Exceptional service. Went with my partner to participate in the Endless Shrimp special. Food: Be wary of Endless Shrimp. I would not recommend the Shrimp Linguine Alfredo. It's a real stomach filler as there are only 5 baby shrimp on a full portion of creamy noodles. Same thing with the Honey Sriracha shrimp, as half of the shrimp itself is just the breading. Only thing that's a bang for your buck is the tradition shrimp with the garlic butter, however the taste gets boring pretty fast. Service: It was ok. Server came by one or twice when we finished our plates and asked if we wanted more food. Nothing special but nothing wrong with that.

We recently went for dinner and the wait was too long. So we came back the next day for lunch and we were so glad we did. My friend had the claim chouder and I had the lobster bisque soup and loved it. It diffinately hit the spot and the service was great.

Went with whole family for 1 year anniversary. Food was very bad, steak was overcooked, seafood was bland, waiters were dismissive when we brought the matter to their attention. Food took over 1.5 hrs to arrive for a group of 7 adults and 2 children on a MONDAY. One waiter that served the kids desert was great and we mentioned that to the manager. Manager apologized for the situation and offered a discount but unfortunately the night was defined not as planned. This is the location closest to us and food quality has been consistently going down. Due to this and the staff's attitude, we don't recommend this location and won't be bringing our business back.

The Customer service was great tonight. I met up with three of my lady friends...late Mother's Day gift to ourselves. We had a variety on our table. The Lobster mashed potatoes was really good...the fresh catch fish was nice too. Their biscuits is always tasty good even though it may not be good for you ????. Once in a while indulgence????????. Well first off the food was good. Except the artichoke dip was burnt. When walking in and no one is waiting and told it will be 15mins. Red flag. But it's the wife BIRTHDAY so we here. Seated 10 minutes later. Then 25 minutes later we get a waitress. 10 minutes later we have water. 30 minutes later appetizer. 30 minutes later we have are main course. Now mind you the restaurant is not packed or busy. Going out to eat to a restaurant in today's time isn't really worth it.

Due to food, wasn't as good like last time we were there, not sure what it is but we always have seafood mushroom caps, wasn't as thick, it was more runny with liquid and butter. Service was great has usual ???? smiling waitress was helpful all along. It's questionable if we'd go back & we went back 3 or 4 time a year, makes us wonder if the owners didn't sell to someone else or get cheaper in their quality. Our main dish delicious.

Had a terrible meal there tonight. I ordered one of the main variety dishes with Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops. The Lobster tasted like sponge and the scallops were literally the size of garbanzo beans (I didn’t know they even came in that size-have never seen any smaller than a 50 cent piece). The whole meal was horrible! Never going back there. My husband and I were disgusted. Only good thing was our waiter Eddie.

Nice place to eat. Always crowed but this time waiting was only about 15mins. We were missing the lobster for the lobster Caesar and waited close to when our meal came but the waitress was very nice and promised two lobster tails because of the wait. Our meals were enjoyable. Now that we have lots of options out there these restaurants need to bring some vegan choice as well, especially when its a family outing and you have a member that is vegan. They need more than potatoes or salad.

Really disappointed with my ultimate feast. The lobster tail was fine, the sirloin steak was cooked rare just like I asked, but it was a cheap quality piece of meat - very difficult to cut, even with a steak knife. The coconut shrimp was really forgettable and the side of rice was bland. On the plus side, service was good and our waitress couldn't have been more attentive given how busy the place was. Not an experience I'm in a rush to repeat.

Obviously great seafood for a reasonable price. Not too busy, really only during weekends you may want to consider booking in advance. Try the surf and turf meal and the occasional unlimited shrimps offers. Popcorn shrimp is a great appetizer and the unlimited biscuits are amazing.

It was ok, but not good. When we got there it took a while for someone to seat us. When we sat down, no one checked on us for 10 minutes, which was disappointing. The food we got was alright, we got the lobster dish. Not seasoned very well and little bland. 3 / 5 might come back

I hated the overall experience of going to Red Lobster Brampton location for dining. To begin with the hostess who seated us was very rude. Then it seemed either they were under staffed or the staff working was over worked as they were not being able to maintain the quality of a dinner service and often there was a very long wait for the food to come and many times the food served was stone cold. Even serving a glass of water or a simple hot sauce took quite a while and we had to sit waiting for service. I would never even think of going back. I strongly recommend for people to reconsider other dining options over Red Lobster Brampton any day.

Ate out with my parents today. Enjoyed the $15 early dining special while my father ordered the ultimate feast. Stuffed mushrooms as our appetizer. Clam chowder was great. Ceaser salad had a few stems throughout the salad but it was immediately replaced. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. Only reason this isnt a 5 star rating was because although our server had 5 tables, she was complaining about being stressed out loud everytime she came out the kitchen with food. I understand the frustration, due to managerial restaurant experience, but complaining out loud about your job in front of guests is highly unprofessional. If the staff doesn't enjoy being here, should we? I've chosen not to disclose the server name.

I was recently at your location. Very annoyed by the lady server, I asked for mineral water, she brought me tap water. When I tried to rectify her mistake she was looking to my husband pretending to not understand because I speak with a slight accent.. During her service I was ignored, she payed attention only to the male considering that he will be the one paying the bill anyways. She needs to learn to be nice and polite with everybody around the table not only to the person who pays the bill for a better tip. I will never go back to this North York location, was an unpleasant experience.We were sited in the first big room,near the window and our server was a young dark skin girl,Satisha or something similar who is full of BS..I also got food poisoning from the food,felt terrible the next day.Don't go there especially in this pandemic.

