Ordered here quite a few times over the years, 99% of the time always a great experience. Had an issue with one of my pizzas recently so I called it in. 15 Minutes later a replacement pizza was given free of charge. Great customer service. Thanks guys.

Panago is one of my favourite pizza places. This one specifically is really great! The staff there are all super nice. I work near by and they offered to bring my pizza right over to me. The pizza it self is always really good. The crust is a nice texture and not super greasy like other places. The sauce is a nice consistency and good amount of spices. Not to bland but not super over powered. The rest is just perfect. Topping are always fresh and delicious! Would recommend! 10/10

We have ordered a lot of pizza from this Panago over the years. Service is great and the pizza is great. Tropical Hawaiian is my Favourite! They also have great dips for pizza, I feel like Panago kind of invested that. I love the jalapeño ranch dip. I also really like that you can watch them make the pizzas, they always throw the dough in the air just like on tv and I don’t think I have ever seen any other pizza places do that!

Was stuck at the airport with the in house restaurant closed, ordered Panagos from in town and two mediums cost 50$. The delivery driver stated there was a 20$ delivery charge on top of the pizzas based on the distance..... Google maps said it was a 14 km drive maximum and 15 minutes, felt pretty swindled and will not order from here again.

It's a Panago just like most of the other Panagos. We ordered in store, which was very clean. They were friendly although had a little difficulty understanding us just as we had a little difficulty with their accent. The pizza was exactly as we ordered it. Since we ordered in store we had a 15 min wait so we went out to our vehicle due to covid and the staff was kind enough to bring our pizza out to our truck when it was ready. ???? The pizza was delicious!

Love that they have vegan options, the Daiya is a good choice although I usually find I need to ask for extra cheese to make it a reasonable amount. Toppings always taste fresh, dough is great, love the thin crust. Service is pretty good but it’s not always ready within the time limit they tell you on the phone or online, but at least you know it’s super fresh!

The only reason I’m doing a two star rating, we’ve always had good pizza there but tonight we walked in and the employees weren’t wearing gloves when preparing the pizza’s which since I work in the food industry is heavily concerning to me.... one came to the register to deal with my mom and I and just went back to the dough, didn’t even wash their hands- I can’t explain how much that made my skin crawl. Keeping your hands clean while working in a kitchen of any kind is essential to a clean and healthy work environment and ensures the limitation of food borne illnesses. Please, please, please wash your hands and wear gloves when handling food products and wash your hands every time you change up your task. Even if it takes that extra minute it’s just so much safer not to mention a lot more sanitary... On another note they allowed a gentleman in and he wasn’t even wearing a mask. In times like now it’s pretty important to do so. Even if it annoys people keep yourself and others safe make sure people are wearing their masks properly and sanitizing their hands when they come into your establishment please.
