Absolutely amazing food - EVERYONE loved it. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. Elizabeth put in a lot of work and care. She is very assertive. She knows what is good, and you can really trust her judgement on food and what to order. We got the deluxe buffet and we had so many leftovers. Accommodating, and top notch professional service. The food tasting was also very professional and we got to sit down and actually try it and ask questions and suggestions- unlike Acapella who just gave us our food in to-go containers (they don't have a sitting space for tastings) We gave Ela Euro a try because of the online reviews, and we were thoroughly impressed with the tasting and on our actual event. Despite my family trying to coerce us to book a Chinese caterer for our wedding, we went with our gut and booked with Ela Euro. Tip: Get the european coleslaw. It's not on the website menu. I'm not a coleslaw fan but this is different. Not the white sauce coleslaw - a tangy fresh addictive salad. Everyone at the wedding was like "DID YOU TRY THE COLESLAW?". Also, the lemon chicken (my favorite), herbed potatoes, and cordon bleu were outstanding. The butter was crafted into a gorgeous flower. People were taking pictures of it haha. The cream puffs were soooo good too. Now I get why they have amazing reviews and fiercely loyal customers. I would vouch for them any day.

2018 is the fourth year Ela Euro has provided catering for Everyone's Ballroom Dance Association's annual Anniversary Gala Dance. Always great food. Always great value. Always great service. Below is more detail from a previous year. Our dance club, Everyone's Ballroom Dance Association held our 25th Anniversary Gala celebration on Oct, 3rd 2015. Thanks to Elizabeth and her staff, who worked with our board and volunteers, everything was amazing. The food was delicious with lots of variety including prime rib, salmon and turkey and lots of deserts. There was plenty, with many people going back for seconds. The decor was breathtaking, candelabras at the entrance and on each table, sheers on the walls and silver drapes on each side of the stage to accent it Everything was done better than the really high standard that we had asked for. I even think that the ambiance created the mood which seemed to energize the band who really out-did themselves I am president of the club, and lots of people were telling me that they had never, in their entire lives, seen or felt any event so amazing. WOW. I am so glad we did not go with any ordinary caterer!

What?! No 6 stars?! Elizabeth deserves much more then 5 stars. Being an at home chef i am super picky and hard to please when it comes to food, i was so grateful when a client of mine introduced me to Ela Euro to cater my wedding. First she was so flexible when it came to setting up a time to meet, not only that but as much as she has been in the industry for over 25 years she is so humble. The food was absolutely delicious!! Her staff are very professional and efficient, in and out so smooth you dont even notice their presence. I hope to host another event so i can use Ela Euro again. You should too. Like now. Also, get the salmon.

All of our guests raved about their flavourful meals, especially loving the lemon chicken! Elizabeth was extremely accommodating and flexible working with us. We were thrilled with the whole dinner service and dessert selection was incredible, so fresh, all homemade from scratch, doesn't get any better. They were super efficient while serving the guests and the meal was served on time and hot!! They did a wonderful job setting up, cleaning up and the service staff was so friendly and courteous. We very very pleased by Ela Euro who catered our recent family event . Two items to improve upon : 1) the tea water was only warm and not hot as expected, 2) the peach beverage needed more/better flavouring. All the food items were fresh, well presented and tasty. We had Ela Euro cater for an event we had some time ago and her skills and organization are simply excellent. The decorations (which I believe aren't even offered by standard catering services) are of superb quality and the food was great. The few minor issues we had were fixed quickly and professionally and the whole event ended up being nearly flawless. Highly recommended; would use their services again without a doubt! Just make sure you plan ahead - the amount of work Ela gets done is impressive, but it also means she does get booked up!

If it's not on their menu they will go out of their way to make you anything you want. The food at our wedding is still talked about today (4 years later). Guests will never leave hungry. I attended a function this week end that was catered by Ela Euro. It was absolutely amazing. The Turkey was great, the roast beef, superb. And the cabbage rolls, perogies and gravy were spot on. And then to top it off there was the assorted deserts from the cream puffs and of course the apple strudel. The catering staff were very attentive and extremely professional. My only complaint...not enough room in my stomach and not big enough plates for everything. Great food, great service . I would highly recommend for any event whether it be a wedding or work function