Outstanding. I wish id have remembered to get our waiters name but he was very helpful and quite pleasent . The food (especially the biscuits) was outrageous. With one small exception being the lobster potatoes. But its a personal preference opinion. The potatoes were super creamy and delicious. But the sauce over top wasn't my favorite. Overall a wonderful experience

Let me just start off by saying that I stopped coming to this location a while back , even before the pandemic started because the quality of the food just wasn’t the same anymore. I remember ordering garlic shrimp and there was a little ball of shrimp legs in my food as if they forgot to throw it out and just served it to me... that was the last time I ordered. I tried going back again and I was served cold food . I tried once more because maybe it would be better this time. I mean I used to come to this location all the time with my family so I still had some hope right . I requested that my food didn’t have parsley in it and after waiting for my food I was brought my order with parsley in it. I notified the server and she took my whole plate. When she brought back my plate , it was like they just took the bowls that had parsley in the shrimp off the plate and replaced it , so everything else that was on my plate was cold when it came back to the table. Everything should have just been replaced if it was going to the back ... that was absolutely the final straw . I did tell myself that if I were ever to order again from that location that I would only order desert. I mean you can’t possibly mess up desert. Well I was wrong. lasts weekend , Saturday to be exact I ordered two chocolate wave cakes and a vanilla cheesecake. I ordered for my mother and I because it was such a nice day . Even though we couldn’t dine in we could at least enjoy the cake in the car. When we opened the container the cakes were frozen. That’s highly unacceptable. Why was I given frozen cake ? Because it’s take out service the quality of my order shouldn’t be the same as if it would be dine in? You don’t serve someone frozen cake like come on , seriously? Is that really right ? I was really looking forward to it .When I called I believe I spoke to a manger and I was told that ,that is how they preserve their deserts , basically the manager was justifying that me being served frozen cake was okay. I had hope for cake and that was just a big no no . Never again ????????

I had been to this location once before, and had a lovely dinner with great service so I went again expecting the same. We were seated at a dirty table that was only cleaned after we had sat down, and both menus had dried caked on food on them when they were opened. Then we noticed that the trays food was brought out on were also dirty, and a visit to the restroom made me lose my appetite. It reeked of urine, and while on the way, I saw a server handling wine glasses from the rim with her fingers in the glasses and a manager say nothing. Our food was satisfactory and our server was very pleasant and respectful and did her best to acknowledge our concerns, but we all agreed that these things were unacceptable. I probably won't come back to this location.

I had a bad experience (shown below), but the Management did get in touch with me a few days later and expressed their apologies and made things right. I appreciate that they made the effort as not many companied do. Ordered my food at 5pm for a 6:45pm pickup. They made me wait for an additional 30min only to get a call from them saying that my order was never received from their call center. If I wanted to re order it would take me another 1.5hrs to get my food..

Over the years to crab portions have been getting smaller and smaller and the quality goes down with it. I usually order 1.5 lbs of crab. It's not described by weight anymore on their menu you pay the same amount for less. I find I have to order a serving and a half just for one meal. I used to get two meals out of this amount. Disappointing.

Portions have been steadily declining and prices increasing for years but the value offered in the last couple of visits has been absolutely pathetic. Quality / freshness of food has also taken a rapid nosedive. Used to bring clients to Red Lobster often for business lunches / drinks and family for the odd outing. After my last visit, there's no way I'll be returning. Many far better options in the area.

My family and I went to this location about a month ago and it was a really nice experience. The restaurant wasn't busy so we were seated quickly. Our server was very nice and our order got to us fairly quickly. The food was well cooked and came out looking very appetizing (I hope the pictures do the meals justice). It was my birthday so I was able to claim the birthday special of a dessert (we ate too much before realising that we didn't take a picture ???? but that's just how good it was). I had chocolate cake and there was vanilla ice cream on the side; such a good combo. I'd definitely go back especially since the price, food and ambiance all matched up.

For the money, really quite a mediocre experience. I would say the service, atmosphere and desserts were good. However the value and mains were disappointing. For a place with lobster in the name, the flavor of the lobster itself was surprisingly poor. Fish was quite underseasoned and somewhat dry. The grilled shrimp and fries turned out to be the highlight of my dish, which is sad. I didn't feel then lobster to be particularly fresh either. Overall, a somewhat disappointing experience for a place considered semi upscale. There are probably many better places to go to in the price range. It was also quite crowded and a long wait for dinner time.

Over all I wouldn't say it's a bad place to eat but I was there last night aroung 8:30 pm and got food poisoning from eating there. I been throwing up around 2-3am this morning. I also had problems after eating at red Lobster from another location. Let's just say all of my family members had to used the bathroom once we got home????????????????. Like I said over all it's not a bad place to eat. It was just my luck.

When we got there we were told that there was a 30 minute wait...we decided to wait after initially contemplating going elsewhere. Glad we waited as the wait was shorter than 30 minutes...more like under 15 minutes and the Lobster Fest was worth waiting for....mmmmm yummmy

Firstly, Why are there not more Red Lobsters around? Every location I go to i Have to drive over a half hour to get there. and to top it off there is always a huge waiting list to be seated. I wish there were more around. Id definitely go more often if there were one north of HWY 7 or along the HWY 400 somewhere. This location is great staff is friendly and they work really hard to ensure you are happy.

