Friendly and helpful staff who are patient helping people learn about the menu choices in this new restaurant. Food is consistently good. Seems that now the restaurant is not so busy after the initial opening they are doing a great job keeping the place clean. This must have been a big challenge for them when fhey first opened with a brand new staff. I'm sure it will only get better as the staff gets more experience. If you get the BK app you will have access to some coupons which offer some decent deals.

I enjoy their food but their delivery is always late. What's more, they often forget part of the order. I had to call the store again today because they forgot part of my order and the supervisor, Raman, was very rude and hung up on me!

Front end staff were excellent to deal with and very friendly. We did have to go back in to have our order fixed as a couple of items were missing. They corrected it as fast as they could and were very apologetic about it. Being a manager in a retail business we understand the trials of a new or busy store. I am positive they will work out their kinks in the next couple of weeks.

Make sure you check your orders before you leave the store, this branch is famously terrible at getting orders wrong or forgetting to put stuff on your order.

To owner: you really need to train your order-taker for overnight. He doesn't understand a simple order and doesn't pay attention what i am saying , this was my second time in drive thru and have to struggle with him to place my order in drive thru after repeating six times.

Whenever i come here i get a sticky not with a smiley face on it that either says have a great day or your an incredible person on it. Little things like that make my day that much better and make me want to spend a little extra to come here over the other places. Also the food is excellent and they have never messed up my order once. Always really great service and super kind people at the window. Will continue to come here for sure.

Ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich again. Even though it was supposed to be $5 for the meal, the server was adamant it was 2 for $6. Again the Sandwich was thrown together, more lettuce in the wrapper than on the Sandwich. So much dressing that it was smeared all over the wrapping and outside of the bun. The bun was squashed and soggy from all the lettuce and dressing on the outside of the bun. What a mess to try and eat! It was obvious to me that the person making the sandwich could really care less about and had literally just thrown it together. This is my 3rd bad experience in a week. Will definitely not be going back.
