If you're hungry, visit Jersey Mike's, order the giant Mike's way and you'll be full for hours. I've had the Original Italian, the Club Supreme and the Famous Philly, and they were all great. The Original Italian and the Club Supreme were awesome, they came loaded and you could really taste all the toppings the subs sauce works really well. Now, obviously you'll have better Philly Cheese Steak from a dedicated Philly Cheese Steak place but the Famous Philly was still good for a franchised sub shop. Basically, if you want a warm sub, you should be satisfied with the Famous Philly. One recommendation, don't wait the to long to eat the sub, especially the cold ones as the sauce can make the bread pretty soggy.

Just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time. Got the club on white with cherry pepper relish. Not to be dramatic, but I would die for that sub. The vinegar and oil is perfect. I normally hate tomatoes and large amounts of lettuce (most places use extra lettuce to skimp on meat) but this was probably the most delicious sub I have EVER had. That baby was PACKED! Pricy, but delicious and filling and absolutely worth it!

Amazing! This sub puts subway to a complete shame! This is the cadillac version of a sub. Love the italian! Very clean and everything is fresh! Staff was great and customize your order. Run there and taste their subs you will be back. The size is twice as big as run of the mill subs. All packaging they use is recyclable! I had a childrens order and they customized the sub for my little one. :-)

EDIT/ new review** just went there today for lunch and Darryl / James I can confidently say are the best staff members you have. Daryl was immediately super friendly and greeted me with an awesome attitude! He asked about my Day and took genuine interest in what I said while he made my sandwich for me. James was also great offering me one Of my fav cookies at cash so I didn’t forget to grab it. All in all have to say it’s the best experience I’ve ever had at this store! Keep it up & give these two a raise!! Old review** The assistant manager usually serves me and he's always super friendly! the food is always amazing!! was definitely heartbroken when you guys closed for two weeks hahah, glad you're back!!

Best sub I have had in a long time! I was surprised at the quality. All the meat was fresh sliced, the bacon was thick and crispy obviously fried not nuked. The quality of the meats was higher than I expected and the bread tasted fresh with just the right crust amount. The service was super friendly and very fast despite fresh slicing The subs are huge (I got the giant) and price was high $18 for a giant but I felt I got my money worth! Highly Recommended.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Got the blt, which says tomato, lettuce, bacon, mayo. When we got the food there was no mayo, but there was sub sauce - which I can't eat (stomach issues). TL;DR: Paid for a sub I can't eat because they put toppings on that aren't on the menu. Sadface.

I was lucky enough to FINALLY get a chance to eat here, and not have to cross the border. It was well worth the wait. Flavorful,filling bread filled with fresh cold cuts or hot off the grill. I've had the Original Italian and Club supreme. Both were fantastic, and piled high and fresh!! The only thing holding back Jersey Mike's in Canada is there are too few locations!! The other hoagie shops finally have some righteous competition!!!

I would really give this 3.5 stars, with Subway being 2.5 stars. It was fine, but relative to Firehouse, it just doesn't cut it. Bread at Firehouse is much better. I got the Philly cheesesteak, and it is not even close to a real Philly. Is it better than Subway steak and cheese? Yes, but that's not hard. A real Philly has steak and cheese oozing out of it. This version was, again, better than Subway but not as good as Firehouse. I had high hopes, but it just was not worth the drive across town. Firehouse is a cut above the rest.

Love Jersey Mike’s. However they are not consistent with the amount of meat they put on the #7 Turkey. Sometimes they put a think layer on just like they would with the #9 (which is roughly $1 more) yet on the 9 they still put a layer of beef and bacon on. I think they forget it is just the one meat on the #7 and don’t put enough on. Sometimes disappointing for this reason.

I came in right before closing and maybe they were rushing but they charged me for a 12" sub and only gave me a 6". It was my first time there and I got it to go so I didn't see their mistake until I got home, and they were closed. It tasted just alright... don't think I'll rush to come back though.

