Super rude when u call to place and order and they say it’s going to be a certain time like half hr and they have u waiting for an hour and 15min So I called back to ask when it’s coming and he hangs up! A while ago cause I was repeatedly disappointed, after the last 2 or 3 orders things have done a complete 180 to how cranbrook dominos used to be. Cooked perfectly, they're actually putting a good amount of pizza sauce on it again and it always arrives piping hot

Ordered a chicken alfredo pizza, I had no clue that there was marinara sauce in chicken alfredo period. So lookup the toppings and base sauces which is ALFREDO NOT PIZZA MARINARA. They also forgot to give us our pop with our order. So 3rd times a charm let's hope they dont mess up again and we can get down to eating.

Before you question 5 stars, it's not for the amazing pizza. It's for the cheerful and friendly care and consistent work the staff puts into their jobs. The pizza is always fast, never burned/slopped inside the box/all the toppings in a pile, or any of the issues I've had at Domino's in other cities. It's rare to get quality work from part-time fast food employees, but these folks are awesome.

The last 5 time I have ordered they have screwed up my pizza or my whole damn order. Pizza is super super greasy, and the “normal” amount of cheese is like selecting “extra”. STEP UP! I used to love ordering from dominos and now I’m not to sure if I’ll order again.

Called to (of course) order a pizza, and was informed that we had to pay for a previous pizza. The previous pizza had been given to us for free because upon arriving, their debit machine wasn't working and since we had no other form of payment, they gave us the pizza "for free" because of the inconvenience. The delivery boy was very apologetic and told us not to worry. Very nice of them! When we recalled the story to the manager (or so he says he was one) he said it wasn't his problem we had no other form of payment so basically, pay up. I informed him that it wasn't OUR problem their machine wasn't working and that we're not the ones running their business, and had we known it would be an issue we would have just not taken the pizza. To make a long story short - guy lost it. I was sworn at (every word you can imagine), called "my dear," he told me to "go stuff myself" (I'm a woman, so I WONDER what that could have meant??), I was told to shut the **** up, he made fun of the way I talked, and gave us a fake name for the store owner when I asked for it. We ended up ordering from Boston Pizza. It was delicious.

I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and what is supposed to be the "milk free" crust. I inspected the pizza before I left and it didn't look like the correct crust. I asked an employee and he insured me I had the milk free crust. I got home and started eating it, only to taste butter and milk. I spent the rest of the night puking. This is the last time I will be eating at this place. 40 dollars to puke up acid... Great. This isn't the first time either. Last time I ordered, I recieved a pizza that had pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the garlic. Ps... This business delivered a half eaten pizza to friends of ours. Ridiculous. Save your money.

I get home delivery as you can see from my computer record. My order is ALWAYS correct.....comes quickly and quality is superb every time. Your order takers are experts on menu choices and always friendly. Your delivery folks are great too....nice quality people. I tip separately with cash so they get the full amount as they are doing the leg work. You are operating a great business in every way. Just wanted to let you know this old lady appreciates you, so often people just take time to complain but not praise. Thank you!!

These guys are simply the best, I don't know what else to say. I order delivery on almost every one of their 50% off Mondays (confessed pizzaholic and my hips are noticing it... oops) and the last time I did the delivery driver showed up as speedy and friendly as ever except this time around my little 2 year old pomeranian Shenanigans slipped between my legs and started running around on the street like a rabid ghost had possessed him!! I was so terrified that he was going to be squished by a car I almost started yelling but my delivery driver, without hesitating, calmly coaxed him back on to the sidewalk and delivered both Shenanie and my pizza right into my arms. Pizza was as delicious as ever (and the stress eating made it disappear quickly lol). Thank you Domino's for the great work! Keep it up!!

And it would be great if their pasta portions were a little bigger. But other then that a Great Pizza Place. :)

Great pizza, pretty solid delivery times, as well. Tastes different from the pizza from the states, for some reason, but that may just be me. Only problem for me is how the pizza is cut, often I find the pizza rips at the end of the cut when I try to pull it. Other than that, great pizza. Please have a great day if you're reading this.

Your basic dominos! We got take out and used the online order so that we could get the Monday deal (50% off pizzas), we tried using it on the phone but it was online only! The staff were nice and polite over the phone and had our pizza ready upon pick up. I like the online tracker bar so awesome they have that feature when you order online! The only minor issue was I requested square cutting on one of the pizzas but that’s okay no big deal - still tastes the same!

Pizza took 20 minutes longer than "maximum" time for delivery. Part of the order was missing. When I called to explain that I was missing items, the guy thought I was just trying to order more food. When he finally understood the situation, he said "I guess we'll send it out on our next delivery". I asked if they could send it out now so my family could start eating. He said " Yeah OK" and hung up. They never showed up with the missing pieces. The website order tracker that says "Kaylee is double checking your order for perfection!" is obviously a load of B.S. The food we did get was good, so, 2 stars.

Long time customer that had a bad experience recently. Pizzas came uncut and missing a topping. Spoke with a rude lady about the problems with my order and no solutions or apology was offered. She even told me they were out of that topping but never bothered to contact us. She also asked me "How she was supposed to cut my pizzas from there?". I finally asked to speak with a manager and imagine my surprise to find that apparently I already was. Only after I said I would be going online and reaching out to Domino's corporate did she offer to remake the pizzas. I told her not to bother, no one wanted to wait another hour for food. For the record... An apology, a refund for the price of the missing topping and an acknowledgement that calling a customer to let them known something wasn't available would have satisfied this customer. Now I will just go to one of the 4 other pizza places in Cranbrook and have a better experience.

Probably the best Dominos I've ever been to. Pizza is excellent (for the price) and the staff is honestly some of the friendliest I've seen. I don't know what the Manager is doing exactly but clearly they have a great hiring process and pr policies. Best pizza place in Cranbrook, easy.

I'm in town for a judo competition and stoped by the Dominos to get cheese pizza for my boys supper. Not only was it was very pricey, the pizza was horrible! I got a thin-crust which tasted like cardboard and it was over cooked with a small amount of cheese. I'm super disappointed and should have gone to Pizza Pizza ????
