Ordered lunch online today at 11:35am for pickup at 11:50am and everything was seamless. Food was ready, warm and delicious. All 3 meals were prepared perfectly according to our custom individual orders. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Bad experience, asked specifically not to add certain ingredients and it was added. The taste was not okay based on other experiences. And I believe staff should be more friendly, maybe because I'm latino... Who knows...

Amazing food, just wish they were more consistent on skip the dishes. - Edit: no problems going in-store most of the staff is friendly. The one girl, never got her name. Very unenthusiastic, makes for a very uncomfortable visit. Very apathetic demeanor.

I I love Quesada, go there weekly for lunch but tonight left a bad impression....showed up at 850 and was told they could not serve us because they close at 9 and the 4 of us were considered a crowd....really?... shame on Quesada if you only pay your staff until 9 because customer service and word of mouth is the most important sales factor....if that isn't the case, then you have a staffing issue...I was really disappointed and will make sure to let my friends know as well

Horrible experience every time. I don't know why I am still going there. My burrito is never wrapped properly. When I say I want double grilled or for longer time they will not even grill your burrito. Secondly, the staff is untrained and inexperienced, they don't know how to wrap a burrito I had to help last time. It's been more than a year of going there, but never had a good experience. My last visit was my last time. Never going there again. I would love to go to morrisburg quesada now. Feel sorry for the owner

Attempted to get a “build your own” taco option for you family and was told they needed 24 hours notice to make it. It is not on their advertisements or signs. Very disappointed. The cashier told me it was because they have to get the “containers” from the dollar store; that’s why they can’t do it. It is a lame excuse. If they don’t want want to make it, take it off the menu. Also, why not have “containers” in stock? They are a business. I am guessing they don’t want my business.

By far my least favourite burrito place. And I eat burritos every few days. They chicken was very bland. I paid $1 extra for a tiny portion of guacamole and when I asked for a bit more they said they would have charge me an extra dollar... They even charged extra for vegetables! I’ve never seen that before. Very disappointed.

Walked in at 11 am to be told there still weren't open, then the gurl served me 5 minutes later. Two other customers came in and instead of putting me through the cash she starting serving then. Two employees in the back saw me waiting and didn't bother serving me. Worst customer service. And very expensive for veggies in a bowl. I won't be returning.

Never all the workers are consistent with the quantity of a burrito bowl. And since when we could only choose one topping out of lettuce and rice? Workers lack training and customer service.

Have eaten from there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time it was great. The girls worked well together and made the taco bowls well. The last two times with different girls. They did not work together at all and the one girl who was making my dish was sloppy and hate to say greedy on the toppings. For what it costs I felt ripped off for sure. Sorry girls but you need to care or at least at like you care about the food and customer's when working in a restaurant.