Good sub... very filling but firehouse down the street has more BBQ sauce and hot sauce selections which I love and better subs in my opinion. The selections and combos of sauces aren't enough they need more hot sauce options and BBQ sauce options and Mike's way sauce was very plain... need more spice! Btw they are very expensive the giant sub costed me $16.75 taxes in.

Would love to give a higher rating based on the good food and friendly service. However, after we finished eating, we watched in dismay as at least one of the staff handled cash while wearing the same gloves he was using to make sandwiches. It went from bad to worse as we watched him working in the prep area then he made sandwiches for the next customers, without ever changing gloves or washing his hands. The tables and restaurant were also obviously unclean. These are unacceptable conditions at any point in time, let alone during a pandemic when sanitation is critically important.

Got a meatball sub. Live 2 minutes away. Get home. Bun is cold. Meatballs cold. Sauce cold. Shredded cheese on top cold and unmelted. You would think for a $11 Reg sub. It would be hot and melted. Noticed to before I got it thrown in the microwave for 10 seconds.

I had never been to a Jersey Mike's and didn't realize it was an American chain until recently when I saw them all over Myrtle Beach. First off the service is extremely friendly and they have a lot of energy which is nice to see. They cut all the deli meat to order and use a good amount of meat vs other sub shops. They don't have a million toppings like other sun places but the quality of the meat, cheese, and bread, you don't need it. I was surprised how filling the regular sized sub was. I thought it looked a little small, but I could barely finish it. The bread is really nice and not like typical sub shop buns. I can't wait to try more subs from here.

Order the”Big Kahuna”. Jalapeño and peppers. Sub was loaded and hot. Looked really promising. Sorry to say for $17 + I found it to be truly, sadly, tasteless. Oh the jalapeños were tasting alright but that’s it. Wow, bread wasn’t the freshest and tasteless. Nope, second time in, I’m out.

A friend recommended Jersey Mike's after visiting their first Canadian location in Kitchener. The subs are good. Meat is sliced right at the counter as the sub is made. Staff is friendly and engaging. I do find the prices a bit high and the subs smaller than the competition. A "regular" sub is only about 9" long and costs $10 to $12. The "juice" (red wine vinegar and olive oil) is tasty. I'd recommend asking for light juice. The normal amount is a bit overpowering and messy. I will go back again.

If you're looking for a sub and you want something different, this is a good option. I've gone a few times and tried a variety of their options. All have been good, but I don't know that the value proposition works out for me. At about $10 for a sandwich, I'm not sure the benefits of seeing them freshly slice/shave the meat and cheese is worth it.

It is cut fresh right in front of you and taste absolutely amazing. So happy they have a location in canada. Definitely a must go to place if you want an amazing sub that is 100% percent worth the price in my opinion. One of my go to favourite subs is the philly cheesesteak, it's so good and will put you into a food coma and wanting a nap after. These subs have a special place in my heart. Pro tip: If you order a hot sub, be sure to tell them if you want additional toppings at the point of order. Otherwise they will wrap it up over by the grill and they'll have to unwrap it after to put on your extras. Plus you'll feel like a you-know-what. It's better than Subway and not structured the same way.

i do not recommend this restaurant. its super expensive. I payed $9.00 for there "regular" sized sub. Witch turned out to be a 6" sub. they asked if i would like to make it " the mikes way" and because I have never been I unfortunately said yes. they drench it in vinegar witch the bread just soaks it up. If i wanted to eat vinegar I would of stayed home. So the vinegar of course over powered everything else in the sub. I even got there "hot" relish. and it wasn't hot and I couldn't taste it. Save your money and go to subway. Will not be back and I will tell my friends. Thanks for taking my money now I have to go home and eat something else because im still hungry. (Drink not included in that 9$ PRICE TAG)

