Very happy.. It's nice to be able to get authentic food..and it was delicious definitely going back to try something else... Maybe it can be muy caliente not just piquante next time lol ???? I've even suggested Tampico's to a few friends in Montreal already.... Can't wait for next time...

I ordered a bunch of food on the phone and the guy was awesome. He was patient with my orders (because I have some picky friends!) Anyway, they ONLY take cash. I didn't know this and only had US currency. I don't know at what percentage, but he did make an effort to convert Canadian into USD, so that was nice. The quesidillas were a little small however they we're generously filled! I had tacos Al pastor and they were pretty awesome. There was a ton of filling. A combo with 3 tacos will definitely fill you up! The only complaint I heard from a few people was about the rice. A few said it seemed salty and a little dry. Maybe it was a bad batch? Who knows. Either way, pretty solid Mexican food. I would definitely go again!

Very good foos. Tacos are great. The only thing that is not giving it 5 stars is the portion sizes. The burritos have gotten small and more lettuce then meat on tacos.

Authentic Mexican food. Friendly staff. Great food for very affordable prices. There is a ramp for accessibility but there's a step to get inside. Staff will meet you outside and take your order if you can't physically get in, which is much appreciated. Small area outside in front to dine, as well as a couple of picnic tables under trees. Staff speak at least English and Spanish, and pretty sure most of them also speak French. They even have low carb dining options for those watching their diet.

The food is absolutely phenomenal and the service is outstanding, as you're waiting for food, conversation carries on and laughter erupts. The only downsides are that it can get a bit pricey and they only take cash.

We just moved to Cornwall this summer and Tampico's has become our favourite takeout place. Their all-dressed chicken enchiladas are absolutely wonderful ... the enchilada sauce is really delicious and the toppings are great! Not sure why people are saying they only take cash because they definitely do take debit. Looking forward to getting lunch from there on Tuesday.

I can not rave about this place enough! Wonderful food, but the owner really makes you feel welcome. He is happy to explain menu items, describe levels of heat, and make recommendations. I thoroughly enjoy every visit. This is pretty much strictly eat outside or take out, so b aware, but it's totally worth it!

Driving back from Montreal to Toronto we felt like having Mexican food. Searched restaurants along route and found Tampico's. It's a small take out place with some outdoor sitting. The food is great and so is the staff. Their sauces (Salsa/Hot sauce) are really very good. It's now my must visit spot while driving to Montreal/Toronto.

This is a super cute take out taco place. Authentic, they make their own hot sauces, and everything is simply delicious! My favourite was the pork tacos, the flavours are to die for. One thing to note is that they are cash only so hit up the ATM first!

REALLY GOOD TACOS, and owner/management is really nice and friendly. I have been around the States west coast and the south and these tacos are just as good as any establishment there. Highly recommend the beef tacos.

Quite possibly the best restaurant in Cornwall when comparing the overall service, taste, quality and pricing. Its a little small on the inside and during a rush you'll have to wait for your order but its deffinatley worth it. The staff is very friendly and social too.

Delicious food, but teeny tiny portion sizes. My 12" burrito I shared came in at just under 2.5". Sad to say it'll be Muncho Burrito for me next time I am in Cornwall. ????

The customer service is incredible here. The food is equally as great. So much homemade and fresh products. This is quality Mexican food. From burritos to quesadillas to tacos and enchiladas. Better food an experience than your chain Mexican restaurant. This isn't an eat-in place, more of a take-out, but in the summer they have picnic tables to enjoy your meal. I'm a return customer. Definitely recommend!
