I have never used the A & W app, which i had to download to order lunch today. In the end, i was pretty impressed. I ordered 2 '65Buddy burgers and a Teen burger combo. I am impressed that you can add/remove ingredients, make your order quite custom. I didn't want the sauce and i changed my bun to the multigrain one. All 3 of us made changes to our order. Everything came perfectly as we ordered it and piping hot! A plus in my books! Lots of options and i liked the real ingredients: lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, who does that?!, and the little lovely crispy apple pies. Perfection in fast food! The online app ordering went well and was easy to do. I did have to take the time to download the app, sign up, create an email/password thing then i could order.. pick your location and order. The app knew how long it would take us to arrive so our food was still hot. I liked that. Would definitely order again. The .50 upgrade for the multigrain bun was worth it. The bun had substance, was crispy and tasted very good. I was happy i chose it. The fresh lettuce, tomatoes etc were fresh and tasty. I skipped the special sauce and they got that right :) Our meal was hot and ready ontime and was exactly as i ordered it with napkins and dipping sauce and straws. All right ???? Was just nice to do a great take-out with all precautions taken, masks worn and great food at the A & W on Ninth Street in Cornwall, Ontario. Would highly recommend.

Food is always fantastic when I come here. My go to is the classic Chubby Chicken burger, with a side of onion rings. I'm not a fan of onion rings typically, but I love the onion rings here.When dining in, an A&W root beer in a chilled glass is always amazing, especially on a warm day. Service is quick, employees are kind, and there's easy access to a public washroom.

Great food as always but our last visit was not the best ???? There needs to be more regular seating rather than the "bar style" tables. It was freezing inside because the drive-thru window isn't closed off from the rest of the place.

Maybe the best burger chain when food is properly prepared. Have been to this location 3 times. Had one issue but hope it's simply the new restaurant getting things settled. Food was excellent today.

I went to drive thu at 2210 thus evening.. Waited 5 minutes and got no service.. When i looked in.. Sll staff we sitting at table talking.. Nice way to lose customers. Will never go again

A&W has absolutely delicious fast food burgers and the service at the Cornwall location is quick, courteous and accurate! My order is always for plain burgers of whatever sort, so most fast food places screw it up occasionally, giving me an all dressed. I'm used to it, it is what it is, but I must say, A&W has one of the best records of being accurate with my plain burger!

A&w have yet to all be disappointed..the food is always hot when u receive it and the taste is sooooo good... The one is casselman is really disappointed the food is always cold and it doesn't taste fresh.....overall they are mostly good

30 dollars for fast food!?! Not very tasty and the onion rings were mostly just scraps of breading. Won't be going back, considering that there are better, cheaper places in town for fast food.

I really do enjoy A&W but this location food wasn’t at the same level I am use to in Toronto. I usually get a lettuce wrap burger but instead I pretty much received two piece of lettuce holding a burger that when you pick it up, the burger fell into the burger bag. It got messy #Napkins4Days. The location was nice and had a drive thru. Also had a place to clean your hands without going into the bathroom Overall nice place just wasn’t happy with the way I made my sandwich but the quality of food was great.

Stuck for over an hour in the drive thru. 5 cars, literally stuck there. Once they started moving, it was 5 mins between each order. Never again. Someone could have come out and explained to the patrons what was happening i.e. short staffed etc. When I brought the food home it was congealed and cold as ice to add fuel to the fire. No excuse for this, I'll never come back.

No napkins in the bag. I'm eating a burger and poutine but no napkins. Like not even one. Cheapskates. I asked for my debit receipt the girl says ya and doesn't give me the receipt. I asked for ketchup mustard and pickles. They must cost a fortune because they barely put any on.

Every single time I come here for breakfast I think they couldn’t possibly be that bad but they prove me wrong every time. I asked for my buns to be extra toasted at least 5 times in the drive thru and this is what I got. There is still a huge clump of butter on the bun and it’s barely even toasted to begin with. STOP HIRING 5 year olds!

Food tastes great BUT I would not go to A&W unless you have coupons. Way too expensive. Using a coupon, you could get your same order for half the price. Remember that all A &W's do accept expired A& W coupons.

Great hamburgers with fries of course and need I say more concerning their world famous Root Beer. Just off of St-Jean Blvd, and Harry Worth, Pierrefonds in the Provigo Complex. Also, not sure if you can dine inside now as this was a beautiful day and occupied the outside table.

Took advantage of the the Teen Burgers being on sale. Had mine as a lettuce wrap. It was made perfectly. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Overall it was great experience and the staff were a huge factor in this rating.
