My partner and I stumbled upon this spot and described it as a welcoming deli/bakery with a fancy cafeteria vibe to it. We like the well lit space, it was very open concept and the food was delicious and healthy! Slightly expensive ($12 for just a sandwhich) but I know they bake their own bread so I believe it’s just really good ingredients. Would return!

We enjoy trying new places and had heard good things so went in menu limited for lunch but thought will stay give a try, wasn't told about special we saw sign as were leaving waitress must have put up after we ordered and seated. Must be more catered to people in building or regulars. Chicken Wrap was loaded with mustard so it was all you could taste and the club house sandwich was ok but for $14.00 wasn't worth it. I could get a booster juice sandwich combo for equal quality and same price as just the sandwich. Sorry maybe isn't always like this but this will be a one time thing for us.

Attended a private event at the Assiniboia Art Gallery that was catered by Sprout. The meal and service was excellent. I had a lovely salad with fresh greens, walnuts, beets. The salmon was delicious with a grainy mustard sauce, sweet potatoes, rapini or broccolini. Delicious lemon meringue pie served in a cute little mason jar. Excellent. Highly recommend.

As a first time patron I was very impressed with the clean modern look of the cafe. High quality espresso made for a good americano, and the panini with vegetable curry lentil soup resulted in a pretty great lunch for around $15. I will be back to check out more of the menu options, even the vegan smoothies sounded good.

A hidden gem in downtown Regina. Everything is made fresh from scratch and is always awesome. And their staff are friendly positive and super helpful. I just love the huge windows and bright sunny ambiance. Good job - they totally deserve all 5 stars.

Went with my wife and family. Food was top notch, and I like the way it's meant to be shared. You get some of everything that way. Would have given 5 stars, but I was a little miffed that my wife's 5oz glass of Mission Hill red wine was $12.50. Would recommend going for the food but avoid drinks.

Sprout's food is always so fresh and unique! Dani makes the most BEAUTIFUL cakes and the most delicious pies.The quality of the food is only matched by the quality of the workers. Allie, Haley, Jenn, Jssel, and the rest of the team are so friendly and welcoming. Allie is always super accommodating of whatever specific diet I'm trying that week, and is able to substitute anything I'm not able to eat. I'm really happy to have such a fantastic local business in my neighborhood!

They have very good social distancing protocols, the nicest business owners. They are keeping everything very clean. Lots of room for seating. Arrows on ground for traffic flow. We came at 9:00 today, no lineup. The staff was very friendly

Went in for a quick breakfast and had the breakfast sandwich but on their chive and cheese scone with a side of hash browns. Very, very tasty and surprisingly filling. And for $10 that's a very good breakfast.

Sprout catering wins every time

This was my first experience with sprout and I'm severely disappointed in the food and lack of customer service and will not be ordering again. My colleagues had nothing but good things to say about sprout, but after this experience they've changed their tune as well. We wanted to order catering for a team meeting, but despite having "catering" in their name they refused to take a catering order that we attempted to schedule two weeks in advance, stating that they were "too busy" at that date. What's the point of being a catering company then? Then we discovered that they are on skip the dishes and we could order and have it delivered. We did this three days in advance and prepaid. We had a person that needed a gluten free meal and another that needed a dairy free meal. What arrived was several other sandwiches had also been made as gluten free, that were supposed to be regular. They also decided to substitute the grilled vegetables (which they apparently stop serving at 11 am, but is still available on their skip the dishes menu) for the dairy free person with quinoa salad which contains cheese. They didn't even bother to call and clarify. So that person couldn't eat a portion of their lunch. My Italian sandwich had a hair right in the middle of it, and the bacon in the potato salad wasn't even shredded, it was just giant strips. We also paid extra for utensils, but never received them. So we called to see if they could at least rectify the sandwiches or offer a refund on the incorrect salad substitution or utensils. We got a very snarky reply of "well they're perfectly good sandwiches just eat them", no apology for giving us the incorrect food, just an excuse of "well we're really busy". We had to contact skip the dishes for a refund, who offered far better customer service than Sprout did. Skip these overhyped sandwiches, they're not even that great.

Food quality is great with many healthy choices. That said, pricing point is that of a high class cafe in downtown Toronto. $12 for a cold grab and go wrap is unreasonable and will impact my desire to use it as a lunch option. Specials often run more expensive than regular menu items.

Had a great lunch today with 2 friends. This was my first time at Sprout. The layout is very spacious with big windows looking out over Victoria Ave and Angus St. Big tables and lots of room - easy to converse with table mates. Menu is very diverse and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. Open until 3:30 pm.

Hands down, my favourite place in Regina. Travel here often and look forward to grabbing breakfast or lunch and a delicious coffee. It's really hard to find a fun, approachable lunch menu and I could easily eat here 5 days a week. The price point is great, especially compared to what a lunch at Tim's sets you back these days, but the quality is so much better. Fresh baked bread, most things made in house, nothing frozen, etc. etc. And of course awesome service! We need to support the ma and pa especially in communities like Regina! I love Sprout!

Sprout is lucky to be in a building with a big local corporation who supports their local business. Unfortunately prices have continued to rise at a rate that no longer makes it a viable option. Using leftovers from Stalk for a Monday special is crooked.

I used to go to Sprout for lunch sometimes and would recommend colleagues to have lunch there, however, no longer will I be doing either after they decided to change their price point of $6 for a wrap to $12 with no change in quality. The condescending tone and arrogance of the owners does not add extra flavor either, this is Regina, not High Street in London.

I honestly used to really like this place. I would go there from time to time at lunch. I went in to get my favorite item. It was an egg salad bacon avocado and spinach wrap. I politely asked an employee if it had been removed. Without a smile or a drop of sympathy she said "Yep we removed it." I asked when and a second employee piped up and said "Oh yeah well in case you didn't know we changed our menu and removed it... like basically six months ago." The tone of her voice was very very rude. I won't be returning. Treat your customers with some respect and maybe smile instead of standing behind the counter gossiping about who you hooked up with over the weekend... everyone can hear you.

After multiple changes of planning our wedding during a pandemic, we chose to have a small, intimate wedding and Sprout was the perfect place to do so. Sprout was very open to personalizing our menu based on what we liked to eat, while recommending some of their popular + tasty choices for weddings. We pitched ideas about the menu/midnight lunch, and they worked to master the ideas while throwing their own twist on it. Everything about the food in terms of quality, taste, presentation, and pricing was SO amazing and we continue to rave about the food to this day! The space itself is so beautiful - the large open windows made the space so welcoming, bright, and appealing! Sprout was so flexible with having us decorate and rearrange the space to fit our vision. They were always around to help or answer questions and made sure everything ran smoothly during our day! Communication was always so quick and we were never worried or had any doubts in our mind. Haley and Jssel played such a huge part in our special day and I recommend anyone who is looking for any small celebration to reach out to Sprout - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Sprout Cafe is easily one of the most impressive cafes in Regina. Not only are they in a great location, everything served is top notch. Fresh baking, different soups, and lunch specials made every single day with all fresh ingredients. On top of the amazing food and service in the cafe, their catering services never fail to go above and beyond. The work they do there for their customers is impressive and I would 10/10 reccomend stopping by!