This is the best place to get cold subs in the region. Service is pretty quick and the giant sized subs are massive. I've gotten to try a lot of their menu items and I haven't been disappointed yet. If you're someone who frequently goes to subway or Mr.sub this is %100 a great upgrade. Side note, their cookies are bomb too

I had a wonderful experience at this location today, very friendly staff who answered my questions quickly and effectively. I ended up getting the famous Philly which is made with real steak chopped finely. The steak was tender and juicy and the peppers and onions cooked just right and were a perfect balance on a beautiful bakery fresh bun with just enough cheese.. I have not had a sandwich like this in a very long time. My husband had a giant original Italian Mikes way and he loved it, I of course stole a piece and I can say the ingredients were fresh, the meat and cheese are sliced fresh to order in front of you and the shredded lettuce is how subs should be made. The bread does get a bit wet by the time you get it home but holds up very well to their oil vinegar sauce.. and I was informed that you can ask for the sauce on the side and put as much or as little as you want on. Very accommodating. I also ended up with a show today with the gentleman behind the counter doing scenes out of the movie cocktail with the shakers and paper, all in all a very good experience. We will be returning and bringing our friends, in fact my husband has stated that this will be his weekly sub stop. this is a must try (you'll love it) .. far out passed any place I have been for subs..

It wasn't long until the manager was I touch asking to earn back my business. I received coupons and after 6 tried all have been excellent. Tasty; consistently delicious. We went here for the first time last night. I didn't realize what time they closed at, and we arrived right on the dot. The manager (I think he was the manager) let us in anyways which was awesome. The staff was super nice and we were offered free freshly brewed iced tea since they were closed and it would otherwise be thrown out. Not only was the staff really helpful and nice, and we got free drinks, but to top it off, this was our first time at Jersey Mike's and the subs were AMAZING. So fresh and delicious. Gold Medal Service!!!!! I was recently at a hockey tournament in London with my Son and my friend recommended this place, Our kids had just finished their late Saturday night game and were hungry. By the time we got there it was 5 mins until close, I was totally expecting to either be turned away or have service with attitude, When we arrived I was amazed at how friendly we were greeted. James Wilson and I believe the girls name was Sam invited us in and started chatting up the kids. The Customer service we experienced that night was to say the least " Beyond Exceptional ". James even took it to a level beyond exceptional! He made the kid's a bet that if they won the gold medal game the next day he would buy them a sub on him and if they lost they would have to come in and stand on a chair in front of everyone and sing their favorite song. Challenge accepted! The next day the kids won and went back to tell James, James immediately recognized the kids and said " Well how'd we do" They presented their gold medals and he honored his bet with two twelve year old's! You Sir deserve a Gold Medal of your own! I can't remember the last time I ever had service like you showed me and my kid's. We will be back and we will tell everyone we know about this amazing young man who made our kids day!

Jersey Mike's can be a roll of a dice sometimes as I have had 2 unpleasant experiences with this place, 1 being the bread was old/stale and the other was a drink I played for but wasn't given even after I had asked. Other than those experiences the place is a good alternative to Subway and for the most part offers a great sandwich for your buck, unfortunately due to the unresolved issues in the past they are a 3/5

In particular, Munish, the general manager in Kitchener exemplifies the above. Love the subs even though they are pricey. My main concern is the atmosphere with the staff. I consider myself a confident and not quiet woman in my late 20's but I find the staff here intimidating. I've been in a couple times and if you don't know what you want right away or have questions and don't know their "routine" way of ordering they get annoyed. They actually teased me about using a coupon. I get they are having fun with each other but the bro vibe is way too strong... I actually haven't been back even though I like the food because it feels stressful to walk into that environment. Some sensitivity training and more (or any as I haven't seen any) female employees would go a long way to make everyone feel welcome.

