I had the privilege knowing Guy Le Monnier, the owner of Island Gourmet Catering and Ambrosia Catering Centre on Fisgard. I met Guy to discuss a job and was taking on a tour through his facility. the kitchen where everything happens is first class, tasted the food and it was fantastic. Something only a french man can do - really good food. As part of the graphic design job I did for them, my research was to get to know the business and how they operate. And boy they didn't disappoint. the staff was very professional and focused at their task. I certainly will recommend Island Gourmet catering for any parties, events or work gathering.
