If you have an additive personality, I suggest you stay away from the entire line of Power Bites. If generous amounts of meat put you off, probably best to stay away from the Sheppard's pie too. I can go on and on here, but I think you catch my drift ;)

The cuisine was absolutely delicious, everything from the starter salads, tasty bites to the main course. His ability to be social and to get the food plated is truly a joy to watch, his chef skills and artistry is amazing. My husband and I stumbled upon Cookin’ on the Coast on CHEK TV just flipping channels a few months ago and enjoyed the show very much. We happened to have to go downtown Victoria today and thought we should visit chef Michael Williams’ Urban Forage. What a treat! We felt very honoured to have Chef Mike made us a Grilled Veg sandwich on Foccacia with hummus. It was the most delicious veggie sandwich I’ve ever had. Being vegetarian, I was often disappointed by the lack of choice and how bland most of the veggie sandwiches were. Not this one! I love how everything at Urban Forage is homemade and locally sourced. The cafe is beautiful with plenty of seating at the Atrium which is filled with natural light. Can’t wait to try the ancho chilli sauce we bought there! Thank you Chef Mike! Please continue to inspire!

Chef Michael is a genius. Small meal preparation to feeding a large group of hungry team members, he always surpasses expectations. Just enjoyed a Covid-safe, distanced outdoor staff lunch for 40.