The wife and I tried this place for the first time today and I don't think we'll be going back. Jersey Mikes is way, way, way, way overpriced. For 2 regular (REGULAR!) hot subs, 2 medium fountain drinks, 2 brownies, and 1 cookie, we paid $38 with tax for CARRY OUT! Holy expensive batman, this is restaurant prices for take-out food! For that kind of money you'd think it'd blow all the other sub places out of the water, especially with all the positive reviews. You'd think it'd be the gourmet of subs, the sandwich to end all sandwiches. Sadly their prices are writing checks that their food seriously cannot cash, because the food here isn't even in the top 100 best sandwiches I've ever had. I feel VERY ripped off! I really don't understand why this place gets the rave reviews that it does when it costs this much. I just can't wrap my head around it. Thirty eight bucks! I can have the best pizza in London delivered to my house for less money, including the driver's tip! That'd be enough pizza for both of us, with dips and cans of pop, and I'd still have enough change to get a bus. Sorry Jersey Mikes, your staff were super friendly, but your customers are suckers to be paying what you charge.

By far the best sub fast food option. Portions are smaller than usual and the price is higher but expect to taste the highest quality of meat, toppings and sauces available. They make up with the smaller sized sub by stacking the meat high. And everything is sliced or cooked fresh in house pretty much at time of ordering. You want to give this place a try, believe me you won t be disappointed.

I ordered the chipotle cheesesteak and instead of steak you guys gave me ground beef. If I wanted a burger I would have gone down the street. Is there an explanation for this? We had heard so much about Jersey Mike's so we gave it a try. Unfortunately, we won't be changing sides. Firehouse is amazing, while Jersey Mike's is just okay. At firehouse we always order the club on a sub and the meatball sub so we did the same here for a fair comparison. The meatball sub is insanely better at Firehouse than Jersey Mike's. JM doesnt use full meatballs, there was barely any cheese and it wasn't melted. The meatballs are tender but the flavour and sauce isn't great The club didn't come with nearly as much meat/toppings as firehouse, and barely any bacon. Just overall the subs were more expensive than Firehouse and not nearly as good. While we weren't fans of the subs, the staff were really nice, cheerful and accommodating.

While the sub was good, the two girls working tonight, were super unprofessional. There are two people that seem like their friends, standing beside the deli counter talking extremely loud, nearly yelling. Swearing and causing a scene with their multiple vulgar stories being told to the girls working. I understand its Thanksgiving Monday and it's slow, but there is no professionalism with these staff. The girl that isnt a staff member is YELLING telling her stories and the girls working arent even telling her to be quiet. Wanted to just eat dinner with my husband but we couldn't even have our own conversation because they were so loud. Pretty disappointed. We were there between 6pm-6:30 and the whole time they were super loud. Probably wont come back.

Jersey Mikes is a weekly destination for my partner which has surely resulted in being mine too. Today was very busy when we came in and James was kickin’ buns (pun intended), not to mention - the only staff member on. He could have made our regular sandwich orders, which he remembered with his eyes closed. Having worked in the food service industry I understand being short staffed at times all while upholding a level of service isn’t the easiest. Every time we come here the staff are absolute sweet hearts and I hope management/employers treat them with respect.

As if the name didn’t give it away, Jersey Mike’s is a New Jersey-based sandwich chain that serves some pretty sizeable subs featuring cold cuts & toppings. On the PLUS side, I was humbly surprised by high-quality ingredients, stripped down menu and the fact they slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you. This felt more like a deli than a chain restaurant and it certainly beats the majority of their competition. I also highly recommend that you add the red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend to your sandwich as it enhances the overall experience. Stand-out favourites include: Turkey breast and provolone along with the Famous roast beef and provolone. In terms of a drawback, even if you order a mini, which translates to a small, it will still set you back roughly $8.00. So a little pricey. Jersey Mike’s is a very reputable chain and a worthy addition to London.

Both my wife and I ate at this location on Saturday night at 6 pm. We shared two subs, first was a turkey and second was a philly cheese steak. With in half an hour of each other we both became ill at 1 in the morning. The doctor said we both have food poisoning. I would not recommend this establishment as they must not be preforming proper food handling.

