This is probably the worst-run restaurant I (or any of my colleagues) have ever been to. We were staying in Cranbrook for work for two weeks and decided to try Boston Pizza. Well... not only were they severely understaffed (thus we had to wait forever for everything as well as wander around the restaurant initially to find someone to seat us), but they messed up our initial order. I ordered chicken with my order and there was none that came with my meal. But because of the sauces and mushrooms, it was difficult to tell. No one could tell if there was chicken in it, so we asked our waitress - she said yes. After I finished the meal, she confessed that there was no actual chicken, she'd forgotten. She never apologized or anything. Then, she took two coca-cola orders off our bill, when I asked for my meal to be taken off instead because I didn't get what I ordered, she said she couldn't because I'd eaten the whole thing. What a joke! So I filed a complaint, and the owner offered a coupon in return. So we decided to try BP again, we got a good waitress. Except... it turned out the owner had never actually sent the coupon (she said she had). But our waitress was able to make it work so we were ok. So, in a rush, for a 3rd time we ordered delivery (our fault, right?) Except... they AGAIN FORGOT TO ADD CHICKEN!!! Not to mention, they only gave us two sets of cutlery for 4 people. Suffice to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLY RUN RESTAURANT!

Good atmosphere and clean. The place has a trendy updated decor. Servers was professional and well kept in uniform. The pub side is a bit noisier butvwithout children. The restaurant side has booth and tables but good privacy. The food is good but portions per $ isn't great. The sante fe chicken is fine but I miss the chicken Alfredo Stromboli and even the perogi Stromboli.

Did a split pizza and delivery was faster than any delivery service we have made while on our travels. The split order was made wrong however, when calling back they re-made the pizza in a individual size and it was wonderful! They even delivered the re-made pizza as well. Tasted very well and original crust was awesome. I would order again for sure.

Waitress was beyond excellent... but the host didnt know what he was doing. Nine people waiting to be seated, lots of empty tables, and he was totally flustered. He went and hid in the back somewhere. Many walked out but I seated myself.

Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

I popped in after the lunch rush. Service was slow, even though the place was virtually empty. I ordered what I consider to be expensive wings, and got the lowest grade, anorexic appendages ever. The two flavors I ordered tasted largely the same - honey garlic and Thai something. A few wings into the meal, I found a very long blonde hair snaking it's way through my fare. The bartender disappeared for quite awhile. I ended up walking into the kitchen looking for the boss. They nullified my bill, and I walked out. I was there for an hour and a half.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with addition of mushrooms. Pizza was overdone (badly so) pepperoni was so thin it was transparent, could not tell if there were mushroom added as they was a few specks that may have been mushrooms . There was about 1 1/2" of crust showing with no sauce or cheese and overall the topping was quite thin ... Very little cheese evident. Were we disappointed yes very much so. Would we go again to BP Cranbrook ... Never.

Went in on the evening of sept 11 to treat my wife to our anniversary dinner. After about five minutes a guy (maybe the manager, not sure, he never introduced himself) came to tell us it would be a bit of a wait. I asked how long of a wait ? Before I finished asking this question a waitress came and said something to him and he turned and left us standing there. Well that was a bit rude I thought, but we sat and waited for him, or anyone, to seat us or at least tell us how long it would be. A waiter came and helped some customers with takeout orders, but never addressed us sitting there. Two other couples came in, were never addressed and gave up and left. After about 20 minutes, we gave up and went to Mr Mikes, where we were warmly welcomed, promptly seated and had a nice meal.

Frustrating: given wrong information on how long it would be for a take out order to be ready to pick up-much longer than they said. Then the order was incorrect so another wait & the mgr was extremely rude when I wasn't happy about it. Also very expensive-a basic ham & pineapple medium pizza over $28. I will not waste money at BP Cranbrook again. Tried to give No Star but couldn't.

Ate here while on a business trip by myself. Restaurant was clean. I had the medium, breaded wings and the bbq pizza. Food was good. It's typical Boston Pizza food. No complaints. The best part of my visit was the service though. The waitress that served me was wonderful. She always had a smile, replaced my drink multiple times with no wait, brought my food out in a reasonable time frame, and was very attentive (without being overbearing). While paying my bill, she mentioned that it was her first shift ever. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming back.

Hit or miss service here. Some days they do okay other days they are surly and sometimes the food arrives cold. Other days the food arrives in a reasonable time. The atmosphere is always loud whether it's full of people or not because they are always blasting the tvs. Not a relaxing environment and the servers could take some serious lessons in manners.

Service was a bit slow, and the server told the person I asked for the birthday dessert as a surprise prior to bringing it out. So it ruined it. My friends 4yr old wanted to surprise his mom so bad with a birthday cake, he was upset it was spoiled. I was contacted by the manager of BP and the appology was so welcomed, my 3 stars is now a five. No one is perfect but making an effort to rectify is 5 stars!

Group of 6 went here on Dec 8th. Sat down, waitress looked stressed out. Girl who was taking the drinks would start to walk away before you finished your sentence. As we sat there, we realized after about 30 minutes in we should probably check our food. After about 10 minutes of waiting after we had to ask her, she finally came back and said there was a glitch and our order didn't make it to the kitchen. No problem, we were patiently waiting another 20 minutes. 5 out of 6 got their food at one time, leaving one person eating approx. 10 minutes after the food arrived. No compensation offered when asked. Worst service I've ever had at a BP.

Always awesome. I forgot how amazing the Brute was. Wife orders it all the time, but I decided to this time, and I forgot exactly what I was missing. Layers or pepperoni, and ham, loads of sauce on a nice soft bun with pizza cheese. They gave me a sizable amount of meat sauce to boot.

