Beautiful assortment of interesting & unique cold cuts some traditional some new & exciting flavours from different sources in the city. All accompanied with matching dips, pickled items & lovely fruit. the Art of Charcuterie is something special that I warmly recommend.

She even understood how to help me when I was getting around by public transportation, and right away knew what to do! My mother never suspected this treat, and she loved it! Wow. Wow wow wow. These charcuterie boxes are delicious, beautiful, and an experience unto themselves. My husband and I got a charcuterie box for two for Valentine’s Day, and let me tell you it was as amazing an experience as actually going to our favourite high end restaurant. Every single item in the box, down to every little grape and edible flower, was fresh and delicious. The selection of meats and cheeses were so well thought out, each distinct but complementary. The box looks small, but we were SO FULL and did not finish everything. We paired our box with a bottle of champagne and honestly had the best time. I cannot recommend these enough. I’m so excited to do this again soon.

Amazing. We had a client event at our office, Diana came out to Leduc, set up and stayed for the event to romance the items she had set up. She even made plates for guests and walked around to hand them out. The set up was phenomenal, even better in person than in the pictures. Diana provided a lovely charcuterie board for a recent dinner party, and it was a big hit! Great variety of high quality smoked and cured meats, cheeses, condiments, breads and lots more. The portions were ample--we had lots to graze on the next day--and Diana was very easy to work with. Will definitely use Art of Charcuterie again!

I attended an event that featured one of Diana's charcuterie board selections and was utterly blown away by the exquisite variety of fine cheeses, meats, pates, crackers and breads. Whenever people are planning parties the first thing that comes to mind is "you've got to get Diana's charcuterie boards!" If you want high end party snacking, Diana's charcuterie boards are leagues above the rest. Highly recommend.

I was completely astounded by the level of detail and care that clearly went in to building these Charcuterie boxes. This is such an amazing idea for a gift rather than the traditional roses. The recipients were amazed and so thankful for something so intricate and thoughtful. The fact that they even offer vegetarian options was amazing. We had some dietary restrictions and she had lots of recommendations for us to work with that. I hired Art of Charcuterie to help me put a beautiful display out for the pre wedding family time at my home. I did not want to worry about food on the day of my sons wedding but wanted to host a beautiful wine and cheese, Diana surpassed anything I could have even imagined. Not only was it the most amazing display of food art I have ever seen, it was such good quality and variety of food and we had plenty left over for a breakfast the next day. Diana made my day so easy, she came back after we left for the wedding, cleaned up and I came home at the end of the night to a clean kitchen and food in my fridge. I would highly recommend using Art of Charcuterie and I totally plan on using Diana again for events in the future. Thank you so much!
