We felt so lucky to have Tria cater our pre-wedding welcome dinner. We are big foodies so we had big expectations that were blown out of the water! Tria are clearly so passionate about food; our antipasto board was creative, delicious, and really showcased local food to our out-of-town guests. Everyone was so impressed (and full). Kathy's bundts and macarons were genuinely some of the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. 5/5

Where do I begin with Lee and Kathy from Tria Fine Catering? they are an absolute dream team to work with. the planning process was smooth and the way they executed our wedding food was just phenomenal. they worked with our budget and delivered above our expectations. we are so Inlove with the food on our wedding day and so are our guests. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! I need another event to get tria to cater our occasion again! thank you so much Lee and Kathy for being part of our special day! the food was one of highlights of that day!!!!

The Full Moon feast was an amazing experience, my husband and I, along with another couple, were thrilled to have seats at this popular must do summertime feast. The sun was warm and calming and the grounds at the Filberg Lodge were stunningly beautiful and full of life; transports you to a time that slows the soul, if only for a brief time. It's wonderful to sit in a long family style table alongside friends you haven't met yet and then the food and wine pairings begin and heaven has found it's place on earth. Each plate is an expression of Kathy's love for food and sharing and, above all, showcasing the bounty the Valley has to offer. By the night's end the Full Moon is out in all it's glory and Life is Great! Thank you!

Tria catered a work luncheon for us. Salads, sandwiches and desserts. Simple fare, right, but I have never tasted salad dressings and sandwich fillings with quite that level of creativity, freshness and flat-out deliciousness.

There is something magical about a full moon, and gathering with friends old and new under its light to enjoy a divine menu of local food, feels so gratifying, comfortable and proper. The taste experience is like none other… each dish is a burst of flavour from the Comox Valley, prepared with passion and the greatest skill, presented so beautifully you almost hesitate to devour it.

Let’s start with the comments from our guests: - Our guest of honour was highly complementary of the meal and noted that she dines frequently at Rideau Hall, with the Governor General. Your meal was highly comparable, if not better than some. - Our out of town guests (Vancouver, Victoria, Richmond, Prince Rupert, Mission, Port Alberni, Port Hardy, Nanaimo, Cowichan, Sunshine Coast, etc.) were “blown away” by the meal and the experience - A very large number of our local VIP’s commented very favourably and specifically asked for the name of the caterers (which we were delighted to give!) Now, let’s get on with the experience from our side of the table: - As hosts, we were able to be totally relaxed and confident of what was going to occur – every detail was exactly as discussed, and the last minute changes were artfully accommodated - The organizing of an event of this scale was a huge task and it was so marvellous that we could relax on the meal and service side of the plan in the full knowledge that you were taking care of all that grief! - The dinner and ambience and style reflected the nature and the significance of the event perfectly - The Iona Campagnolo Annual Lecture on Restorative Justice has gained significant stature in the eyes of the community, and among our political leaders, partners and supporters - We are already receiving “special pleadings” from those who missed the dinner and would like to be invited to the next one!

Absolutely delicious! I’ve been to a number of Tria catered events and everything is always spot on. So when it came to our daughters wedding I knew we had to get Tria for the catering. The meal and service was exceptional and the bundt cakes with sauces—incredible!!! Kathy and her team are simply—the best.

Tria catered our wedding in July 2019 and safe to say they did an absolutely amazing job! People still talk about the food at our wedding to this day... and we still dream about the mashed potatos! Lee and Kathy made the process so easy and gave us plenty of options, and easily accommodated allergies. They were professional, timely and so easy to work with. The food was beautiful. Each dish was executed perfectly and was served with attentive flair. The flavours are always spectacular and the quality ingredients truly shine.