Had a really good time with a family of 27, the girls really put us at ease, regarding diatary restrictions, also with regarding one of my daughters who is allergic to seafood, thank you immensely to Destiny and the other girls. I would have loved to give 5 stars, the only downside is that portion sizes have changed drastically. Our host was Mike, he was genuine and pleasnt to talk to. He served us well, and his attention was great at minor convenience such as empty water without even us telling him. We ordered the Endless Shrimp, and we were delighted with — well, Endless shirmp ofcourse. It was different types of shrimp. It was around 7 we arrived, and food order was a bit slow at start, but it definitely was crowded. Especially for a Monday. I definitely enjoyed my first experience at Red Lobster, and Mark left an unforgettable impression on us.

Steak was dry. Even though I ordered a medium rare. Presentation and other item was ok. Shrimp Alfredo wasn’t tasty at all. Shrimps are not tasty at all. Looked like they are just used frozen high sodium shrimps which doesn’t have any taste at all.

At Red Lobster I encountered very hospitable staff. Food was very tasty, especially shrimps with pasta, even though the steak was slightly more grilled than I desired. The restaurant is clean, and it seems, Covid safe. We drove 30 minutes to get there. I would do it again.

We were at this Red Lobster tonight for supper. There was 4 adults and my baby grand daughter. Right from the minute we sat down we were made to feel welcome. My daughter has an allergy to onion and I have allergies to onion and garlic. Once we explained our situation and made our selections. The waiter, named Bill, and the chef, named Sandra, came to our table and made sure they fully understood. Sandra made sure our food was prepared and delivered directly to our table herself with Bill. They made our experience awesome. We have been to other Restaurants that have made us feel that we were an inconvenience with no regard for our health and safety. Kudoes to these two people who went out of their way to look after us.

I've always measured a business not only by how accurately they get it done the first time, but more importantly how things are fixed when it goes wrong. My first experience in the restaurant seemed as though I caught it on a bad day. After providing some feedback I was asked to give the restaurant another chance which I did. In short it was the best red lobster meal I have had. My party ordered the stuffed mushroom for appetizer, a dinner portion of Cajun chicken, the chicken tacos, and an order of crispy fish tacos. The biscuits were the softest and fluffiest I have ever had at a red lobster. The Alfredo cream sauce was delightful. The salmon was cooked perfectly that a touch with the fork it flakes and tastes excellent. The tacos were better than I've had in some mexican restaurants. The night was a great delight for us and our friends who were with us. Im glad I gave it another shot so I can share this experience with everyone. Recommended.

Update: Red Lobster reached out and offered a gift card for the trouble. We went back and had a great time of the delicious food and fantastic service. **************** First and only time here on Nov 6th. Made reservations for 3 people for 7PM. Arrived at 7PM and waited in line to "check in", and when we finally reached someone they were friendly and courteous but told us it'd be another half-hour wait despite having made a reservation. After we came back at 7:30, we were able to be seated and ordered the endless shrimp special thinking we had a comfortable two hours to go before Red Lobster closed. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough waitstaff for the amount of people in the restaurant and service was very slow. Everyone we dealt with was great, but we came for the endless shrimp and at that pace it'd have been the weekend rate of $30 per person for at best 2-3 small plates before they closed, with lots more waiting in-between. At 8PM we still hadn't gotten our first order of shrimp, and decided to go somewhere else instead.

Best meal we have ever had there. From the shrimp potstickers to thé fresh crab legs and my husband got thé dish with mussels and lobster tails, shrimp and bay scallops. Everything was plentiful and fresh asparagus and even the Garden salad was crisp and fresh. Our waitress Aveena was friendly and we enjoyed a little personal conversation without it being to much for her. She maintained her other tables with the same attention and respect. We shared a few laughs and I know we enjoyed her serving us and I hope she enjoyed our patronage as well. We both said tonight was our most wonderful experience at any restaurant. Thank you so much. it was about 15 mins wait time is what we were told so they said we could wait or done in at the bar. We were sitting at the bar table for about 20 mins and no one came over so I got up and ask the server if anyone is gonna come and grab our order. she replied idk as yet. Anyways I grabbed a new buzzer and waited for another 30 mins to to get a table in the running area. Once we got to the running area it was about another 20mins before a server walked over and took our order. It seems to me like there was way too many new servers working and poor managing at this location. I go to the red lobster by warden and shappared that location is amazing. Too bad this location didn't reflect that.

Then i got a text telling me it was ready, so i drove all the way to the store just for someone at the store to tell me that theyre running 30-45 mins behind. If youre going to be running so far behind then why have an online pickup time system. This is rediculous and unnacceptable. I cant even call to complain because theyve disconnected their phone line and it automatically hangs up all calls.

I had a very pleasant experience. It was my first time @ a Red Lobster. My first impression was that it feels like Swiss Chalet, but with a seafood scent in the air. I couldn't help but notice how generous our server was, giving us a ton of extra lemons when we asked and a ton of napkins - more than we needed. The food was fine, very buttery. I just came back from this location after celebrating my dad's birthday. We were not only celebrating his birthday but also another year with us after overcoming his brain cancer. It was about 20 of us, I ordered the ultimate lobster fest and others ordered as well. I wanted medium well steak and got well done. My lobster tail was overcooked and the lobster mash potatoes had about two pieces of lobster and hardly any sauce. Someone ordered I think its called a seafood boil and the lobster was again over cooked and the corn was undercooked...everyone had something wrong with their food but just tried to make the best of it. The manager did take 20% off of everyone's order. But all in all, after not going to this place in years, I feel like I haven't missed anything. I would never go back!!! Save your money and go to Captain Boil if anything....

