The food at Zuppa is fresh and delicious at breakfast or lunch. The hours can be a bit spotty. They tend to change them frequently, but this is only ever an issue evenings/weekends. I recommend the wraps. They are huge and usually enough for two people. My biggest complaint is the espresso. They use good enough beans, but they don't know how to pull an espresso shot/make a latte. Work on that and I'll be there every morning!

I wanted to like Zuppa more than I do. I've frequently been disappointed by the quality of their drinks (was once given an iced latte that was just a hot latte with steamed milk poured over ice instead of being made one with cold milk - was quite gross). The breakfast sandwiches are extremely dry. The pizza is pretty good though. Overall a solid 3/5 for food, drinks, and atmosphere.

I live near to Zuppa and am quite a big fan of the coffee and food there! Great selection and good pricing. My issue is with the staff, I've only seen one woman working there recently and she seems utterly miserable, she is quite rude and seems to almost hold customers in contempt. I like Zuppa but do not want to go because of her.

Went to Zappa for the first time in years and was very pleased with the cozy interior, delicious wrap and side salad for just $11 (reasonable given the very generous portion size!), and kind/helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Good food, the main fellow is always friendly and patient when I don't know what to eat. He doesn't stand there staring at me waiting for me to decide, which may sound like a small thing but it's a relief. There's a good balance of constant vs. rotating menu items and beverage choices, and the breakfast sandwiches are top-notch. Nice atmosphere, and a small selection of interesting books to browse while you're there. Uses Floc membership, too.

Their pizzas are good. Thin fluffy crust like the Argentinian pizzas. Decently priced. Chicken wraps are a whole lot of lettuce and not a lot of chicken. Their banana Nutella muffins were delicious until they started to forget about the Nutella. If there is something great about Zuppa is that they listen to their customers. A friend ordered the Nutella banana muffin after my previous review, and they are back to their original recipe. Super moist and Nutella all the way in. Thanks for bringing them back, Zuppa!

I have been going to zuppa for over 4 years. And I receive amazing services and food every single time. My usual is Caesar wrap with hot sauce. It's just amazing. Food portions are generous and is always fresh. I really enjoy their desserts as well. And coffee is always fresh. Really recommend this to everyone.

An independent coffee place that is not pretentious... imagine that! I had the Italian sandwich with a medium latte (which just so happened to be huge), and was very happy with both items. The sandwich was served warm, with very tasty ham and fresh toppings, accompanied by a small salad, charming! The latte was fresh, hot, and robust, just the way I like it. The service was courteous and friendly, I felt at home while enjoying my early lunch. When other customers came in, they too were treated with the same excellent service that I enjoyed. I will be back!

We ordered from Zuppa for a catered lunch for staff. I was responded to within 5 minutes of inquiring about catering, and it just continued to get better from there! The food was fresh, tasty and affordable. We will definitely be ordering from Zuppa again.

I visited Zuppa cafe on my last trip to Edmonton and i was really impressed. I tried the mediterranean wrap. The ingredients were really fresh and i was satisfied with the portion. But the best part was the great service. Both the owners were really amiable and super friendly. They were really patient while i was taking a little long to place my order, but also keen to advise me on the house specialities and the ingredients. I wish they could open up a little branch here in Vancouver. I highly recommend this spot for great good and the great service.

Wraps 100/10 (You read it correctly, 100 over 10) that's how good they are. Pasta can be eaten by three people in one plate. If you are going alone go for half order. Salads are great and the grilled sandwich was also very good. This is a place which does not have much spice in their food and hence the only suggestion would be to have some Sambal Olek, Chilli Flakes on side.

Went here for the first time yesterday with a friend and was greatly pleased. Ordered 2 types of tots, a wrap and 2 london fogs. They had not gotten they're shipment with some of the items that were supposed to be on the tots so the owner opted for cheese which i was very much appreciative of. I've ordered online a couple times before, but this is the first time I came inside. The server was very nice and helpful, and very persuasive, as he convinced me to get a fresh apple strudel too, when I only came in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They have a decent-sized breakfast menu (bagels, bacon and eggs, sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich), plus baked goods at the front. Lots of drink options to choose from, especially if you're a coffee-lover. The wait for food was not long, and the place is nice and clean, with light wooden tables and wooden chairs, and lots of art hung on the walls. I definitely recommend this place, and I will come again. The only downside is, while they're open early at 7am, they're closed by 7pm, so it's not really a dinner place.

