The lady who answered the phone should be fired. I know it was 6 on a Friday but wow talk about being short and unwelcoming over the phone. The food was decent the Donaire poutine didn't look overly the appetizing but it tasted good and the fries were excellent. I will give the restaurant another try sometime.

I was craving a donair, coming from Edmonton I've had my fair share of great donair places and Rockys is decent. Sweet sauce is too garlicky for my taste and there's no cheese on their donairs, two things that need to be great for a great donair; but all in all itch was scratched.

I only tried the chicken "Donair" Firstly, it's called a shawarma. Secondly it was extremely under seasoned and the turnips had almost no flavour. The restaurant is welcoming and the staff are extremely kind. All it's missing is my jida in the back to make the shawarma a little more flavourful. Not sure on the rest of the food, I'm sure it's good though.

I have ordered 2 chicken donairs for delivery and they said it will be delivered in next 30 minutes but after an hour when I called them that I didn’t got my food yet they made lan excuse that My phone was unreachable and I told them to deliver it again they delivered cold food and it wasn’t fresh. This place is unreal!! You won't leave hungry. The large is actually large...very large. You can order smaller too. The owner was very welcoming, as was his wife. You can tell they love what they do. If you're a donair freak like me, you'll love it. His sauces are all made in house too.

What a great Donair Place. Wife and I split a medium chicken Donair and some Spinach Pies. First off the bread!! The wrap was soft and warm like it just came from the oven. The Spinach Pie crust looked dry but it again tasted straight from the oven. Nice and tender! Makes me wonder what their pizza dough would be like. Will return the next time I’m in town

Ordered from Rocky's about 20 minutes ago. The food hasn't even arrived yet and I can already give this place a 5 star review with conviction! It would be truly difficult to find any better customer service over the phone than what I just experienced ordering from Rocky's. Passing through Cranbrook and searched for a quick place to eat. Good reviews so we stopped at Rocky's. Food was great! Had chicken shawarmas. Loaded with meat and fresh veggies. Even was offered fresh garlic. A healthy quick alternative to typical fast food while travelling. Bathroom was in rough shape, the toilet paper dispenser needs some attention.

Very disappointed with the price and the skimpy dried out Donair I got. I've eaten there in the past and it used to be good and they were friendly. Not this time. It's turned into a cheap dive. Also reading other poor reviews, about food poisoning, hair in the food, ignorant and rude owners and workers. Do not eat Here! "Canadian two for one" make a good Donair and they are clean, and nice and local.

First time in Cranbrook, called for a donair pick up... What a gentleman the owner is! Asked what came on it he, he told me and said 5 minutes until its ready "and my friend free fries".. the fries have a great seasoning which i didnt expect at all, donair.... 10/10 love it. Hope to be back for another, what a lad!_------- fast forward one day, i get the small donair still10/10 fries7/10 but hey it wasn't the owner working today but his staff! Shoot the best staff ever Ben & the lady at the front desk.. thank you for being so good, huge smiles great service. Day 2/2 sevice 9/10 thats a major win.(last two photos are day two)

Only the best donair place in the entire area! Seriously! Tried this place recently and was completely flabbergasted by the large portion of deliciously flavoured goodness. The meat is cut right in front of you in nice thick strips, There are choices of dressings and toppings and meats. The price appears high but the quality is well worth it. The ambiance is so good in fact that even a nube will feel like a regular. The owners are very knowledgeable in their art. We will definitely return!

Easy 5 Star Experience. I have had donairs from many places around the country and this is easily one of the best. Thick cut meat, fresh vegetables, great sauces and a fresh pita. Service was wonderful as well. We were given some fries and they were actually best fries I have ever had - must try! So crispy, don't know how they do it!

I've only been here a few times and both times the food was great! I had a regular beef donair the first time and a donair poutine the second. The portions are huge and the prices are pretty good. I will definitely be back for another poutine. Plus they have massive aquariums you can look at while you wait for your food.

Wow. Simply Amazing and Impressive. I have now found my "Local" spot as I have found it quite tedious on the edge of annoying to find "Good" food here in Cranbrook. For starters friendly staff, clean restaurant, clean washrooms, and I especially like the open kitchen concept. 1. Caesar salad to start -- FRESH Lettuce, wow, so simple yet SO hard to find in so many restaurants 2. Falafel with all the fixings -- Olives were of great taste. The banana peppers and jalapenos were fresh and had the zing I appreciate. The tzatziki dip was fresh, the garlic sauce was made in house and you could taste it, the tahini dip was wonderful. The Falafel itself had its own uniqueness which was brought to life by I assume the spices used and the source of those spices. Absolutely lovely! 3. Lebanese Pizza -- First time having their pizza. From the crust to the sauce and the fixings I would say that it IS the BEST pizza in little Cranbrook. I can say this because I have tried every pizza joint in town... I will be coming back again, and again and again!

First time in cranbrook I got a medium conair and Greek salad . I want to give these guys a huge shout out on their food it was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting and a bang for your buck portion wise I reccomend these guys with a huge 5 star rating

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of the family. A friend was suggesting this place for a few weeks and I can't believe I slept on this place. Rocky is an awesome guy, he came out and hung out with us while we ate. Really easy to talk to and made me feel welcomed. Now for the food, I've had donairs all over western Canada and Rocky's jumped straight to the top. The best sweet sauce from any restaurant ever. Fresh ingredients that you can actually taste. Thank you Rocky and his partner in crime. I'd come here just to hang out with them. Very cool people with a cool story to tell.

Stopped here while passing though and it was a great choice! Yes the donairs are a bit more expensive than what I’ve had but I also was still full and didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day so definitely worth it! This is the first donair I’ve had with cabbage not lettuce and makes a huge difference to not have it go soggy and nasty. Owner was super friendly and went out of his was to make sure we’d enjoy it. The only complaint I have is that we will need to stop here every time we pass through now!

Everything on this menu it's out of this world. I don't have a clue what he does to his fries, but they're literally the best fries I've ever had, hands down. Defs try the Donaire poutine it's friggin amazing. It's rare to get a take out or delivery meal that'll fill you up and not break the bank, but a large Donaire will satisfy the hungriest of people with the biggest appetite. All the guys that work here are great, and it's not uncommon to see the owner helping out in the kitchen. Fun fact: I've been calling him Rocky for years, and found out a few weeks ago that that's not his actual name lol

Beautiful chill decor and they give you some decent portions on the donairs and fries. Baked pasta is best item on the menu, sauce is one of a kind. Definitely the best experienced on days that the green is burning strong.
