My boss and I came in for lunch today and it was her first time here. Pearl (I believe her name was) was very knowledgeable and such a friendly girl. They were having some maintenance issues on their fryer so it was a bit longer of a wait which was fine. I had the chicken sandwich which was great, my boss has the Ruben and she said it was a bit soggy but she enjoyed it also! We were also able to donate a meal, it is a pay it forward program I believe. It’s $9 and it provides someone who can’t afford it or is homeless a warm meal. This is a great idea!

Opened the bag after we got home and they made us the wrong food. We had to wait 6 minutes at the drive through for the food. I called the restaurant to tell them of the mistake and that I needed the correct burger and asked for it to be cooked before I arrived so I would not wait again. The girl on the phone didn't apologize at all she was only concerned about getting the original burger back. Hopefully they aren't going to resell that to the next customer.... When I was back at Arby's to get the replacement sandwich there was no apologies and no ownership of the problem from the young female manager. She was the only employee not wearing a name tag so I am unsure of her name. My disappointing experience occurred on Tuesday July 20th at 9:20PM.

Was extremely disappointed with the management and also the owner on how they dealt with a staff member. I thought the way the owner went about dealing with a situation was unjust and completely was misleading considering this was a young ladies very first job Jessie showed how ruthless people can be makes me very sad

Good food and decent prices. Tonight the service was lackluster but that's unusual for this particular arbys. I came in just before 8 and thought they might be closing right away judging by the cleaning they were doing in the kitchen but the door said they were open until 10. It took around 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged that I was there tonight when usually they are very prompt. I could see them through the pass working and I know a couple of times they saw me but nobody was interested in coming out. When a worker did finally come out he was friendly and they got my food promptly which was nice. For the record, if you've never had the curly fry poutine you dont know what you're missing. I would have given them a higher rating if I didnt have to wait so long to be served

I have eaten at Arby’s for 50 years and have always gotten great food and service and quality! Now I have retired in Cranbrook I go through the drive thru quite often. There are two special people there....Pearl and Ryan. Tried to tip them but they can’t accept....so wish to compliment them for good service and being two of the “ good guys” left in the world!!! Went to the drive through ordered large beef and cheddar curly fries. Got just a beef sandwich no cheese. So I went in to get it fixed and the person was very rude also my "fixed" sandwich looked like slop on a bun! This is the 3rd time in a month!

Love me Arby's! Every time service and food is 10/10. This visit was a minor letdown due to no bacon and Gravy. My favorite Arby's treat is the loaded Curly Fries. Hopefully next time both these amazing menu items will be available. #I'dstillringthebell!

I'm not a massive arbys fan. My boyfriend wanted to come here for lunch. The staff was very friendly. They bring you your food at the table rather than making you wait for it. The manager very friendly. Great environment, if we didn't live so far away we would come back lots.

Other than asking for a side of gravy to dip my beef and cheddars in... not bad. (They're really cheap when giving gravy. They fill the gravy cup a 1/4 full. What's the point of asking for gravy if they're not gonna give you any?)

PSA I've never even had Arby's before, but after this, I don't think I will ever eat anywhere else again! We came through the drive through at 8:45 with a ridiculously large order- completely forgetting that our local time is an hour behind. 15 minutes to close, the staff were positive, accommodating, and unbelievably nice. The manager Ryan Was awesome, and the whole transaction was fantastic. The food!! Seriously, a whole other level. I've had some questionable last minute drive through service, but this was top notch, made to perfection. None of that slapped together "I just want to go home" food. They spent the time, made the food perfect, and I've never been so impressed. Amazing job, guys. Will eat here every single time I come to cranbrook!!

The owner Jesse is a standout individual. Truly passionate about his business, he always puts in the extra effort to learn names and make sure the customer has a good experience. Since they got rid of the Great Canadian (where did the pickles go??) I don't come here very often. But when I do the food and milkshake favours never disappoint.
