from you (Wolf), and it all done for me - Food delivered, already made and ready to eat!! I won a GC my gym BPM, I placed my first order a few weeks ago and was amazed at how much food I received for $99, plus free delivery!! I had healthy already made snacks, lunches and dinner for work, for the whole week. As well as side dishes to add to our dinners. As a busy mom of three and a business owner, your meal prep is a lifesaver which helps me feel less overwhelmed. I just placed my second order and I am so looking forward to it! I highly recommend.
