Exhausted with dealing with this location, I am in town twice a week and enjoy Mary Browns....... however I order and end up never getting the condiments I ask for just ketchup, and am currently eating my poutine with my fingers, most generally a 50/50 chance of getting a fork normally i bring my own from home so I can eat my food when ordering from the parent way location.but sadly forgot this time......pretty sure this will be my last order from Mary Browns Ft McMurray

Ordered a 9 piece bucket meal this past Thursday. Waited 1/2 hour in the drive thru then once I got home and started dishing up was majorly disappointing. The chicken tough and dry like it had sat there a few days. WTH went wrong with you guys? I emailed them directly as requested and contacted them through their website. As of Oct. 5th, Mary Brown's still have not responded to either. As of Oct. 31st, All talk, no action, still waiting to hear back from them. Ball in their court and considered dropped.

Chicken and wedges were cooked okay.. Potatoes could have been cooked a bit longer, but they weren't raw. Overall taste we felt was bland for both the chicken and potatoes. Gravy was alright, added a bit more flavour to the food. Best part was the coleslaw.

Mary Brown's Chicken is to die for. This is the best fast food fried chicken I have ever had. It is so much better than KFC and even Popeye's. The Big Mary is a steal on Mondays and it is very comparable to a Chick-fil-A sandwich. This location is just excellent. The food is always freshly made and always hot. It hasn't been sitting in a warmer for the last hour or so. I eat here every time I visit Cornwall, and of course, I have fond memories of growing up and going to this address for a frosty mug of root beer when it was, years ago, an A&W.

I went in to get a gift card for a Christmas Gift and no one in the restaurant knew how to activate a gift card. They had to call, who I assume was, the general manager to come in to do it. When she arrived she was very aggravated and attempted to be polite, but my problem lays in the behaviour of her and her staff when I sat down to eat. I could hear cussing and swearing and the staff being yelled at from entirely across the restaurant. It was a very uncomfortable experience from beginning to end. I can't say much for the food because by the time I got to sit down and eat my friend had finished eating and my food was cold.

Quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Chicken prices keep going up over time. Expect a wait on busier days. If you do call in orders. They won't make the order until you're there and paid.

service here has been top notch. I believe that the sense of urgency needed to provide customers a good experience has been addressed by management. I really like their food although sometimes the made fresh statement seems to not match up. I ordered two fried chicken burgers and it took about 11 minutes to produce and by the time I bit into them the chicken was already starting to be soggy and lukewarm. Now I don't think that this is such a bad thing but there is a statement of made fresh to order the fact that it took 11 minutes to bring me a burger with lukewarm chicken made me question this. I went back and ordered the poutine. This was served hot yet the potatoes could have used another minute or two of cooking. The cheese was not melting nor stringy as it should be. I will try this again and hope for better results for now 3 stars is all I can give. I must mention that the man taking my order was hustling. That is very good and I commend him for his work ethic.

What they did right: staff was polite and friendly, the place was well cleaned. What they did wrong: mistakes on our order, and several items had been friend more than once leaving them dried out and unappealing. All in all it cost too much for a meal that was mostly inedible.

Great food, friendly service! I'm giving 4 stars because of how long it took for my order to be ready in the drive-thru, a whopping 20 minutes! But the chicken was juicy and fresh, the sides were phenomenal, it's a little pricier for "fast food", but totally worth the money. I suggest trying those pickles chips ???? scrumptious! If you don't mind waiting, this is a great stop!

On vacation I thought I would try Mary Browns Chicken in Cornwall. Ordered a 4 pc meal and was told it may be a few minutes for the chicken. I drove to the drive thru window and paid for the 4 pc meal. Waited at the window for 35 minutes. Got the meal and drove back to my motel room to find that I had got 3 pieces of chicken and a whole bunch of terrible tasting potato wedges. This is my 1st experience with Mary Browns and I figure my last.

OK.. so almost $15 for a 3-piece. You'd expect that these days with runaway inflation. I know you need to pay more for a breast but i didn't get even 1 meaty piece of chicken. No napkins, no fork (how do you eat the coleslaw) and no straw for the pop. It might be quite a while before I come back. Also if you want to eat on the premises.. you have to drive out onto the highway and drive back in. Not great MB.

We drove all the way from Montreal to Cornwall just to try their sandwich, and let me tell you, IT WAS FREAKING WORTH IT! The chicken was well cooked, juicy and very tasty. I went with spicy one, it only comes with pickles and spicy mayonnaise sauce. It was surprisingly enough. The taters were tasteful as well, if you're not very hungry tho, go with the small ones, because the medium package is actually huge hahaha. Bon appétit!

