Just stopped in for a bite off the street, was in the mood for breakfast, was offered the special, I wasn't really in the mood for a lunch sandwich, but I'm honestly happy I did, it was exactly like Christmas Dinner in a breakfast sandwich, it even had gravy on it (omg). Had it with great smoothie, great service, family owned business, and to top it all off, it was $20 for the both of us (my friend had the Butter Chicken Salad and absolutely devoured it).

Fantastic food! Extremely delicious and fresh food you can feel good about eating. Super healthy and very tasty. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. The service was great too, very fast and friendly. An awesome place to stop by for breakfast, lunch, an early dinner or after your workout for a shake, smoothie or meal. Definitely will be returning!!

This place is amazing!! You must stop and try their food, you will not be disappointed! After a workout, I usually get their Tikki Sandwich or the Quinoa Bowl and I feel amazing! The staff are great and friendly. Highly recommended :)

Some of the best smoothies I've ever had in my life! The "Green Orange Creamsicle" and "Coco Loco" are my favorite! I've also tried many of their specials and was never disappointed. Himanshu and Stephanie are great people, they treat you well and they're fun to chat with. Great food, great people, a rare gem in the heart of downtown!

It's on the North entrance of the YMCA. There is a sandwhich board and window sign outside. I went inside and to my right to see a modest counter and glass display case showing off some of the menu items. Two staff were helping a man who, as I later found out was a regular, had a hard time communicating. They were very patient and kind to him, giving him their full attention to complete his order.

Great healthy eating options especially after workouts @YMCA . Fast service, great tasting food, yummy smoothies. Try out their cupcakes. Custom cakes. Very creative in taste and design. They are delicious!!! They cater for gatherings as well.

Awesome, exciting specials that have great variety and awesome standby hot and cold lunches. Always lots of veggies incorporated in the dish. Fast, healthy, interesting, well priced and friendly. Perfect lunch spot!
