There are two employees called Shahana and Harjot who took my orders and they are so good and efficient in their service. I was immensely impressed with the way they effortlessly carried themselves at the counter, that within minutes I received what I had ordered. Hats off to all the people out there. Usually very good but today I noticed the girl was not wearing a mask as she prepared other people’s food so I walked out. As she was bent over open food (set up like a Subway sandwich place) and talking, during this pandemic she should be wearing a mask! Also in the future...please heat the veggie burritos after making them...they are always ice cold. Went in again a few days later... Everyone wearing a mask but only covering their mouth—nose and nostrils completely exposed. What’s the deal with that?

Never again! Took my sister for lunch! And talk about making mistakes after mistakes! This was the first time ever at this location, been to some of the best in Alberta (Edmonton & Calgary), even Nanaimo! But this location in Courtney is for the Birds!! My sister ordered the large beef burrito combo, had to explain twice! I ordered the same but extra large mexi fries! And 2 extra large burritos! Boy they sure put the lettuce on, when I stated not to much! They had 3 staff on to help! 2 young ladies, and older one! Who doesn't listen very well! I paid for everything, then was told they under charged us! So a extra $16.00 later bill was corrected! It was their fault to begin with the communication they had! They should've been the one to take care of the bill not, the customer who didn't make the mistake to begin with! Also asked how much sodium was in the process of the hamburger! Didn't even get a polite answer to my questions! So that's why 2 stars instead of 5, the reasons was for the 2 good looking service Ladies! The Atomsphere in the building could do with a upgrade & cleaning...

This isn't just a TacoTime, this is a TacoTime *Cantina*. This means you get more freedom in customization, table service, greater selection, and, get this, beer. You can order a burrito and beer here. It's quite excellent. Above and beyond what TacoTime has demonstrated to me in the past.

Good food, but now very cautious as to what is in my food. Went to get ice for my drink and there was some sort of “thing/item” inside an ice cube - the ice comes from the back. So watch out & double check! And I can’t believe they charge extra for sour cream!!! Really?

The are not allot of Taco Time Restaurant's where I live in Florida, actually none that I know of. I was surprised to see Taco Time here in Courtney and it's as delicious as I remember. Good food but the place could use a jolly good scrubbing!

Very clean, well ordered place. Standard taco time menu plus a few extras that were nice to see. BEER!!! Could have been a touch more generous with the fillings, my burrito was 90% the usual size. The quality of ingredients made up for it mind you.

Family enjoyed lunch here on Sunday. Several things: great Mexican music, tasty filling food with good service, and Mexican beer too! This could be a good spot for an informal group get together, pre Christmas. Nothing fancy, but cost conscious for sure.

I love the food in this restaurant but I find it frustrating that they turn off delivery right at dinner time and they stop answering the phone to order for pick up. What I find even more frustrating is to drive 3 min to the store after not having the phone answered seeing not a soul in the restaurant so why couldn't they answer the phone. I have chosen to go elsewhere so many times as I can't get a hold of them to order.

Don't let the dreary neiborhood turn you away, this is actually a pretty decent Taco Time. The food is of much better quality than some other locations on the island. The staff is a bit stoic but they are polite and professional and get the job done. I find myself making excuses to drive out to Courtenay!

Taco Tuesday is the best deal for cheap taco food. They serve beer and water by the pool machine the salsa is on tap and free. Most times in offered the mexi fries but I refuse unless really hungry with the cheese sauce and extra hot sauce is ok. Most of all I would sit in eat a few tacos and be ok with that for under $10 anyone can enjoy some Mexican food at that cost.