This place is over priced and underwhelming, remind me too much of Quiznos, the one staff member either needs to go on vacation or quit his job. Getting annoyed because a customer is trying to decide is rather pathetic, also walking into a dirty store with liquids all over the floors and no floor sign total healthy and safety hazard to the public and staff! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like flavourless food, over charging for very little meat and cheese which by the way wasn’t even melted and attitude ????????

My family and I just got back from Jersey Mike’s subs. As fans of Firehouse subs, their nearby competitor, we were curious to see how they compared. We all agree that Jersey Mike’s subs are good, but not quite great. They are also more expensive and their regular-sized subs seem a bit smaller than the equivalent Firehouse sub (though we didn’t break out an actual tape measure). Ultimately, Firehouse remains our sub place of choice. That being said, we are not against going to Jersey Mike’s for an occasional change.

Very disappointing. Ordered the "Famous" Philly cheesesteak, a regular size sandwich, which looked like the size of a six inch Subway sub. Inexplicably came to over $12. Beef was bone dry, and the sub was incredibly bland. No sauce or seasoning or anything. I asked the staff for some chipotle Mayo, which helped a bit. But I've eaten better cheesesteaks in so many other places, including Firehouse, which is comparable in price. Left hungry, won't be back. Only two stars as the staff were friendly enough and the place was clean.

Update - Dear, I can assure you that I've never been an assistant to anyone because I OWN MY BUSINESS, you accuse wrong. I have no idea what the hype is about this place. Just ordered a large meatball sub and this is my experience- The sugar in the tomato sauce is the only thing you can taste when you bite into it. No seasoning, no flavour, nothing. The sauce tastes straight from a can, and the meatballs are cut in half. I counted 4 whole meatballs in the sub. $19 for one large sub. No drinks, no kiss on the lips. The meatball sub across the street at Firehouse is far superior. You can get a combo for the price of $19 . Dont waste your money!

I was there to buy a sub the other day and the only ones working there were Italian/Jersey style guidos who told me I could get 10% if I could fist pump ten times while yelling, " get crazy, get loud!" Which I think is the Jersey Shore (TV show) theme song. The guy behind the counter had so much gel in his blowout (hairstyle) that a balloon (probably left over from grand opening) literally popped on it. The house music they were playing was so loud I could barely hear the specials. I had to ask like five times. So anyway, I was actually enjoying my sub until Some guy named vinny came (danced) up to me and asked me for my number, and then called me a grenade (ugly woman) when I refused. I mean, why ask me for my number if I am such a grenade ? I still think about him. Does anyone know if he still works there? the sub was pretty good. Too much lettuce. 2/5 stars.

Nothing but good to say about my local Jersey Mike's here. US Corporate...well that's a different story. I was pleased to receive an email again this year for a free sub and drink on my birthday. But I couldn't access it. Little did I know I was calling the US. Totally separate from the Canadian locations apparently. After going back and forth multiple times, we created a new account and they gave me a $10 credit. Awesome right? Nope. It's worthless in Canada. Now they don't return my calls. First time getting a sub here. I ordered the club and liked the fresh bun, fresh vegies and cheese, and cold cuts were of good quality. The dislike was the bacon and price. The sub I got was definitely not like the photo you see on the menu. The menu photo of the sub shows strips of bacon coming out of the side. The sub I got had little chunks of bacon, definitely not strips; it was a game of, find the bacon. The cost was $12.50. I'm thinking you could get a comparable sub from a little guy for under $10.

Where to start..... upbeat staff, they love what they are doing and it shows. They slice the meat right in front of you for every single sandwich. I had the #9 regular Club supreme roast beef, turkey , crispy bacon and loaded up with all of the toppings, my g/f had the #6 roast beef provolone. Their roast beef is cooked on site and let tell ya done perfectly, they also add a red wine vinegar and olive type of dressing which is very good ( And that also explain why some genius commented that they take their sub to go home and complain that it was soggy.....yeah the lights are on , but there is nobody home!! ). I will definitely be back to try the philly cheese steak. Subway got schooled people ....Eat fresh my ....bhahahaha they have no idea.....

