So far this is the best Greek place I have ever been to in Edmonton. The food is very good. They have very nice sitting arrangements. They have some weekdays specials in city centre. This week their Wednesday special was Lasagne, Thursday and Friday special was lamb leg. The lamb leg is soft flavour full and unique. Along with regular Greek and Caesar salad they have Chick peas salad, pasta salad. Their sides are also very good quality. Their pita bread and French fries are crispy, pilaf rice has an unique flavor and test. I have added a picture from city center of Thursday special of lamb leg with Greek salad and pita bread.

First time going here today, it's alright and ordered the chicken caesar salad. First noticed how greasy the wrap was ,had to use a napkin just to eat. The wrap was overthrown with chicken, that is all I could taste and barely any salad. No croutons and too much sauce. Despite this, I would order again but be very specific on how I want my order.

Where do I start with my LOVE for Urban Greek, seriously the only place I trust enough to eat in City Centre, the aroma of this place simply ignites the whole ground level upon entry of the mall, next would be the fact that everything on the menu is absolutely delicious and worth a try! Authentic Greek food for half the price a Fancy restaurant would charge you. So i'm talking a full skewer of lamb, lemon potatoes, Greek salad, and pita+ tazaki PLUS drink for 16 $ Also out of this world portion sizes for an amazing price! So lucky to work so close to this Amazing establishment!!!

Don’t tell my wife that last part and actually you could order whatever makes your mouth water, but now you all know my weakness. Great Food | Super Quick | Eat Here Often!

This place is phenomenal! The Spanikopita can't be beat, especially with a side of garlic fries. Their tomato feta soup doesn't skimp on the feta. Don't get caught in the lunch rush. I add that I think the falafel is a dry, but everything else is keen.

Urban Greek is a fantastic place in the heart of downtown Edmonton. If you sit inside, you will get table service with a feeling of being in a true Greek home, or order at the front counter to take away. Alcoholic drinks are available, and my favourite is the Spanakopita or Greek Fries. The owners are the warmest people and the service is incredible. One of my favourite lunch time spots all year around. Side note, their catering is always on time and is a huge hit in the office!

Dean and Stephanie you two are amazing! Your catering for our daughter's engagement party was simply fantastic - everything from chicken skewers, keftades, fresh salads, spanakopita ... and the hummus was pure gold! All extremely tasty and perfectly cooked for 80 (not easy to do!) Thank you for making my life so much easier as I was able to really enjoy hosting our guests:) FIVE STARS!!!

Staff used the same gloves to refill thermal receipt paper and then handle my food. Not only disgusting but toxic with BPA. Threw out the food and will never return.

Purchased the Donair entree. Service was super quick, less than 3 minutes from order to delivery. Staff are really friendly and efficient. Will be recommending this place to my co workers! I'll be back to eat again!!

This place is a very nice place to have a good meal in relative peace. The seating area is quaint and quiet and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. I’d eat here again.

I went in today for the lamb special- wow was it amazing, quick and inexpensive (BUT NOT CHEAP QUALITY)- around $13 I think- they have lamb as a special Thursday and Fridays. Food was so fresh and amazing= great salads- great spot for low carb eaters ;) I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone considering trying it- I can see why they have such a lunchtime following!!

Great little place. Lots of menu items to choose from and quite reasonably priced. They are extremely busy but worth the wait. There is a small restaurant, however, the lineups people picking up their meals for lunch, etc. Portions are more than enough and lots of feta cheese. The only complaint I have is that quite a few pieces lettuce in the greek salad had brown edges and that never impresses me. Plan on going back for a donair and trying that out too! ????????????

We have gone 2x now. The 1st time we went, the food was amazing!!! So good , the flavor! Couldn't wait to go back. The 2nd time, I was a little disappointed. The consistency wasn't the same. I had ordered the same dish as the 1st time I went, the chicken souvlaki. The rice and potatoes were soggy and the chicken was dry... Of course I will go again, I love Greek food. So just hoping that they will pay attention to consistency ???? thanks guys! Keep up the great food!

I work downtown and our office ordered in. The food was great and tasty. There was chicken skewers with potatoes and rice also the Greek pasta salad and spinach with chick peas salad. Hot was hot and cold was cold. I have also ordered from the restaurant and the staff are friendly and courteous. The portions are a good size for a reasonable price. I will definitely come back and hope the next time our office orders food it will be from Urban Greek. This location is inside Edmonton City Centre Mall but not at the food court so there is a small eating area right there but it can be full at lunch when they are the busiest. Most people ore here and go elsewhere.

I don't know what all these great reviewers experienced, but it must have been better than what I did. My food was bland and flavorless, the salad was way overdressed. It was so sloppy that I couldn't even hold my wrap without covering my hands in dressing. The fries were great, because they were crinkle cut from a bag, hard to mess those up. Won't be returning, and it definitely wasnt worth the 17 dollars I spent. Save your money.

Love the food! Great staff. Frustrated by the messy line up at lunch. Their system can find a bunch of people behind you getting their meals before you - even if all you are getting is a simple Donair. This is a challenge because you then stand there wondering if they lost your order and if you should speak up.

First time eating here, Service was great, very warm and friendly. Had a Donair Wrap... disappointed, had way better donairs in many other places. Did not like the flavor of the Donair, would say it would be 2/5. Very little tomato or onions, sauce was only on the ends. But willing to go again to try another dish as the souvlaki platter that someone ordered beside me looked amazing.