Great service, staff, and promotions at this location; however, the fish I received was easily 200° when they pulled it out, very dry and not seasoned at all. The shrimp have all been reduced in size, yet the salt increased. Baked potato was very cold, so much that the butter wouldn't melt. Buscuits were burned on the top yet raw in the center. The red lobster is my husbands favourite place to go and eat, but I find their always so busy the service tends to lack a bit. We went for his birthday and it took quiet some time just to get the bread on the table. When we finally got bread and our drinks the server took our order. I myself ordered the fish and chips and was a bit disappointed in them considering this is a seafood restaurant. What I got was breaded fish and the breading was falling off every where. I guess I'm just use to authentic fish and chip joints that serve a delicious halibut in a crispy beer batter. So anyways to make a very long story short over all food was mediocre but my husband enjoyed himself which at the end of the day is all that matters. His favourite is the fried calamari which he gets everytime. The red lobster biscuits are my daughters absolute favourite - fresh right out of the oven - nothing is better then that. So my only suggestion would to be maybe add a beer battered fish on to the menu and maybe possibly add a few more staff members for those crazy busy nights so that the customers who are paying their hard earned money at your establishment don't get neglected beacuse of under staffing.

The meal was well-packaged and warm when we arrived for the pickup. The items in the Ultimate Family Feast were expertly prepared, well-seasoned and delicious. Went there the past Saturday and was asked to wait 40 minutes which was fine considering it was a busy Saturday evening they didn't call us until an hr or so later. Once we got in we were seated right infront of the washroom!! Who waits over an HOUR to be seated next to the disgusting washroom!! Couldn't even eat my food I was so horrid. Was extremely upset considering we chose this locating but should have went else where. The guy serving us was a complete A!! Bring us one plate of biscuits for 3 of us guests. When we asked for more he looked at us rudely and gave us more in a to go bag yet we just got there. I DO NOT recommend this location, especially on a weekend! Extremely disappointed!! If I could give no stars to just write I would.

Our server Marilyn was helpful, attentive and served us with a smile making us feel like family and she was happy to serve us! Went the extra mile to make sure I wasn't served anything I was allergic to including the bottled water ordered and the organic tea also. I know she was trying to make small talk, but I didn't appreciate her asking personal questions. I didn't mind being asked where we were from, but not what hotel we were staying at. Just dined casually by myself to satisfy my seafood crave. The ongoing Endless shrimp promotion is an amazing deal, worth it. Firstly, the tropical rum based Tiki punch was an outstanding start followed by a complete seafood journey. Tried all the offering in the deal. I loved the linguine and honey sriracha shrimp. I left chocked, enjoyed every bit of it. Credit goes to the cooks, I was glad to have met VITHIL who prepared my delicacies to perfection. Will be back soon

The fries last night were the worst I ever had...made days ago and reheated many times I think. The fish (from fish n chips) was so weird...unlike any other fish and chips at any other resto. Never eaten crabs or lobster so I went here with my 2 cousins. Cocktails are GREAT (I drank daquiri ????). We waaited for a table for maybe 10mins. Ordered some starter with shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms and fried shrimps. It was great. Later I ate both crabs and lobster. I like thr lobster more. It was grilled tail with some kind of buttery blaze. Yummy!!! Waitress was very kind, atmosphere was great. Its a bit pricy...we paid about 200$ canadian for 3 of us (cocktails, starter, main dish)

This evening I took my girlfriend to dinner at the Dufferin location. The meal was delicious but the overall atmosphere was disappointing. She had never been to Red Lobster and I was excited to share it with her. Our waitress was great and offered excellent customer service. Overall, the restaurant seemed dirty and when I went to the washroom it was very unsanitary..to the point of disgusting. I communicated my concerns to Paul the manager and while he was sensitive to my concerns he pointed out that it was a low income area. Considering I spent 120.00 dollars on dinner I would expect the same standard in a 'low income area' as I would in a high income area. I'm sure that Red Lobster values all people; despite their income level and would like to provide the same quality service to all and I hope you will strive to achieve this. It is unfortunate that this was not my experience this evening.

My boyfriend and I went for my birthday tonight (Aug 23) around 8pm. Our server was a guy with glasses (sorry I don't remember his name) and he was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgable of the menu, and made us feel very welcomed. He was an amazing server! I hope the owner sees this review and tells him he did a good job. I had a bowl of clam chowder and the Baja shrimp bowl. My boyfriend had shrimp and lobster linguini Alfredo. Everything was delicious and the timing of the food being served was excellent. Went there during the week for dinner, was an ENDLESS wait. I have a three year old who needs to take meds with food and couldn't wait the 45 minutes. I ended up leaving and was told to make a reservation next time it might work better for me. Really haven't visited Red Lobster in a while so to go in there and realizing they no longer give you a salad with your meal considering how much more your meal is is lettuce really that expensive. Got the fried calamari as an appetizer which was horrible the breading and cut was too thick it tasted rubbery and also served with no lime or lemon is that too expensive too. The service was just okay the biscuits are still really good the Red Lobster taste is still there experience just ok

Wow. So sad. I am allergic to shellfish so do not frequent Red Lobster, however my friends chose this location and I went. I chose a steak and a glass of red wine. From the beginning, nothing went right. There were so many errors at my table I lost count. They made up for them, for sure. They brought me a second steak and made it right. For sure. But...wow. I was just sad. Never upset. It was just sad.