Well I'd like to start off positive. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Now as for the food. The tater were crisp and delicious. I did not care for the gravy though. The main feature...the chicken was moist and the batter crisp but there was absolutely no flavour! Very bland. Such a disappointment after waiting to try it for a while. As for the Big Mary...it's just another chicken sandwich but with bland chicken for $6.99. Sorry. No thank you.

This experience was horrible. I open my Big Mary which I used to love. There was a blob of mayo in the center of the sandwich the lettuce was in the box around the sandwich and the top bun was off to the side some where. The quality and care of preparing someone else's food is completely garbage. Considering I paid $40.00 for a terrible experience in a fast food restaurant again its shows poor poor workmanship. The poutine was swimming in gravy. The fries with another combo were soft and greasy barely warm. The beverages were warm anough to be room temperature. My macaroni salad was also swimming in liquid. I nor my family will never go to Mary Brown's in Fort McMurray again. Its expensive for poor food and service.

It takes them a long time to get your order. You order something, but you get another thing. It’s either they are understaffed or they are not trained well. Iam so sure if Mary corporation knows how this branch is operating, they will impose fines on the owner or at least change most of the workers.

Initially I didn't have a good experience here the first few attempts however, since then I have been lucky enough to experience their always fresh and delicious food! I normally don't like the taters from MB because they are so chunky but from this location they are amazing, cut nice and thin and nicely coated, I even eat them leftover and cold lol, the softest burger buns ever. A regular treat for us now. Keep up the good work!

Chicken very good, taters very good BUT I ordered Summer Meal as I was buying for a guest and myself and the store was out of coleslaw (just had mac/cheese - not a great substitute!), no banana pudding as in advertisements, only had diet Pepsi in cans and nothing else. The tiny container of mac/ cheese was supposed to feed two people?! I was so disappointed and had to explain to my guest why things weren't up to par. It was embarrassing .

Got 2 piece chicken combo, with a chicken sandwich and a medium gravy. Didn't like the taters or the gravy, the drumstick was slightly undercooked and didn't eat it. The chicken sandwich however was the best I'd had. The only thing I'd ever go back for.

The food was delicious but the service was lacking to say the least. Took us over half an hour to get our order all the while people that came in after us got their orders in a flash. And our order wasn't a complicated one, simple 9 pieces meal. And to top it of they screwed it up and we had to go back. Only reason i'm giving 2 stars is because the food was good.

Gregoire location has dry chicken and Timberlea location has greasy chicken. I prefer dry. Can't go wrong with the Big Mary anywhere

Stopped in last week with my husband and son on opening day. We enjoyed the chicken, however, their taters were over salted and we weren't able to finish them. An owner or employee was checking on tables to get feedback from people and she ensured us that she will look into our complaint. Considering it is a newly, opened establishment, people should expect longer wait times and that there will be some "kinks" that go along with it. I personally thought they did a great job and will be returning.

We decided to try Mary Browns for the first time. We ordered and they only have 3 different pop to choose from. No biggy but then wait 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. I decide to call and ask what the hold up is. All of sudden service is finally given. This is a fast food restaurant, if they have to cook more chicken let people know ahead of time. After being frustrated at the total 35 minute wait i get my food and bring it home. The chicken pieces were very small , the fries were just warm. On a positive note the coleslaw was good. Why would it take me calling for the line to move ? I won’t be back.

Definitely didn't feel like it was worth what we paid for. Pretty much tasted like it was microwaved ????. It wasn't terrible--just underwhelming. The service was friendly and pretty quick though!

Lovely atmosphere to sit and eat while the manager is having a staff meeting in the dining area talking about how dirty and disgusting the bathrooms were. Top notch!!!

The slowest name in fast food. Their chicken is alright, fries are soggy, tatter tots are overrated. I like the big mary, but I often get it with lettuce that is too old, or buns that are stale, or questionable mayo. They hit the mini mary with a shrink ray, its like they cut a chicken finger in 3 and put it on a bun made by keebler elves, but it still costs half as much as the big mary.

They have pretty good fried chicken. Their spicy chicken is just fried chicken with some paprika on it. Not that spicy. Poutine is a tad bit too salty. Honestly a pretty good place to eat at, but their safety guidelines are very loose... Practically no one was wearing a mask when I went in there.