Ordered their large Pizza today. Price to quality ratio, there is just nothing that can beat this place in the city. Plus, the service is super efficient once the order is placed. Everything on their menu is just a solid option. Todays Pizza tho, moved me to finally write a review. The crust was crispy to perfection, and the topics are well curated. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We placed an order from Zuppa for a work lunch for 20 staff members. We were a bit concerned due to COVID restrictions, but Zuppa did an amazing job and provided us with individually packaged bento boxes for each staff member complete with sandwiches, a mini samosa, 2 cookies, and a piece of the most amazing lemon loaf, as well as a can of pop. Everyone loved their food. It was so fresh and delicious and had such good flavour, and all our staff felt very safe having their own packaged meal. Thanks for the amazing experience Zuppa - we will definitely be ordering again!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mandy and Kirat at Zuppa Cafe. I met this lovely young couple a few summers ago as they were preparing to take off on their honeymoon. They have continued to offer great food at reasonable prices over the years. Their service is always prompt and friendly, demonstrating social consciousness through their support to the homeless population. Zuppa is providing a take out service during the pandemic closures. I would highly recommend placing an online order and eating across the street in the park where you can physically distance on benches and picnic tables. I recently had their pizza that was amazing. Their tomato soup is memorable. If you’re looking for coffee and a sweet treat, they have great cinnamon buns, carrot cake and the biggest slices of homemade pie found anywhere. Give these guys a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We ordered Zuppa Café for an office lunch today -- we had Mediterranean salads with spiral pasta and tomato cream sauce. The lunch was for 15 people and we could have fed another 15! Zuppa is so generous with their portions, and the quality of the food was excellent. Everyone said how delicious it was, and kept asking where it was from. We often order the individual salads for lunches, but this was the first time we had them provide a full catered meal...it won't be the last. We would highly recommend Zuppa Café. They obviously care a lot about customer satisfaction.

I had a pasta lunch catered to our office which required some specific details and requests. The owner/manager Kirat Bawa was extremely accommodating. He exceeded all our expectations. The food was of exceptional quality, the portions were so substantial that we had lunch for 2 days. The service second to none. They met our every need. I would highly recommend Zuppa Cafe for catering. There in house menu is also amazing. They aim to please and they ticked every box on the amazing scale!

I have eaten here many times over the years. Things have changed quite a bit over the years. Sad to say that the breakfast wrap I ordered this morning was horrible. They left out the sausage, the three cheese was one cheese, no salt in the egg and very sad looking compared to past experience. Too bad the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.

overall not great. the guy was super nice, milkshakes were ok but seemed like it was just milk with flavour in it, which was disappointing for $5. it was really shocking to see the guy let someone who seemed to be his friend, use the bathroom, when there’s so many signs saying no bathroom, and there was a review from the other day of them denying a child the bathroom.

When the pizza first launched, the ones I had were a bit too doughy from being undercooked. But I can say that now their pizzas are fantastic, tasty and at an excellent price point. If you live in downtown Edmonton, give them a try. Great sauce, good crust, right amount of cheese and cooked to a nice crispy pie!

I have been eating at Zuppa for years on and off and have just recently over the past few months started eating here regularly again as my new job finds me just down the street. The current owners of the cafe are not only the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met, but are also just honest, hard-working people. Aside from the owners setting such a positive, enjoyable setting for their cafe, they also serve INCREDIBLE food. I'm one of those people who enjoys eating the same thing everyday and I have to say, their Mediterranean salad NEVER disappoints. Throw some chicken on it and it is a delicious meal. The bang for your buck at this place is unreal. Besides the salad, their desserts are also delicious. I've never had the muffins, but their strawberry-rhubarb pie is amazing and dont ever get me started on their cinnamon buns. They just recently changed their cinnamlon bun recipe and suffice to say these bad boys are quite possibly actually little slices of heaven (especially grilled!!). I do not think I have ever written a Google Review before, but this place made me want to go out of my way to share how awesome every single expereince I have here is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)