Me and my boyfriend went to Jersey Mike's tonight and the line was out the flipping door!!! And I know exactly why! Not only are they making delicious unique subs but they are SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS! The fact that you open up not long ago and your first thought is to support our kids and their future is beyond wonderful! First time going to this location. It was nice being able to sit outside on their patio. I did find the sub to be quite delicious but honestly $30 for two regular subs with a drink was a bit more than I expected to pay. Otherwise no complaints.

Used to eat here when it first opened once a week. All the time. Emailed me coupons it was great. Got food poisoning and they kinda just were like 'that couldn't have happened here'. Even though it was the only same food me and my wife had ate in the last 4-5 days and we both were extremely sick. Started trying to eat there again but wont be consistent. Maybe once a year.

As far as sub places go, this place blows the rest out of the water. In the words of my brother, "I can't eat at any other sub shops since I had Jersey Mike's." I have only had #13 aka The original Italian, but I've had it 3 time in 2 weeks. I think the fresh bread and slicing the meat fresh for every sub as you're ordering it, makes a huge difference. Get it done Mike's way.

More accurately 4.5 stars. The subs here are fantastic. Among the nicest there is. If you like a good sub you really should try this place. Fine fresh ingredients. Jersey Mike's offers mini, regular and giant size subs. Regular size being comparable in size to a footlong at other places and goes for $9-$11 depending on the type of sub. The Giant is quite a bit larger and is $15-$18 depending. Pepsi fountain drinks and bottled drinks here. Fountain drinks are Pepsi, DPepsi, Schweppes Ginger Ale, Brisk Lemonade, Brisk Iced Tea, Mtn Dew, Dr Pepper & MUG. A good loyalty program. Get points for buying subs. Redeem for a free one after enough points. Ask them. Also provide email for coupon offers. I get a new coupon each week. Today I came in to use my coupon. Coupon was $2 off any regular sub. The coupon is good for the week. It will expire at the end of the week and then I will get next week's coupon. Last week it was two regular sub combos for $16. Great subs. Deli fresh theme. Try adding bacon to your sub. It is sitting right in front of you as you have the person build your sub. The bacon looks very crisp and well done. Tastes as great as it looks. The dining room however is compact and the tables are small. The patio looks very nice though. In summary: Try it. Great subs. Good promotions. Nice Patio. Compact dining area though.

Best subs I've ever eaten (I got the #8- Mike's way). The bacon was crispy, the bun was soft and supple, and all veggies were fresh and juicy. The staff were so fast and friendly (in and out in under 5 minutes). Get the juice on your sub. Trust me, you will not regret it! Definately will be returning for some mouth watering goodness.

We noticed this place driving by and decided to try it out. Subs were orderd by my son and his dad. They seemed to enjoy them well enough, but there was certainly no 'wow factor' compared to what else is out there. My disgust and low rating comes from the unbelievably wretched salad which was prepared for me... I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad expecting traditional spicey bites with a usual salad construction. However, when I arrived home and sat down to eat my salad, I found a few slices of PROCESSED SANDWICH CHICKEN SLICES fried and seasoned then crumpled on top. Under that, nothing more than lettuce. WOW. Presentation awful, product used awful, seasoning awful, quality awful, taste awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Affordable Passenger Transport

The quality and taste, as well as customer service are top notch - 5 stars. Been there 3 times in the last week and purchased a total of 7 different subs for myself and others. Only reason for the 3 star overall is PRICE. Not sure how long they can do this at current prices after the novelty of a new place wears off. Need better prices or decent coupons to go back. Even just a bit higher than Subway or Mr. Sub would still be ok - but what amounts to a 6"-7" regular(medium) for $10+ for cold cuts, cheese and a few topping is way out there for me.

