Everyone was very polite. Food was not as good as we were hoping. We had gotten the junior family meal and a fish and chips. It came to over $60 but didn't include any drinks (which we saw online) or treats for the kids meals (which I was surprised by). It's not the worst, and I am sure that lots of people like it, but it's not for us. Also, my young son was super disappointed that we didn't get the 'chicken' delivery car. Which is honestly the reason we decided to order

Went through drive thru around 7pm. Only 3 cars ahead of me but the wait was about 30 minutes, which is longer than I'd expect from drive thru. But it is what it is, the food was good and fresh.

If there was zero stars this is what I would rate this place. Worst customer service ever. Had an order through Their Mobil App the order didn’t make it to the restaurant even though I had a confirmation Email and after back and forth and me standing there for 20 min and many phone calls to customer service they found my order but they asked me to pay for it AGAIN even though I showed them that I had paid but they said I have to pay AGAIN anyway am never coming back to this place

The staff were great. Very pleasant and polite. However, the food was a massive waste of money. Poor in quality as well as quantity. The fries were akin to the cheapest frozen fries, as were the children's nuggets. The "rolls" were burger buns gone soggy. The fish filets were small, and poorly cooked. As someone who worked in the food industry for many years, I am disappointed. The staff are the only reason there are stars.

Super fresh drive through, well packaged and presented. Food came to the window very quick and it was delicious. The server at the window took his job very seriously, great little quick stop. Perfect for a road trip!

The absolute worst service and meal I have ever experienced. We were seated quickly enough, but that was the best part of the experience. We were given menus after being seated for 15 mins, told our waitress we were ready to order right away and you could immediately tell, she did not like that at all. The menu we chose was the unlimited salad, drinks, appetizers and our main course was of course, chicken. Someone brought our salads and drinks and the so call coleslaw had huge chunks of uncut cabbage in it. Not very appetizing. We waited another 35 mins for our main dishes and the chicken was terrible. We asked for our desserts to go as we both only ate approx 50% of our chicken. Another 30 mins passed and as we watched our so called waitress spend 20+ mins talking to a couple at a nearby table…when she brought the desserts I asked for the bill right away. She then turned and walked away and stated clearing tables for another 15 mins. Finally she came with the bill, but no machine , even though the signage at the front door stated “No Cash “. Another 10-15 mins went by and she finally brought the machine to the table so I could pay for the worst 2 hours I have ever spent in a restaurant. Never ever again !!!

So disappointed. The chicken didn't smell good. We only ate 1/2 drumstick for all our 3 meals. It use to be one of our favorite restaurant in Cornwall.

Food was okay. What I hated was how they had a sign refusing to take cash. That's terrible. First, it's been proven cash is cleaner than credit cards. Secondly, all businesses should have to accept the legal tender of the government they are registered to do business under. Thirdly, not everyone has credit/debit cards. My parents don't. Seniors don't care about that stuff and many don't even know how. In short they discriminate as a result against seniors and others who don't have these cards, and they are in a retirement town which is even worse. When I voiced a complaint they said it was legal and Quebec calls the shots and made that call, though we were in Ontario. I truly hope their business hurts as a result of such a terrible and poorly thought out policy. Disguising themselves behind "we are protecting ourselves and you" standard clauses is a lame excuse with no science behind it. Purely reactionary without merit.

Before arriving called to ask about their seasonal vegetables and asked if it was possible to have them without butter was told yes, got their ordered it asked again if it came without butter was told yes. Meal came out with two buns as an accident told them about this returned with the correct vegetables unfortunately covered in butter was told that’s the only way they are served. Won’t ever be going back.

I honestly loved it here, I only had to wait a few mins for a waiter and for a table. They are very friendly, no hair or bugs in your food. I recommend going to this St-Huberts. I only seen one fly and the place was pretty clean.

Food is good. Portions were large and had bottomless drinks, sauce and coleslaw. The server was amazing. Never had to wait for anything and she was very prompt and friemdly. Prices are pretty high but they have a nice lunch menu that has some special deals that brings the price down. The interior has a nice ambience with the music, lighting and decor. Theres lots of parking. The moist towlettes are superior quality.

Delicious meals, we were served by the beautiful Kelly who welcomed us warmly, and was very attentive to our table. The restaurant was very clean and carefully spaced for social distancing. A very convenient stop on your way back or to Montreal.

You would think that with businesses trying to keep afloat that the staff would or could be a little more friendly,especially in a drive thru. The male taking the orders on the speaker was so uncaring about his job that it turned us off. Instead of placing our order for our family of 6 I ordered 1 salad that my kiddo really wanted to try. Definitely not the service they previously had.

This place was awesome!!! The staff was so sweet and the food is great. I got the full rack ribs and it was delicious!! The washrooms are also very clean. Awesome experience. Much better than Swiss Chalet for sure!!

Quick, hot & fresh! Taking great strides to be Covid safe. Disappointed with the service, we were seated in the back and kind of ignored. Asked for ketchup, was brought two small bowls that were covered in ketchup spray. I think maybe the servers should take a few more minutes and ensure they maintain quality! It doesn't take that much longer to wipe drips and spills.

We ordered on line, picked it up and it was ready within 5 minutes after we got there and delivered to our car. We ordered the lobster rolls. The buns were so hard it crunched when we ate it and the ends were too hard to eat. The buns were not even cut enough...the filling was basically just sitting on the top and was falling everywhere. The lobster itself was delicious and there was plenty of it. However, a lobster roll without a bun is just lobster. We love lobster but afraid to order it again because of the rolls.

Very disappointed in the cooking time. Hadn't been to a st. Hubert in over 6 years. The chicken breast with poutine took over 1h40 to get to table. The curds were cold. The meat was great but should NEVER take that long to cook. The waiter was super busy and didn't bring water refills except when asked once. Very sad

We’ve just spent the last 50+ minutes in the drive through because we were given someone else’s meal. I can only imagine how impressed the people behind us were when they also had to wait even longer for their actual order. The line was already long and we had already waited a significant amount of time before getting to the window the first time. When we went through the second time, the girls told us that they realized that they had made the mistake as we were driving away, however they made zero attempt to catch us and let us know. Furthermore, we opened the order to check that it was in fact wrong in the parking lot, and they asked for that food back. During COVID. I truly hope that this food was NOT served to someone else - it should never have be passed back into the restaurant after sitting on our laps for 30+ min. To add further insult to injury when we asked to speak to the manager after receiving very little apology for our wasted time and trouble, the girls working the window said yes while they were rolling their eyes dramatically at us. This was the poorest customer service that we have ever received at this location. The manager did finally come out to speak with us, and made some excuses for his employees behaviour, but didn’t offer to make it right in any way. This is such a disappointing experience and we will not be back.

We ate as now we were running late for the show with Pre-bought tickets. I had to ask the manager to get our waitress to bring our bill. Others around us with different Waitresses seem to be served and leaving even though they came in after us. I would advise to allow lots of time if you have other plans.

Placed an order online for delivery and after 60 minutes the food still did not arrive. Phoned St Hubert and spoke to the person in charge of delivery and was informed we were next on the list and should be roughly 15 minutes. Again we waited a further 45 minutes and still no delivery. When we rang St Hubert again to complain we were told the order was cancelled. So our Customer Service experience rating is very much below average, not a standard one would expect from a reputable restaurant chain.