Eaten here 5 times and every time I have found it extremely expensive. The servers are "spunky" but kind of spread out and the noise from the kitchen is always a nuisance. I'm not normally negative when I write reviews, but unfortunately there was little to enjoy on our visit to Boston Pizza. We haven't been in a while and wanted to try some of their appetizers. We tried the Thai Bites and the Cactus cut nachos. The Thai bites were tasty but that was about the extent of what was good. The Cactus Cut Nachos were very disappointing. About half the size of what you see on the commercials and at best they were warm. Considering the cheese hardly melted and the portion size for the price there was little to like. The Spicy Perogy pizza is one of our favorites and again BP let us down. The pizza was cold as the cheese didn't melt and the spicy kick was no longer there. Sadly this will probably be our last visit to BP.

Decided to order in after work, bourbon chicken pizza and a chicken mushroom fettuccine. The pasts was dry and tasteless even with getting extra cheese bakes on. Pizza wasnt that great either. Tried it both hot that night and next day for lunch hoping it would get better. The quality is definately not like other boston pizza locations.

For my meal I ordered the VEGAN power bowl and WOW it was so delicious and healthy!! Boston Pizza is NOW by far the most vegan friendly option in Fort Frances! Don’t bother placing a delivery order from this place.. Made a phone call for a delivery order at 7:40 on a Sunday night for two items , both being appetizers. Was told that it would be around an hour wait, which I was fine with. Called back at 9:00 wondering where the food was , to be told it was on the way , *note* I live 3 minutes away from Boston Pizza. Waited till 9:40, still haven’t seen the food, called back again to be told by the manager that they never wrote my address down and they would take off money and send it out asap. Finally 10:10 comes around, two and a half hours after making the initial call, to get only a measly $4 off the order total, and on top of that after the whole wait the whole order was incorrect. Nice job BP ????????

Stopped here, midweek, with a fairly busy place. Our order was completely messed up. Our son's pizza came without the pepperoni, and in trying to fix it they just put couple of slices of pepperoni on top. Food was cold. My wife's beverage came with a hair on it. Pasta was over cooked. Manager went by our table, and she completely ignored our call! I guess it looks a good spot to stop by in the way, and that's why it is busy! But otherwise, it is the worse BP we've ever been!

One would think that a restaurant of that name would normally be quite good, and normally, it is. I have been to multiple BPs where the service and food were excellent but this particular location has not impressed me. The prices were considerably high for food that wasn't anything special. The portion sizes are just normal as well. The only saving grace for my experience was the service, which was friendly and professional. I recently ordered a portion of wings and a drink. The wings were poorly coated and quite greasy. The decor looked less then appetizing as well (the celery was browning and the lettuce bed was completely wilted. The price tag that came with this plate was excessively high comparatively. I have been hearing about similar experiences from friends. This being said, I may try this place one more time in the future just in case my experience was a fluke, but if i'm not satisfied again, I will be dropping my rating to one star. Update: I did try this restaurant again and this time the food was adequate, the service was good. The price is still excessive and the ambiance was nothing out of the ordinary.

My 24 wing order was short 4 wings. Then when I brought it up rather than send more or even apologize I was made to feel as if I was full of it. The first woman I talked to told me another order on the way. Then get called back by another woman who is questioning me. Like sorry but I dont need to be interrogated over my food order. Waited 15 minutes & waiting staff never even looked at us, let alone took our drink orders. Not like it was busy - just 3 other tables for the two of them, and the table that came in after us was served right away. In the end, the meal was great... at East Side Mario's across the street. Go there instead, like we did. Fast, friendly, competent service - and she WAS busy! - good value, good food... and we made it to our movie on time in spite of time wasted at Boston Pizza! Seriously BP, I've been going to you guys for years, but I've had progressively worsening service & food at multiple locations in AB & BC the last couple of years, and this is it for me. Get your act together before you lose the rest of your customers, too.

I wanted to order for delivery because I am on crutches and mobility is a challenge. When I called I was told that we could not get what we wanted delivered because "It doesn't fit in the box properly and that can sometimes affect the quality". I am ordering food for delivery I don't expect it to look like the food in the picture. So you lost us as customers as we rarely eat in your resturant and now will not be getting delivery. Wow is all I can say ordered 3 appys and one kids meal. Individual pizza and tai bites. Along with a New York strip. Got everything but the strip out all at once. Order of the New York strip was obviously forgotten. When asked about my meal they went to the back and server returned to inform me she had forgot to place my order in the meantime my family had finished there meal. So informed there was no need to place the order because even if it was rushed I'm sure it wouldn't be fitting. So if you come here be sure to ask server when the come back if the order is made or not. Other wise your family will enjoy their meal while you wait. I will say that they did however serve me hair infested steak bites. Although they did give us a 5.99 discount. Needless to say I felt like vomiting after this entire ordeal

Always a problem. We often use gift cards or promotions and it NEVER goes smoothly. Always have the servers bring a manager to our table. Who wants that all the time? We finally decided to call headquarters after another unnecessary problem with one of their promotions. Told 3 times now we'd get a call back but nothing. So annoying. For once we walked out. I went in for a quick lunch yesterday June 14,2020 around 4pm I ordered wings salt and pepper and calamari (usually my favourite dish) The wings were awesome. But the calamari was dry and tasteless. The calamari itself was hard and dry. I only ate a few soft pieces. I mentioned this to the waitress and she apologized. I ended up paying $38 (including tip) for 6 wings and a ice tea. I would have expected not to charged for the calamari. Or at least a discount. But no nothing offered. Very disappointed ????
