I never received the missing items so I contacted little Caesars customer support and they issued me a refund. Avoid ordering from this location if you respect your well earned money.

Just had my first order with the store located at 452 Rathburn Rd in Etobicoke. I usually buy pizzas from Dominos but this time I decided to try the stuffed crust pizza that I saw in the commercial. Ordered online, transaction reference 45477317, picked up and when I got home I found the pizza had a regular crust. I called the store and the lady offered a free bread, I don’t want a free bread, I want the pizza I ordered. She mentioned that she would need to talk to her manager and never got back to me. Terrible experience. I had one order mistake with Dominos once and they managed to realize before I arrived (more robust process that check orders before putting in the ready pile) and managed to prepare a new one, they ended up giving me both pizzas as an apology for making me wait 5min more than expected. Little Caesers made close to zero effort to try to fix the mistake. That’s what separates a good managed company from a poorly managed one, how they handle this situations. I don’t want to anything now, just would like to inform that you lost a customer forever in your first order, and need to step up your game heavily if you want to stay in business.

First time I tried little Caesar’s after seeing reviews online. I got the pepperoni & cheese stuffed crazy crust large pizza. Got 2 crazy sauce on the side. It was cooked to absolute perfection and believe me I’ve tried pretty much all chain pizza stores. The Indian girl working Monday evening on February 7th was awesome & I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. It’s a shame about the nonsense reviews but then again anyone can “say” anything online & people will believe it. If you order for pickup I’m confident you’ll get a great pizza, as for delivery services we all know ubereats/skip are hit&miss sometimes. You can’t judge the store because your food showed up cold, that’s skip or Uber eats problem.

Good service..fast. cheap price. Grab and go. Hate Pizza Pizza because have to wait almost an hour to receive pizza... Here at little Caesars its hot and ready! Amazing! The Deep Deep Dish pizza is a fave but I always end up regretting it because of the grease/oil. Its delicious though. Garlic sticks are tasty especially with the tomato marina sauce. Wings are ok... My husband likes the sauce on the side when he orders the wings because otherwise they're ' too soggy'. Garlic pizza dip is good (I personally like Pizza Pizzas garlic dip best, but I always get a pack of garlic dip with my pizza at Little Caesars). Cinnamon dessert bread/pizza is sooooo tasty. Goes great with coffee. Not the best parking lot... People whip around the corner in the parking lot without looking. They might want to put in some speedbumps. Can usually get a parking spot but have had a few occasions where we couldn't find a parking spot (around 5-6pm). Overall, its your fast food pizza joint. great for Friday night movie night inside... Pick up a hot and ready pizza, go home and get into your PJs and binge-watch on Netflix or watch movies while eating pizza on the couch... That's how we do it! All the best.

Chewy & old toppings, never again.The pizza I took to go spent $15 with extra toppings. It was very chewy the dough of crust was at corners not cooked and rest of it my chewy and toppings were falling fall. My boyfriend is extremely sensitive to cheese so we ordered through their app and selected the "no cheese" option they had listed. It came not long after but was covered in cheese. We gave the store a call to try and rectify the situation but the woman on the phone refused to help us and stated that on their side there was no note made to not put any cheese on it (we have the full order listed before us which clearly does show "no cheese".) The woman refused to issue us a refund or send a replacement even if we provided proof (we literally offered to drive over to the store to show them our phone with the order.) The woman was extremely unprofessional and kind of embarassed herself.

Ordered a hot and ready Walkin special and was not disappointed. There was a guy in line that took forever to order Pizza and the staff were friendly and very patient with him. The pizza was tasty and fresh. The staff were very nice to my daughter as well. The entrance to the pizza place is in the back which was a little confusing at first. They should place a sign on the front door that indicates the entrance is in the rear. There was ample free parking.

I just waited outside of the store for 45 minutes (a big chunk of time loss instead of being with my wife) after paying in store for my order. There is clearly an organization problem. Did not receive any apologise from the employee that was also wearing the mask below the nose. Also, there are more than 3 customers in the store most of the time, despite there is a sign stating that no more than 3 customers should be in the store due to covid. About the pizza: low-medium quality, better though than pizza pizza or domino's. Low prices but high penalty on the quality of my evening due to the problem described above.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas and 1 large pizza via Uber Eats and it took 40 minutes more than the expected delivery time and all pizzas were not warm enough. I tracked my order through Uber Eats app and it showed this restaurant spent most of the time to prepare my order. A Uber Eats delivery driver spent reasonable time from picking up to delivering to my location though. I wonder why my pizzas are not warm enough (someone may call it "cold") even though the reataurant spent long time to prepare them.