Despite the one star rating, this experience was an invaluable one. After seeing the mindblowing freshness and quality of the shrimp they offer, I decided to pack the rest of the shrimp to take home. My plan was to feed it to my dog who had suddenly lost interest in her kibble a few days back. I figured some top quality shrimp atta get her appetite up. After a few sniffs of the food, my dog ran downstairs frantically. To my surprise, my dog wasnt interested in the delightful spread i offered her. When i went downstairs to check on her, the sight I saw was truely magical. The dog who wouldn't touch her kibble or any other alternative i offered for the past couple of days, was suddenly gobbling up the kibble i set for her previously, like it was the first time she saw food. My dog was so appalled that I would try and feed her what i tried to feed her and started being more appreciative of the plentiful bounty she was offered everyday. No problems since. Thank you, Red Lobster for saving me hundreds in unnecessary vet bills...

Went with wife for a date night as she really wanted to try the lobster. As a vegetarian I din't really have any options though they did make a custom pasta for me. Even wife found her food quite salty and swimming in butter. Not well cooked. To be honest, I didn't really enjoy it and neither did the wife. The entire time the smell was just overwhelming. To top it off, it wasn't what you would call cheap. I personally wouldn't be recommending this place

I can't speak to all Red Lobster locations, but this one blew all my expectations out of the water (nautical pun intended). I had been there decades ago and was disappointed, so had low expectations.But whoa have they improved! The lobster (yes order that, duh!) was amazing. The pick your own (I got the sole big one) was nicely steamed. The various lobster platers with pasta were LOADED with lobster. The butter sauce to die for. Overall excellent value for your money. BUT expect to pay around $100 for two with kids. Thats either cheap or expensive for you. If you order value menu items, I suspect you get what you pay for. Will come again soon! ps: the server was excellent!

I called to make a reservation for 9:30 for a group of 5 on a Friday evening and was told that a reservation was not required as they were not expected to be busy at that time. We show up for 9:30 and the staff are all surprised to see us just walk in. Even though it was not busy at all (as the staff on the phone mentioned) the hostess at the door said they would “look for a table” in a sea of empty tables-so as to not guarantee anything and to punish us for walking in. The gentleman who served us was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Knowing that this was close to their closing time we did make every possible effort to do everything quickly however the gentleman did not acknowledge this and seemed to rush us.

The service at this location is EXTREMELY poor! We came here as a family for dinner and the server took forever to bring us everything. We had to ask to get water, butter biscuits and at each step of the way the server took her time. She spent 15 mins simply entering our order on the system without bringing us anything. The worst part is our meal came in so disorganized! She brought out the biscuits after we asked her. The main course was brought out before the appetizers and salad. And the drinks came midway through dinner. The food wasn’t great either. The lobster was extremely salty, the linguine was terrible... it was as if they boiled the noodles in the milk and served them. And they added on extra charges for alcoholic drinks that weren’t mentioned on the menu. When we talked to the manager about it, he was extremely rude with the way he spoke to us. What kind of awful restaurant are they running here?

We don't have red lobster in Vancouver, so it was great trying it out in Toronto. Very filling and satisfying. But very buttery and salty. Had this for lunch... Very heavy. Wouldn't recommend eating for lunch time but this location was busy at lunch. Don't know how people do it... Good place to eat at for dinner and the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to serve you. Would go back again.

Well, My daughters and I were planning a suprise birthday for my wife for weeks now. Part of the plan is to order a ultimate family feast at Red lobster and a cake to finish off our dinner. Cake is ready but the order from Red lobster we got supposed to serve 4-6 people is a major fail. The ultimate feast that we got through skip the dishes has 1 lobster tail, 1 snow crab leg, 7 pcs of shrimp, 2 pcs of signature biscuits, fries? and some mediocre buttered shrimp.Imagine all of this for $156.87 including everthing. Now we got our refund instead of money, we get skip the dishes credit. Anyways we have to wait almost an hour for our new order ( different place fyi). Suprise no more, my wife is here with us waiting for our food delivery. Great plan only mistake is to include Red lobster on it. Thanks alot for ruining my wife's birthday plan. ????????????????????

I honestly don't know where to start on this one. Our waitress was Sandra and our service was horrible this trip. I came here with my daughter and her mom and our service was beyond bad. Last time I can honestly remember we had the same server then and last time she was good. This time NOT ONCE did we EVER get a water refill and we weren't about to ask because we were already agitated. That's not even close to the worst part. We NEVER seen her until the food was ready to come out. Never to see how we were doing. We waited forever for refills on our food and when one of them finally out she seemed like she slammed the plate down. I wasn't sure if it was overly hot but if it was then I get it, but what I don't get is how she missed long hair on the plate off to the side. I knew it wasn't mine because I hadn't even leaned in yet to eat. I knew at that point I probably wasn't going to see her for at least 10 to 15 minutes later because that's how long it takes for her to come back. The server working next to her was Bree I believe I overheard and she took care of it for us. I wish we could have had her because not only did she show personality she was quick and had sense of urgency. The only time our server came out as she should have was when it was time to drop off the check and at that point it was too late for her to start acting nice and polite like she was at that point. Also; we asked for a box for our chicken tenders and fries and she responded with "I'll bring it out at the END of your meal!" I guess screw the food I was going to try and give to my daughter later because the reason I asked for a box was because there was a fly consistantly flying over our food and hers.

