Angie’s Kitchen is my “go to” caterer. She has never disappointed me. Whenever I’ve had a big occasion to celebrate, I’ve planned it with Angie. She has catered a baby shower, 2 milestone birthday parties and my husband had her cater his office Christmas party. Plus, she did a Christmas cookie platter for me too. Her food is always hot and delicious. She even provides gluten free and food allergy options. Angie will offer you a variety of services. She will drop off food, stay and serve or you can pick up too. We have used all three services for different occasions. When Angie stays to serve, it’s amazing. She usually brings an assistant to help her too. This allows me to actually enjoy my party. I don’t have to worry about filling drinks, preparing food and clearing dishes... Angie does it all! Plus, when she leaves, the house is clean. Angie is friendly, is great with our guests and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Angie for your special occasion.

They will come to your home with samples of their food which is fantastic. At the wedding the appetizers were good except for the lamb kabobs (speducci) which was way over cooked. You always remember the meal at a wedding and this one will be remembered as horrible, people didn’t eat. The food was gray and nothing like the samples that came to our home. To this day everyone comments on how bad the food was at this beautiful wedding. We have attempted many conversations with Angie but she just ignores our concerns...avoid them for a great meal.

I had Angie’s kitchen cater my wedding. I chose her because I supported local businesses for my entire wedding and she was reasonably priced. In the months leading up to my wedding she would repeatedly say “oh you must have got me on a good day this price is really low” which made is even more ironic when she sent me my final invoice 1 WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING for $1700 more than quote. She added set up fees, upped hourly rates for bar tenders, upped my main course per person cost, upped my late night per person cost etc. She then bartered with me and we negotiated the invoice to $300 more than the quote. Two days before the wedding she had to confirm ONCE AGAIN the type of potato I wanted, and suggested I change what the chicken was stuffed with. On the day of the wedding I approached her and asked how things were going, she then pretty much said who are you? Then said she thought I was a bridesmaid. She complained about the heat, then told me I didn’t have enough ice, even though I bought 2 more bags than she suggested. After the ceremony my guests didn’t even know there was appetizers because no one served throughout the 2 hour cocktail time. I paid for 2 bartenders all night, one of which was to “man the trough” and hand my guests drinks from the trough outside. My groomsmen were asked to do it, without a smart serve, because her people weren’t there. She also made a comment to one of my GUESTS that “I told the bride to have dinner at 6”. Then we get to dinner when my last 3 WHOLE TABLES did not receive any mashed potatoes because there was none left. They overserved the beginning tables. Around table 7 they drastically cut down on portions. On top of that my bridesmaid was handed tongs to serve her own salad while the server stood behind the buffet table. Then we get to the following day when she was late picking up her left over items from the venue. She was aware it all had to be out by noon. Around 1 pm the following day she had already emailed me asking for the gratuity. I replied with every reason why I was not adding gratuity, that she should take some of what I paid on the invoice and tip her servers seeing as I paid for bartenders that didn’t bartend, and I paid for mashed potatoes that not everyone received. She responded back her first words were not apologizing, or asking how she could fix the problem but “wow krista” and went off trying to defend herself and essentially saying I was lying or that the 10 plus people that told me these things were also lying. Later that afternoon she emailed my father in law sending him the email I sent her. In her email it actually stated “I know she’s young”, which I’m not sure why my age is relevant seeing as I was old enough to pay her bill? She was trying to get him to make me tip. Throughout that afternoon she also called me once and emailed me another 2 times. THE DAY AFTER GETTING MARRIED IM BEING HARASSED FOR MORE MONEY. None of us responded as we all felt strongly the service did not deserve addition money. The Monday after the wedding she then emailed my father in law AGAIN threatening a lawsuit for payment. The invoice clearly states gratuity is up to me. I would NEVER recommend Angie’s kitchen for catering. The only reason she’s got 1 star is the food that we did get was delicious.

Angie's Kitchen catered my sister outdoor wedding in August 2019. They ordered a butternut squash ravioli, chicken Marsala in a mushroom gravy, creole shrimp, roasted potatoes and Mediterranean veggies. What they got: overcooked pasta (for an Italian wedding ), boiled chicken in what they called "gravy", burnt potatoes and veggies in vinegar?? at least that's what it tasted like. The wedding was so beautiful, well planned and put together, but the only thing guests are still talking about it how bad the food was, everyone was starving at the end of the night. It was gross, I would not recommend to anyone!

Couldn't find anyone that made good raisin pies until I found Angie. She makes them just the way I like with some lemon. Crust is flaky and not at all dry. Lots of filling. The cherry pie was delicious too. I recommend you give her a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience. Had my son's baptism catered...13 people, and payed 24$ per person. I ordered: -chicken picatta -roast beef -pasta in meat sauce -dill carrots -Caesar salad -buns and butter It was to be delivered hot and ready at 3pm. My address was given to Angela in 4 different previous emails before the date of delivery. Day of delivery I got a text msg a half hour before delivery during the baptism service to ask my address, and then the food was delivered 20minutes late. I did not recieve the dill carrots, roast beef was so tough it was not edible, salad was soggy and wilted, pasta was dry with very little sauce, but thankfully the chicken was delicious. Not worth the money paid!! Another thing...she felt the need to tell me gratuity was not included every time I communicated with her....Not very professional!! I sent an email to tell her about my disappointment and she did not even take the time to respond to me.
