I'll start off by saying I am not a fan of Little Caesars Pizza, BUT I am a fan of their customer service. This has been by far the best customer service I have received from any place in such a long time. I had to buy lunch for my employees at my workplace as it would have been far too busy for everyone to go out and buy their own lunches since we were extremely swamped with work. In order to save some time, I asked the employee at Little Caesars if we can order our pizza in advance and pay it in full, so when it was ready I can pick it up on the way to work. I needed to pick up seven personal pizzas at 11AM in order to make it on time, but the employee said that they actually opened at 11AM, so the earliest they would have my order by would be 11:30AM. When I told him that it would be too late, he checked the store schedule and noticed that the manager would be opening that day. He said he could leave a note with the manager, so my order would be ready right at 11AM. I was happy to hear that, but was also a bit skeptical. Regardless, I took his word for it and paid for the pizzas. I went over the next day, and right at 11AM, the manager was there on time, and greeted me with all seven pizzas fresh from the oven! I was extremely happy with the experience! The manager was very friendly and helpful. Like I said from the start, I am not a fan of their pizzas, but I will DEFINITELY be coming back because of their excellent customer service, and to show support for a smaller franchisee. Great job on the employee and manager! Highly recommend!