Dined on a weekday at dinner time. Overall quiet restaurant although some parents are unable to teach their kids proper manners. It is known as a family restaurant I think so this is ok. However, for the offered price, the food was terrible. Chewy lobster and tiny portions. One entree and a drink was almost $45 before tip. The highlight was the biscuits.

This is hands down the BEST location I have ever been too. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. As a person with celiacs, I felt like I was completely cared for. Upon learning about my allergy, the manager came to our table to ensure that my order would be taken care of. Once ready, the chef herself delivered my meal and discussed the precautions that were taken in the kitchen. Every detail of food prep was considered with perfect execution. If you're looking for a safe gluten free seafood meal, this is the location for you! I have also been to a few other locations in the past year or so and thought the entire chain was "going downhill". Other locations had portion issues and severely over salted food. I came to this location with a "last chance" mentality and my mind was completely changed. My fiance who was more skeptical than myself came out raving about his food as well (no allergies). He is a bit of a foodie and said his meal was full of flavour that did not disappoint. We live in Vaughan and will gladly drive to this location for our seafood fix in the future!!

I understand COVID restrictions, but don't understand the interaction I had here yesterday. I feel like we were discriminated against considering the family of 4 ahead of us were able to show their phones, get checked in..no problems..no ID check either.. We go to check in, the guy at the front is asking me to get my photo ID out to compare against each vaccine passport (something the family infront of us didn't have to do). We then get denied because we got our vaccine last week. Maybe if this wasn't the first restaurant I've been too since the passport coming into effect I wouldn't be so bothered, but to bring your wife here for her birthday after we just passed our first trimester (which is why we waited for the vaccine in the first place) to get turned away is beyond distasteful and left me feeling disgusted to the point I didn't even order. Does Reb Lobster require all their staff to be fully vaccinated? I sure hope so.

I came here on a Wednesday night to celebrate my sister’s birthday with my family and boy were we disappointed. Our caesar salad came with no cheese and was brown with barely any salad dressing on it, some parts of our main entree was cold and the ice cream we got for dessert had ice frozen all over it! The service was sub par and only after tipping the waiter 18% on an almost $200 bill did he somewhat come alive and talk to us. After discussing our disappointment about the food with our waiter, we were told that Red Lobster gets a lot of there food items shipped from the U.S and because of the pandemic and business being slower than usual, they don’t have a lot of things on their menu and their food quality has gone down. If that’s the case why not just close down or charge people less? It’s really disgusting and sad to serve people food like what we received. If you are looking for a nice place to dine in and eat good quality food,do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The menu has changed and there is no garden or Cesar salad choice with your dinner. that costs extra. also I think they were rationing food when we were in as I got a table spoon of potato and much smaller portion than our previous visits. 2. the food was not hot. I had to send my potato back as it was cold. 3. the menu may be a little broader than previously with other choices but the desert menu is awful and the same tried and dull options. 4. the washrooms as we went in left a lot to be desired and when we complained they were less then helpful about seeing to them. 5. there is a lovely Greek place around the corner think that will take our custom from now on. Red Lobster does not feel like good value for money.

Red Lobster is my birthday go-to every year! Even during the height of the pandemic, we ordered it in on the date. When I planned my mini birthday getaway to Niagara Falls, I knew Red Lobster would be birthday dinner. I've always ordered the Ultimate Feast, but was always a bit disappointed by feeling forced to order an extra shrimp scampi to sub for Walt's shrimp since I'm gluten-free. I've always been disappointed, too, that Red Lobster doesn't offer GF pasta because before I found out I had a gluten allergy, I would always order the snow crab alfredo pasta dish. They really need to get GF pasta...so many other restaurants have it. This year, I went on the website to order and saw they had some new dishes under the Classics category. I was able to get my three favourite dishes: lobster tail, snow crab legs and scallops. I did have to order two entrees, but it was my bday so I didn't care. I brought the leftovers home with me. I got the two lobster tail platter, which had a Caribbean lobster tail and one Cold Water Maritime tail. They had a separate order of snow crab legs, which was a huge portion. I ordered those two entrees and a side of bacon-wrapped scallops. Because there were two entrees, I was able to order fries, rice, lobster mashed potatoes and slaw. Lots of sides to take a couple of bites of and save for the next day. There were four cheese biscuits, which I used to love...shame on them for not offering these in a GF option. I eat GF full-time...it's not that hard. Everything was cooked perfectly. I got to eat all my favourites, even if it was a little pricey, but I don't count pennies on my birthday. I had tons of leftovers to bring home the next day. They did include lots of butter and a crab cracker in the plastic version, so everything was just perfect. I still won't eat out due to the Covid scare, but this was the best birthday dinner order-in I could imagine. Will definitely eat there again once things open up...or order in if things go South again, lol. Great food! Exquisite!