They never get an order correct. Five times we have been here, all five required return trips to have orders replaced. i bought a medium Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza and it was very delicious the cheese was excellent an tasted very good and tasty. it was also very stringy and was cooked all the way through. the pizza was perfectly cooked and was not burnt or chard and was full of sauce and toppings. my only problem is that i had to wait around for around 10 minutes and there was no seats and since i came by bus it was very annoying. this was a beautiful experience just like the experience i had at the location on Dundas street west and Runnymede road. i recommend this place to anyone who likes stuffed crust and wants quality fresh pizza and as their slogan says it was hot and ready

They never answer the phone. Rude employees with terrible customer service. Cheap also. I ordered off of Uber eats for the crazy combo and it says the saude is included and they argued about how I Have to pay extra in order to get the sauce. You lost a loyal customer over tomato sauce. This place is pathetic.

The owner, Nilam, hosted my small class for a mini tour of his store. He is an awesome, patient and generous guy. He took came in earlier than usual to receive us on time. I have gone to his store prior to this and customer service and the food is also good for a fast food pizza joint. I love the crazy bread most specially!

I ordered a Deep Dish combo, and we requested to make it veggie, and we were told the total amount would be around $18 ($2 extra for making it a veggie). When we reached there to pick up, we were charged $26 informing us that it cannot be granted as a combo so regular charge would be applied. The main issue that I have is, they did not have any courtesy to call us back and give us the information, and when we reached there, we were asked, is it okay that we charge it normally, and honestly we didn't have much option as we were hungry, so we had to buy it. I'm really disappointed with the customer interaction and services.

The people that work there are very rude. The young lady behind the counter asked me what I wanted on my pizza at least 6 times. The pizza was baked strangely fast. Took a look at it, it seemed undercooked. I asked them to put it back in the oven and told me that they couldn't because it was already cut in slices. I told the other person there to put it in the oven and rudely reassured me that the pizza was fine. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Now I have to go and put my damn pizza in the oven which I could've done with a Delissio in the first place .

Very cramped and disorganised. They really need to sort out a line system rather than have people just pile in and sort themselves. Counter service was fast but the wait time is pretty bad. Waited at least 5 minutes to get 2 items that were already cooked. While a person who came in behind us got their order right away. The food itself is alright, comparable to Greco Pizza with a much blander sauce. The only thing they have over other local pizzerias right now is that they have deep dish pizza available. Once the hype for the place dies down and they manage a line a little better Little Caesars could get themselves another star, but I can't see this location being anything more than 3 stars.

Placed an order today 05/13/21 @ 12:30pm and got completely burnt crazy bread that was rock hard and inedible. We took pictures & had to throw it out as not one piece was edible. The DEEP DEEP Dish pepperoni pizza was also burned while our veggie pizza was undercooked. Usually this is our go to location on Rathburn in Etobicoke but the new team of staff is very underwhelming and doesn't make us want to order from here anymore.

I'll start off by saying I am not a fan of Little Caesars Pizza, BUT I am a fan of their customer service. This has been by far the best customer service I have received from any place in such a long time. I had to buy lunch for my employees at my workplace as it would have been far too busy for everyone to go out and buy their own lunches since we were extremely swamped with work. In order to save some time, I asked the employee at Little Caesars if we can order our pizza in advance and pay it in full, so when it was ready I can pick it up on the way to work. I needed to pick up seven personal pizzas at 11AM in order to make it on time, but the employee said that they actually opened at 11AM, so the earliest they would have my order by would be 11:30AM. When I told him that it would be too late, he checked the store schedule and noticed that the manager would be opening that day. He said he could leave a note with the manager, so my order would be ready right at 11AM. I was happy to hear that, but was also a bit skeptical. Regardless, I took his word for it and paid for the pizzas. I went over the next day, and right at 11AM, the manager was there on time, and greeted me with all seven pizzas fresh from the oven! I was extremely happy with the experience! The manager was very friendly and helpful. Like I said from the start, I am not a fan of their pizzas, but I will DEFINITELY be coming back because of their excellent customer service, and to show support for a smaller franchisee. Great job on the employee and manager! Highly recommend!

K ordered the Hawaiian and pulled pork pizzas. Hawaiian was great. Pulled pork was over cooked. Burnt crust and toppings. They were both made fresh. Why didn't the server tell me that when he put them in the box? Very annoyed. I would have waited another 10 mins. We were on the way home and should have stopped at our usual pizza shop.
