Ordered a plain vanilla cake first week of April ended up with some 3 layer concoction that my extremely picky son would not eat for his birthday so he ended up with no birthday cake as his birthday fell on a holiday I could get Nothing anywhere...awesome considering its all the kids can look forward to these days with regard to their birthday. I did email coorperate they contacted this location but geuss what did I hear back? Nope...was I reimbursed the $46 for the overpriced cake I didn't order? Nope.

My wife just brought home supper from our local Dairy Queen. She ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink for herself. A 1/3 lb plain cheeseburger with bacon, fries and drink for me. Both burgers were totally plain. Hers was just the meat patty and bun and mine was the 2 meat patties and bun. And they didn’t even give full orders of fries. All this for the not so low price of $24.13 and no receipts! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

We ordered blizzards and they were soupy , 3/4 full, and not mixed. The mint Oreo blizzard was fluorescent green slime on top of melted vanilla ice cream with a few cookie chunks. Quality has really gone down at DQ :(

We came here for a little dessert when staying in Fort Frances. It was packed. DQ is the place to be for fast food in the area. I got a cinnamon cookie dough blizzard. I've never seen a flavor like it in the US. All of the cookie dough is always chocolate chip and I don't like chocolate. I was excited for this alternative. It was delicious! It was very cinnamony. Everyone tried nice and liked it the best over the Turtle and the Reese's. It was a little different than US Dairy Queens, but overall, you know what to expect.

Quick service even during a busy lunch, washrooms were clean, food was good. Wishing the burgers were still charbroiled instead of what they are now makes a huge difference. Like the renovations that were recently completed they make it look a lot better! The ice cream cakes are ALWAYS a hit at any birthday party or celebration and I love that I can customize the message on top for free! Would recommend for a quick meal or cake if you need!

Ordered a crispy chicken wrap combo, not only was it the wrong wrap, but also microwaved, and long enough to cook the Lettuce on it. The replacement was the right type of wrap at least, but also microwaved into mush. Skip this DQ and eat at another food location... 2 stars because at least the ice cream was okay.

Was out for a walk this evening and promised my grandson and granddaughter ice cream from Dairy Queen, got to this establishment only to find it was closed to foot traffic and told to go through drive through,I explained I had a 5 year old and 2 year old in stroller and couldn’t they pass the ice cream through the door as it’s illegal to walk through a drive through and totally unsafe but told to go to the drive through window ,had I not have promised my grandchildren ice cream I would have told them to stick it where the sun don’t shine ,and waited 20 mins for my two blizzards ,

My food was ok but other in my group who ordered chicken strips got chicken "pieces". Small chunks not strips. Edit: As you see below I received a response from someone at this DQ location (I think. Could be corporate, who knows??). I thought it was a sincere response until I looked below at other reviews and see that this is just a "canned" response to my rating. Not good customer service DQ. If we can take the time to genuinely let you know if we had a positive or negative experience, the least you could do is offer a genuine response. Very disappointing!

WOW! Quite the experience! They make their blizzards from only the freshest ingredients - cows are milked in house and sugar cane grown on site and then harvested by hand to make the ice cream - at least that's what I have to assume considering it took 16 minutes for them to make us 2 small blizzards. How else do you explain the wait? ( and no, it wasn't busy).

What an awesome experience for my 1st time at the new Dairy Queen in Eagle ridge. Needed a birthday cake for a short notice birthday party even though they were closed inside the manager or owner was there to assist me and help me out right on spot and got me out of a jam. If this is any indication of the level of service that you will receive at this location I'm so happy to have your store here in Eagle ridge

Asked for my money back got into a huge screaming match with the night manager who tells me she doesnt have enough staff! No lady you dont have a staffing issue you have a management issue! And that is why your service is horrible! Ps...i didnt see the manager once while i was there until they called her out of wherever she was hiding!

There was no open sign denoting if they were open or close. When I looked through the glass they saw me and eventually asked me what I wanted and I asked if they were open, to which I was given a mumbled response to use the drive thru. Got my cookie dough blizzard, but they didn't follow the franchise recipe(I know due to previously working at a different location, no cold fudge, half amount of cookie dough pieces). I was less than impressed and don't think I will be going back.

Slow service, orders are often wrong, staff has refused to correct their mistakes several times, garbage is present on most of the tables. The place is a mess and I don't think I'll be heading back there any time soon.

Terrible customer service, 4 people chatting in the back while 6 people waiting to be served! Waited over 20 minutes for 4 ice cream and no one in front of us! These young people obviously need more supervision than what they have!

Consistently good - but I have a suggestion! Sometimes the wait can be long, but is that really a bad thing? If you have to choose between cold fries and burgers served quickly versus one you have to wait a few minutes for, which would you prefer? I'd love to see this restaurant participate in the DQ Loyalty & Rewards Program through the DQ Mobile App. The ability to offer curbside pickup is something that should be offered in rural settings such as this location. Your team have always been great. So make the switch to mobile ordering and I'll gladly give you 5 stars.

Cooked food takes a long time to get (>10min), doesn't taste good, and service is rude if you voice a complaint. Great place for a Blizzard, but I would get a burger at A&W, where they are quicker, tastier, and show proper care for their customers.

Only one start given the food does taste good and the menu is good how ever the children that work there should grow up and pay attention rather than gock at one and another the entire time and properly fulfill orders. Hubby decided to try diary queen for a change. There were two people ahead of him. It still took exactly 14 min.to get his order!( im assuming its because the drive thru people r served first). This took up half of his lunch break. Then, after paying $12 something for a double cheeseburger combo,he noticed his burger was just regular sized with the exception of an extra small patty on it. It definitely looks alot bigger on TV! He was so disappointed with the service and quality of his meal that I agreed to call the manager on his behalf ( since his half hour lunch break was over). I spoke with the manager and she said they were working as fast as they could during the lunch rush and there is nothing she can do about the size of their burgers,so she was not going to do a thing for him. So everyone in the drive-thru gets served first, and their extra large burgers that cost a fortune r merely an extra tiny meat patty thrown on a reg.sized burger. And the manager doesn't care about your dissatisfaction of the high priced puny meal, nor the 14 min.wait it takes to get it! Just had to share our experience. Oh I also noticed the owner writes the same response for all their reviews about how they hope you will give them another chance etc. Why give them another chance if there is no compensation given for your inconveniences? A generic two sentenced response that is used repeatedly for all reviews doesn't cut it.

Worst drive through experience ever. First rude female tells me "We will GET to you" then when they do "get" to me, the male version is simply condescending and arrogant to the point I am quite sure he or they plan to spit in my food. This Dairy Queen location really does provide customer service. My mom showed up 2 mins after the store closed early New Year's eve. We called the store to let them know we only needed one birthday Ice Cream cake for Jan 1st. They were so sweet and gratiously filled our order so we could celebrate my daughter's birthday with her preferred cake ????. Thank you for taking the extra time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Terrible customer service. .I thought I would grab a quick lunch for myself and the kids..BIG MISTAKE, drive thru staff member was very unfriendly. A second person came to the window about 5 minutes after I paid (for the very uncomplicated order )and wanted to charge me again. After 13 minutes waiting finally the order was given to us. My order was wrong, I parked and went in with my sandwich which should have had no sauce. Server seemed rude again. While waiting for new sandwich I went use the bathroom and it was filthy. Paper towel was over flowing the garbage with both toilet paper and paper towel scattered all over the floor. Bottom line for the lenght of time and the poor service we received we could have gone inside a more friendly restaurant and had a quick lunch and left happy. Instead we had a LONG drive thru wait, unfriendly staff and a messed up order.