My Hus band and I could not remember the name of this restaurant . After finding it we realized it was across the street from another new sub place Firehouse subs. My husband said let's get one from both places and do our own taste test! So we did . I got the regular original Italan. I had them make it as they recommended. I told the one staff member in the blue shirt that I was doing this and she said let me know when you do it. This sub was awesome! ! We both gave it 9 out of 10. We got the same sub from firehouse subs . Though different style still very delicious! . We feel that London has room for both as they are exceptional but I love Jersey Mike's more! !

Yummy subs with a unique flair. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can't give more than 3 stars though due to the smallest selection of toppings I've ever seen at a sandwich shop and over $8 for a sub that was so small, it wouldn't satisfy a 9 year old. For an adult looking for a meal sized sandwich, expect to spend over $17 before drink or side. I know that I'm a father of 3 and therefore too value-minded, but that seems excessive.

Heard all the hype about this place in the US and it does not disappoint. Quality is well worth the few extra bucks you'll have to kick in compared to other places like Subway and Mr. Sub, but this place is by far the best sandwich chain going right now, this specific franchise beats the hell out of most places in Waterloo. My only problem is that there aren't more franchises in Canada so I have to wait till I go to visit university friends to go here.

This is my first time visiting and was quite happy with the sub, just not impressed with the price. I got a regular sized "43" (Philly cheese steak) which tasted great. It was grilled nicely and was very flavorful but it's only about 8 inches and found myself a little hungry afterwards. The larger sub is massive but is about $18 or so compared to the $12 I paid for mine. Again, great sub but worthy of 3 stars due to the price.

The food is delicious but the boss/owner is very prejudice. I once wanted to hire someone based on their resume and the vibes they were giving me, them on the day that they came in for an interview, Matt Makin took one look at him and said we weren’t going to hire him because he had dreadlocks. He also fired another woman who worked with me based on her size. How unfair is that to you? I also noticed that Matt could never take a joke from me. He was always so upbeat with other workers such as Candice Packer and Tori Hainsworth but as soon as I tried to hold a conversation with him and throw in some jokes, I was hit with extreme seriousness. One day, Matt had some business cards come in and I made a joke asking, “where’s my business card hahaha”. He then responded with, “well Kaitlyn, you have to work really hard to get a business card”. As if I wasn’t one of if not the hardest workers there. All Matt did was come into the store and make me feel unwanted and offered no help when needed. Thanks Jersey Mikes for making that a workplace I would never ever want to work for again based on an owners ego.

All their subs taste great, good quality and fresh. Their brown bread had a nice crunch compared to their white bread. I hear complaints alot about their oil or vinegar however you can do lite oil or light vinegar, or better yet ask it in a to go cup and add the liquid when you arrive at your destination so you can add the desired amount you wish. Their hot subs are quite good too. Staff is always very friendly.

I have to admit, when the girl behind the counter asked me if I wanted it “Mikes way”, I was hesitant. And then when I saw her dump all of these vinaigrette’s and wine all over my sub I was shocked! I was worried about soggy bread… But I have to say, it was absolutely delicious!!! Everything was super fresh! The cheese is freshly sliced, lettuce was crispy and fresh! I will definitely be a repeat customer here! Go try it out and do it Mikes way!

First time going and a little disappointed. For the large sub ( seemed like the same size as subways footlong but staff said it was 15 inch’s but it wasn’t). Cost me $19.72 for a steak sub with no sauce and very plain. The sub was average but for $20 dollars without a drink or chips etc it’s really a rip off. Nothing special. Won’t be going back. Staff was nice and place was clean though.

Went in when in for the first time today and knew nothing about the menu. Being the mean guy I am I asked about 100 questions on what's good and bad and what I would like. Without skipping a beat, Hayden and James both were more that happy to explain each item I asked about in great detail. 10/10 would recommend this location, especially when James and or Hayden are working.
