Lorsqu'il s'agit d'un possible contrat d'une dizaine de milliers de dollars, ça ne me semble pas une demande excessive, et la moindre des choses serait de rester poli... Nous avons été traité avec un mépris qui m'a laissé bouche bée. Sous-entendus douteux, reproches passifs agressifs, arrogance... Bref, vous n'avez vraiment pas besoin de ça dans votre vie. Si vous pouvez faire sans, n'hésitez pas. Il y a une tonne de restaurateurs et traiteurs à Québec qui sont courtois et aimables. C'est la base de toute bonne relation d'affaires, il me semble.