A bit up of an up and down experience. Came here for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't packed, was told it would be a 15 min wait. No problem. The gentlemen who took my name, (I always give Melissa, easy to spell etc) left us for almost 30 min and another hostess took over and she eventually asked if we were waiting for a table as if my reservation request was not noted. Waitress was nice and seemed very genuine. The food was ok, I got a lunch mix combo, fire grilled shrimp tasted freezer burnt and garlic shrimp was ok. The sea scallops tasted great and the New England lobster bake (pic below)my friend got was good. Only issue is that everything is a variation of butter flavoured and it gets repetitive and tasteless after a certain point. Unless the seafood is in a pasta it's usually butter/garlic based in flavour. The lobster bisque tasted like a cheddar soup and wasn't very good. It was brought to the wrong table by a separate server, but our waitress was so nice, she apologized and didn't charge us for it and the manager came by as well to address it. The warm biscuits are as always fluffy, tasty, and to die for.

I've been to this location a number of times and normally there's usually a line-up but it was nice that we were able to get a table on entering the restaurant or at least my guest and I thought so. The food was great - love the fish tacos and would highly recommend them. My guest had the Seaport Lobster and Shrimp meal which is a pretty hefty meal for one person but will satisfy the biggest appetite. The service was lacking though - very nice server but took awhile for us to get our orders or refills. Oh and the parking area is a bit of a nightmare as they're doing major construction on it so parking may be an issue on a really busy night, so best of luck!!!

We walked in past supper time and the wait time was 30 minutes which is fine so we sat on the bar side and the bartenders never once acknowledged us until we walked up to the bar ourselves and they couldn't even pour a pint of beer properly. Not sure what's going on with Red lobster in the last year but food and flavors has changed...our last night dinner in was just ok with some disappointments such as: The cesar salad was drenched in dressing and I struggled to have at least half of it as was too salty due to the quantity of dressing. The lobster soup, our absolute favorite used come with some chunk pieces of lobster but now it comes plain and too salty. The lemonade came with no ice cubes and I bet this is not handcrafted in house as you can taste the artificial flavor of lemon syrup mixed in water. Besides some disappointments, we keep going to have our favorites dishes at Red Lobster and this review is to help them to improve. I will be happy to come back here and update my review if things improve.

Update...we went in right before this new Jan 2022 lockdown and had an amazing dinner. We shared appetizers: tuffed mushrooms and lobster bisque and main was the 3 types of shrims: alfredo pasta, coconut and waltz. So much food we could not finish it and really good. A beer and a white sangria to go with the food. Service was good as well. We ordered take out and it was the shrimp feast! And we ordered another plate of shrimps but they did not add it to the order. We called the restaurant after we finished eating and said we were not complaining but wanted to advise they missed one order of shrimps. I believe it was the manager who came to the phone and apologized. We reiterated we were not looking for anything but wanted to let them know as we order quite often and had never happened before. The manager apologized and sure enough sent us a card in the mail. That was surprising for sure and proof of excellent service. We will order soon again! Thank you for not dissappointing. The food...amazing as usual. By the way loved the new Thai shrimps. Our faves are the coconut ones!

After craving for some good pasta, I ordered the garlic shrimp pasta from here after reading reviews online. I must say I was hugely disappointed. It was so bland, I couldn’t find any extra spices like pepper in it. The sauce was so diluted that I could see it floating below the pasta and shrimp. I even found pieces of pasta that was not fully cooked and stuck together. Hugely disappointed and wish could undo my decision of buying from here.

I came here on a Wednesday night to celebrate my sister’s birthday with my family and boy were we disappointed. Our caesar salad came with no cheese and was brown with barely any salad dressing on it, some parts of our main entree was cold and the ice cream we got for dessert had ice frozen all over it! The service was sub par and only after tipping the waiter 18% on an almost $200 bill did he somewhat come alive and talk to us. After discussing our disappointment about the food with our waiter, we were told that Red Lobster gets a lot of there food items shipped from the U.S and because of the pandemic and business being slower than usual, they don’t have a lot of things on their menu and their food quality has gone down. If that’s the case why not just close down or charge people less? It’s really disgusting and sad to serve people food like what we received. If you are looking for a nice place to dine in and eat good quality food,do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

We ordered curbside pickup for 5:30pm on a Thursday night. We arrived on time and notified them via text that we were there for our food as per their instructions. At 5:45 we still had not been brought our food so I called the restaurant to follow up. She told me they were very busy and had missed the notification we were there and that she would get our food right out to us. Still... our food was not brought out until 6:35. I asked if they were compensating people for the delay as I was pretty sure my food had been sitting for a while. She said to call and speak to the manager which I did the next day. When we finally got home my suspicions were right. All of the food was cold and just very sloppily thrown together. I was afraid to eat any of the seafood in case it had not been cooked properly. I was pleased when I explained the situation the manager said he would mail a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Well... today the gift card arrived and it was for $15.00! Our bill total that night was $50.00. How can he not even compensate us for the full cost of our meal?! Besides that... what the heck can you get for $15 bucks at Red Lobster?! Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Never again!

I was craving for Red Lobster and I decided to order (for the entire family) and do take-out. Between the crazy traffic and 2 toddlers not wanting to leave daycare, I was an hour late to pick up my order. When I got there I was told that the order was made but because I wasn't there to pick it up they tossed it and had to make it all over. Initially I felt annoyed because I was thinking about the new wait-time that I had ahead of me. However, the manager came over and expressed to me that she could not have served me food that had been sitting so long. She offered me a cup of coffee and biscuits while I waited - it was then that I realized that today had been a very stressful day, and this kind act of the manager just brought my levels down. It was amazing service ... above and beyond. While I waited at the bar, the staff were very pleasant and kind. The food did not disappoint at all ... an amazing restaurant, great customer service, great tasting food. Thank you (Nov 30/18).

