Had a rough start when I surprised them with my order that was already confirmed wouldn't be an issue by the owner, the staff did manage to pull through and the food was more than enough for 8 average people. We did get a bit more other stuff just in case (extra desert brought from outside. Cavallero pizza + chips might have been over kill). Very good food and portions.

Absolutely amazing service! They took their time to make suggestions and walk me through the various choices. I went with eggplant Parmesan, green beans and 3 salads. It was to die for! Highly recommend!

The food merits 5 stars but the service and overall experience definitely loses them a few stars. They rarely seems happy or polite , and the prices are expensive and also not displayed or labelled so it's always a surprise when you get to the cash and find out your bill total. The food IS delicious, BUT the operation needs manicuring.

The salads here are AMAZING, The curry chicken one is to die for. I have not tried anything else but the 3 salad plate is always my go to if you're passing by or live close you should really stop and give it a try!

I go to Eat Chez Vous on a regular basis to buy their excellent salads for lunch. The other day I decided to buy a beef lasagna to share with my friend for dinner. We were both very disappointed that the lasagna had literally about one tablespoon worth of beef in it.!!!

We used Eatz Chez Vouz for our company Christmas party and it was a great success! We ordered their Parmesan Chicken, Brisket, Ceaser salde, greek salad, garlic potatoes and grilled vegetables for 40 people. Everything was delicious, fresh and in very generous portions. The staff were extreamly helpful, understanding and caring. The food arrived on time as promissed and at the perfect temperature. I strongly recommend them to any and all and will 100% use their services again!

Terrible service. They saw that I was a visible minority and served the customer that came after me (non-visible minority). Once the customer was served, both employees went in the back kitchen and refused to come back out to serve me. I had to leave due to the amount of time I had wasted..I will never go back to this place ever again. I will be sharing this story to my friends and colleague as well. Management needs to change the staff ASAP.

I am wondering whether this place changed ownership over the years. Just returned after many years (was no longer working in the area), and was shocked by the poor service and poor quality food. Both times, it was a challenge to get anyone to help me and the food was "meh". Purchased beef stew last week that was a tough as leather and bad tasting. Crab cakes gave me an upset stomach. Soup was not much better than soup from a can. Being ignored by staff was difficult to understand as I was the only person in the store.

I waited 1 hour for opening only to be told one day before a holiday that there was no carrot tzimmis, no potato latkes, no chopped liver, no cucumber salad, nothing ready at all. They said that they didn’t start to cook yet. Tomorrow is a holiday and if you come later in the day they tell you nothing is left because they ran out of stuff. Very poorly run. You need a new manager, owner or cook that knows how to have stock ready the day before a holiday. What kind of a Mickey Mouse operation is this?

Not bad not great. Perhaps I’m biased due to pretty bad service from 2 of the 3 people we dealt with today. The lady at the cash was wonderful, but the older gentleman and woman definitely lacked on the service skills. As for the food, it’s “meh”. The sesame beef breading was soggy and fell right off. Tasted good, but texture was not up to par. Really wanted to like this place, but lack of service and food quality is enough for me to stay away in the future

I never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will never come back to this lousy business. They absolutely have to know the ingredients of the menu, which is not the case. Imagine a child allergic to peanuts. A real disaster. Not recommended (Original) On a demande si la salade choisie contient du porc. Ils ont confirme que non alors qu il y en avait. Le commerce ne sait meme pas ce que compose ses menus. Lots of soups but many have cream in them for no reason! Some of the pureé soups could have easily made dairy free. I tried one of the few vegan soups and it was a bit bland. Needed to add salt and pepper. The jumbo shrimps were very good. The sweet potatoes were average. The brussel sprouts were undercooked and looked like they had Parmesan sprinkled in them which I only noticed at home so I washed off the potential dairy devil. Staff was functional but not particularly friendly.

More than once, I’ve purchased products that were not fresh and had a bad scent. Additionally, I’ve observed some staff being extremely rude/impolite with customers.

Truthful Critique

The brisket had a rotten smell, it must have been sitting there for a long time. Not one person could say if a particular item was ready or not. The owner told me that I did not have to go back there anymore. She mumbled swear words as she walked away from me. The most rude and horrible experience ever. September 2018.
