Even though this restaurant opened this past week and it is scary busy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. You could sense the nervous excitement in the whole building. The food was hot and fresh despite the extra wait because it's so busy. If you like Wendy's, you'll be a fan of this location. If you aren't familiar with Wendy's, then I highly recommend trying their good food and friendly service.

I feel I never have to check my order when I go through the drive-thru here. They pay very careful attention and are always polite and courteous! There's the very rare occasional mishap (like asking for no onions on my burger and finding some anyway) but I always get what I pay for and that's what matters to me! I don't mind picking off onions, the workers are human and such things happen. I still give them five stars!

To be honest I love wendies. I have been back there four times to get my orders corrected and this was the last time *today*. I don't understand how a triple bacon ater can be messed up so easily. You have very polite staff. Yet you mess up on your burgers. I'm one unhappy customer. My wife decided to try this Wendys Location rather than the McDonalds just down the road and what a difference ! First of all I found it much easier to move around the restaurant with my Rollader because the tables are spaced far enough apart that not once did I have to manhandle the Rollader in order to get to a table or chair. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and checking everyone to make sure that there are no issues with their food or service. The staff also works very hard to ensure that every table is cleared of food debris and wiped down after the customer(s) who used the table, leave the restaurant. I also found the washrooms well laid out for someone who needs a handicap accessible bathroom. Last but not least, the food was fresh and well prepared. We will come back here the next time that we drive Highway 11 south through New Liskeard.

Just ordered from here tonight and the chicken nuggets weren't cooked also asked for no tomatoes and didn't get anything else on my chicken burger and Caesar salad had rotten lettuce there quality of food for the price pretty sad

Food was but when I asked for my receipt they told me it was in the bag. I was 30 minutes away when I started to eat and the receipt was not in the bag. I have to collect my receipts for work so now I’ll have to explain why I don’t have it
