However the salmon was not fresh which was noticed by guests and caused intestinal problems to 2 people. When I paid, I informed the person on the phone that overall I was satisfied but the salmon was not fresh. I was told right away that a supervisor would call me back. I did not receive any calls from the supervisor and the bill was charged to my credit card 6 weeks later. Conclusion nothing dramatic, but forgotten experience and change of catering for the next occasion. (Original) J'ai utilisé le service de traiteur en février pour recevoir un groupe de 20 personnes. Les mets étaient bons et bien présentés. Cependant le saumon n'était pas frais ce qui a été remarqué par des invités et à causé des problèmes intestinaux à 2 personnes. Au moment de payer, j'ai avisé la personne au bout du fil que dans l'ensemble j'étais satisfait mais que le saumon n'était pas frais. On m'a tout de suite dit qu'un superviseur allait me rappeler. Je n'ai reçu aucun appel du superviseur et la facture a été débitée sur ma carte de crédit 6 semaines plus tard. Conclusion rien de dramatique, mais expérience à oubliée et changement de traiteur pour la prochaine occasion.
