Myself and my colleagues went to Dedo's food truck, the food was unbelievable! We had the shawarma poutine, chicken shawarma wrap, chicken shawarma platter, beef shawarma platter and the falafel platter. Everything was fresh and made to order quick and efficiently. Make sure to get the hot sauce on the poutine and platters!

And once I got the food in my hand, it went into my face. Maybe too fast. The garlic sauce, the hot sauce, perfectly grilled chicken and beef….. I think I want more shawarma now. Thanks Dedo’s!

Dedo's is my absolute favorite! If they aren't at the hospital I work at I make sure to go to the St.Albert Farmer's Market to get my fix. The shawarma wrap and garlic sauce is superb. And their stuffed grape leaves are SO delicious!! Customer service is always on point. Just overall a buisness I love to support :) keep up the good work guys!

Had the Philly Cheese Steak... while it was ok, the flavour was a bit odd - entirely different than a genuine cheese steak you get in Philadelphia. Service was fast and friendly, but the odd flavour of the Philly Cheese Steak really threw me for a loop.

Best chicken shawarma EVER! Hands down, sooo good! The men working the truck are phenomenal! Chicken Shawarma Platter (with the salad) and the Chicken Shawarma Wrap are to die for! I usually see them on Fridays outside Toy'sRUs... not today though... So sad and hungry... they deviated from their original routine... ???????? Still 5 stars and best place ever though. Hopefully they will be back in their West end spot this coming week.

Dedo’s is the only place we go for shwarma. The portions are generous, the seasoning isn’t too strong but still brings nice flavour to the meat and rice, and their salad has a wonderful garlic dressing that I have never been able to find anywhere else. Me. Dedo is polite, friendly, and remembers me from season to season at St. Albert’s Farmers’ Market. He also travels around Edmonton during the week-his location can be found using the Edmonton Street Food app.

I was told the baklava was vegan and afterwards found out they use butter. They need to know their product and respect customer's sensitivities more. What would have happened if I was allergic : ( I hope they remedy and look to the future and veganize their dishes.

Had the Mixed Shawarma Patter today from Dedo's, also tried the Shawarma poutine. Recomend the hot sauce! We were nervous but it was a perfect addition of a hot flavor but not spicy. Delicious! Go find these guys.

Dedo's is by far the best shawarma in Edmonton and area! I always get exceptional service each time that I go... Which is nearly weekly. The food truck is the highlight of the St. Albert market. My only wish is that they establish a store front so I can get a shawarma wrap whenever other days of the week.

I just had this today at an office event. Their food is amazing! Love the falafel and the baklawa and the fries are delicious. Generous portions and the staff are very friendly. Usually there's not a lot of vegetarian options available but they have quite the selection. I could have their food every day and not grow tired of it. Definitely recommended! ????

Love Love Love Dedo's. The food is very good, in quality and portion and it's hard to choose which item to have each and every time. I highly recommend the mixed shawarma platter as you get a little bit of everything. I really like the salad that comes with this but the fries are excellent as well. Garlic sauce amazing. Try the baklava as well. When they are gone I miss them.

Feedback: Wells; -The chicken wrap was great -One of the employees apologized for the delayed service due to training. Can do better: -Reduce the wait time. It was not busy at all and the wait time for and order was 30min -Orders lost. My order was lost in there order processing system that includes writing your order on a piece of paper not sure what happens after that. You just wait (30min) and hope that you order has been placed. In this case my order 3 other people orders were lost. Its advised to re-visit your ordering process in to order to reduce customer waits.

Had this food truck at Brick main office and had falafel wrap. Amazing! Full of flavour and a great portion size. And baklava for dessert was super moist. Highly recommended if you like big bold flavours.

I got chicken shawarma plate ..the quantity is soo little for the price full of oily rice covered with CRUMBS of chicken..Soo salty ..the chicken is not shawarma..it is cooked on a stove as any regular food ..not grilled and not flavored..he asked me to choose between fries and salad ..(which is weird and cheap as all shawarma plates have salad and fries)..I choose salad..he gave me 2 small pieces of bad quality of lettuce..I asked as well for garlic and was the worst garlic I ever try ..looks like they mixed with mayonnaise..very bad experience. Not going back and I don't advice any one for the food ..the city is plenty of good shawarma restaurant but not this one

There is no other food truck I would track down as hard as I would Dedo's! At first it was a struggle to keep up with their facebook page and such, but they recommended me to download an app called Street Food Edmonton, and search their name and ever since then I would make an appearance at least once a week! If it's your first time, try the chicken shawarma, and if you still have room, the cheese cake is to die for!

I was not sure if I wanted to do this review but decided maybe it will help Dedo’s (my once favorited food truck) improve upon its customer service/business style. My Wife and I have been making it a weekend date to go to the Farmers Market in St Albert and have Dedo’s for lunch most Saturday’s during the summer over the past couple years. However we have decided this “lunch date tradition” is going to stop as the prices at Dedo’s continues to rise (we even noticed and increase from one weekend to the next weekend) and the quality of food, service, and timeliness of getting your order has declined. In our most recent experience my wife and I both ordered the Chicken shawarma wrap (no pickles). My wife took our number and waited....and waited...the number before hers was called (it was shawarma wrap) but the customer did not come to pick it up...maybe they got tired of waiting? The girl at the counter placed it back behind the counter and then several minutes later our number was called but only one of our wraps was ready (hmmmm interesting) and they told us our other was coming off the grill shortly... My wife brought me the first warp and waited a couple more minutes for hers (by this time I’m pretty sure I was given the “no show” persons wrap). I had this wrap as my wife stood in line my wrap had pickles and was cold and my fries were stale. So needless to say I feel Dedo’s was passing on an old unclaimed wrap to the following customer (me) to save them a buck at my expense and displeasure. I would’ve taken the wrap back but after waiting nearly 10-15(+) mins for my order I just didn’t care anymore and won’t make a point to stop in at this food truck on our weekly St Albert Farmers market visits!
