When I first came in I thought that the music was turned up a bit too loud, but then realized that it was live music, that changed everything, wasn't expecting that at all. I had a quarter chicken dinner with rice. The chicken was good; not great. The rice was lackluster. The salad/soup bar was well past its prime. Prepared salads were drying out on the top and the soups were nearly empty and very short on liquid. My companions had super donairs and both enjoyed them.

When eating here, bring your big bucks because it's definitely not cheap. That being said, it is almost always worth the money! I personally order Pizza Delight as a treat every now & again, and I've never had any issues with their food or service. It fills your belly and tastes great! Definitely one of the better quality restaurants in Summerside. Five stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

Coming from a big city where real Italian pizza is easy to get I have to say I've been spoiled. Even the low end *greasy spoon* pizzas are good. Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered here did not taste anything like real pizza. The sauce tasted like the BBQ sauce that you get for your Mc Donald's nuggets. It was gross. The toppings were cold and chewy with big chunks of raw cold onions etc. There was no gooey cheese as one would expect, and the crust, well, I'm not sure what that was. My husband who will eat anything couldn't eat more than one square. I'm hoping to find a good pizza place nearby. I'll keep looking. Sorry.

Numerous occasions I did not receive what I paid for, but no big deal as accidents happen. For my daughter’s birthday, we ordered 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas. Once home, we discovered that once again the order was incorrect. I called to ask for a note to be put on my account to hopefully prevent this in the future. The lady was kind and offered me a credit for the 2 pepperoni pizzas. About a week later I didn’t feel like making dinner. An older man that is usually working(manager or owner) answered and proceeded to claim no credit existed and they wouldn’t have given me one anyways. I had zero interest in creating a fuss over $25 worth of pizza, so I told him I would just pay for 2 pepperoni pizzas and please add the usual cheese pizza on as well. I get there…he forgot one of the pepperoni pizzas. Instead of apologizing and saying there must have been a mix up, or even the slightest attempt at behaving like a professional, he went right into accusing me of lying about what I ordered. He insisted that I never mentioned anything about pepperoni pizzas even though he knew to make one of them. He then raised his voice so everyone in the room could hear and stated that the credit didn’t exist and I am lying to get free pizza. This is right after he stated that there was no mention of pepperoni pizzas when I called and while I had my card in hand to pay for the pizzas. I can understand mistakes. With lots of pizza orders, mistakes are bound to happen, but to accuse me, the customer, of lying, and proceeding to yell at me with a room full of people because he doesn't want to acknowledge his own mistake is unprofessional at best. I tried being pleasant and explained the facts but he kept cutting me off to argue with me. Eventually, I just walked out. Silly thing, my phone records all calls. I would have been happy to replay the call giving the credit or the call when I ordered the not 1, but 2 pepperoni pizzas. I can only hope a surgeon has removed whatever was up his butt that day. In all seriousness, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. If this is their level of service face to face, who knows what he is doing behind closed doors. Another shameful business in what would otherwise be a beautiful and kind town. Sad face.

I went there with my daughter whom has a 1 1/2 year old daughter and my sister whom has a 4 year old girl. The service was okay until my grand-daughter of 1 1/2 yrs got out of her high chair and started wondering around...she would take off the table the cuttlery and bring it to us, there was a man sitting behind us that would point to the waitress's ( staff) then they would walk up to her and tell her no...they kind of guarded the area...and didn't want her anywheres, that is when we asked for our food to be packed and bills and left....I have never ever been served this way in a million years, I've worked as a server in Pizza Delight and the Diplomat in Fredericton, so as my sister whom worked several years at the Pizza Delight as a server in Moncton, and NEVER served customers or made them feel as they were not wanted..... I will NEVER EVER go there again!!

There were food remains on everything from menus and plates to the pizza holder. The pizza was so soggy it couldn't be picked up without the not-so-fresh toppings sliding off. No effort was made to improve our experience after politely mentioning the inadequacy of our food, despite being asked why we would not like to take the remaining six and a half slices home. If you are looking for a descent pizza place for the family, and don't mind some TV screens, Boston Pizza has consistently delivered descent service and quality food at a fair price.

So far, every time my fiance and I eat here we get nothing but fast, efficient and friendly service! The food is always hot and fresh. We are both caesar salad fans in particular and Pizza Delight never fails us. The caesar is never soggy! Always fresh and crisp with the perfect amount of dressing. The food we got was good -- however, the buffet was lacking in selections. 2 pizzas / 1 finger and a handful of dried up pasta selections. I have gone to other locations and gotten more for the same money so will likely not return to this particular one. This was on lunch time, on the weekend and the place was full - I heard several other people complain about the same thing. Staff was generally very friendly.

This was my second time at the Pizza Delight in Goose Bay. I ordered the Barbecue Chicken Panini and it was excellent. The waiter that served me is very busy and still made the time to ask how my meal was. I enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. Nice restaurant.

Had the buffet lunch. Not great. Salad bar had meh lettuce, slimy green peppers and thinly sliced tomatoes that were meant for yesterday's pizzas. The 4 different pizzas weren't overly hot. I won't be doing the buffet again for sure. Service was good though.

Saturday dinner buffett at 6pm... waited 20 minutes for pizza, garlic fingers, dessert and almost everything else on the buffett to be replenished. The place was busy and extremely short staffed. Kudos to the few emlployees trying to run the place but the experience does not make me want to return.

Tried ordering online but it refuses to accept our address here in Wabush. I have called 28 times so far, one hang up, 2 unanswered and they have the phone off the hook the remainder of the times. Its been over an hour of trying and still no luck. Not very good service

The service is always great. The food can be hit or miss really. It was half a hit half a miss. Their traditional menu items were terrific. We tried the new oven baked subs. It was hard as a rock on the outside and soggy on the Inside. They discounted the uneaten sub thankfully.

The food and service was great the ice and snow was not cleared in the parking lot and ramp for persons with mobility issues, the handicapped parking spots always seem to be the spots that are never cleaned, and need for safety is necessary

I was so skeptical when I walked in but walking out I was wondering why this Pizza chain restaurant has not made it East to Ontario. Staff for great the food was excellent the menu choices were large, and the kids menu was appreciated. The restaurant even had a live band playing on a Thursday.