This Red Lobster has really impressed me. I would definitely recommend this location. As I have been here many many times. I have never been let down. Many of the other locations should take notes from this one. In the beginning I ordered a Cesar and she misunderstood our server. As we wanted a Cesar drink. She removed it off the bill. And gave us our dessert. On the house. Having two small children it is important that we get served quite quickly. And we were. Everything was on point. Even though it came out really quickly everything seem fresh and nothing was cold or looked rushed . ???? Great job !!

The food yesterday evening was delicious. And from what we could see - everyone else in the area with the different servers was receiving outstanding customer service. The couple directly across from us who both ordered water and split two appetizers? Had people stopping by their table regularly to check in on them, offer refills, and clear away plates. Same goes for the tweens kitty corner to us, servers and management stopping by to make sure everyone was good. My partner and I, who were there to celebrate a personal milestone? Not so much attention. We were seated at a small booth, which in itself wasn't an issue till our drinks, water, appetizers, salads, my Ultimate Feast, my partner's full King Crab dinner, and her 2nd full entree - the Crab Linguine, were all on the tiny table and it seemed like a task to clear items so we could enjoy our huge meal without knocking things all over trying to de-shell the crab. We noticed that other servers were checking on their guests far more regularly than ours was. And it would have vastly improved our meal had our server either: just parked us a larger booth if she was going to ignore us... Or just pop in and clear our table every once in a while. Also, I noticed after we left that she didn't honor the free appetizer / free dessert coupon (we each ordered an appetizer - so it's not like she was going to "lose potential tip money" by honoring it anyhow.) Not the end of the world - but mildly annoying. So I guess your best bet is to come to this location for just water and cheap apps. And go to Mississauga, or North York, if you plan on spending much more than 23$ between two people. For a two top that ordered about 140$ of food/drinks early in dinner service- it was a disappointing level of service.

There is a nice family restaurant. I ordered three foods. One of them is recommended by my server, Helen. I don’t remember the name of pasta, it is chef’s pasta something like that. The food she recommended is very delicious. She is one of the kindest people I met ever. I will 100% recommend the restaurant because of very friendly staff if somebody ask me to recommend any restaurants in Kitchener for their special day. Like cold to the point where the butter or some fluid (not sure what it was) solidified... I was really upset... Usually I am not the one to speak out, so some of my table helped me out asking about my cold food. Annie our waitress was completely understanding and apologized many times, she brought me a brand new plate, it was hot, the shrimp breading was Crispy and hot, the lobster, hot and fluffy, and the crab meaty and steaming. This is a shout out to my waitress Annie, she solved the problem and helped me out, she definitely saved a customer and I will be returning. Regardless of the shortage of fries, I have always had a great experience at red lobster and this was the first issue I had and she solved it. So I'm raising the star rating to 4 stars. We ordered takeout. I love their linguini crab alfredo and it never disappoints. Getting to choose your own combo worked out beautifully since my husband and kids aren't seafood fans. We were able to get 2 small steaks and one chicken breast all in one combo. Plus the chicken breast (fingers) platter is a good deal. The online ordering was easy and convenient. If you haven't been to Red Lobster in a while, take a few minutes to poke at their website, there is something for everyone.

Avoid ordering delivery from this location using apps like Skip and Uber. See photos below. I gave this location two opportunities and on both occasions it was a poor experience and a waste of money. $3.69 for coleslaw and it wasn't even a tablespoon of slaw in the container. Ordered five soups, each soup container had a different quantity. The lobster bisque was salty. Paid almost $30 for a tiny, single fillet of salmon. You could get a lobster tail cheaper than the price I paid for a tiny piece of overcooked salmon here.

I almost never rate a restaurant unless it's fabulous and deserves recognition for going the extra mile and caring about their food. This is not the case today, sadly. The food was pretty good to very good. The wait service however, especially for a fairly empty restaurant, was, from a frequent RL customer's viewpoint, sort of I guess embarrassingly totally not great. I will continue to frequent Red Lobster -- but only as a last resort would I visit this location again. I wish them all the best -- which is why gentle accountability and feedback is offered here. ????

Had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster Scarborough last night. Restaurant was extremely clean, tables had ample amount of distance from each other and Covid protocols were followed wonderfully. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of our server but she was excellent! So attentive, friendly and efficient. From what I saw, all of the staff were the same. Everyone had a smile on their face and they were all on the ball. The food arrived very quick, it was very tasty, hot & fresh! I don’t know what the chef did to the garlic shrimp last night but our entire table couldn’t get enough of it! The best I’ve had! Thanks to the entire staff at Red Lobster Scarborough. My new favourite location!

New Review - Dec 2 2021 Second chances for a filling seafood feast. Customer service contacted me about my previous visit. They emailed me with the remedial steps they took and offered me a $40 gift card. I came back on a Thursday with a party of 3. This time there was zero wait for my reservation. We ordered endless shrimp, plus a meal for two. Food came out quickly and our server Wendy kept the endless shrimp coming. Our second visit was much better than the first and biscuits were still delicious. Original Review - Nov 6 2021 Went for Endless Shrimp and ended up with an endless wait. I had a reservation for 7PM but was told it would be a 20 minute wait when I arrived. They took our number down and texted us when the table was free. We should have just moved on at that point as my party ended up leaving an hour later with empty stomachs. After being shown to our table with menus we waited no less than 10 minutes for our server (who was quite pleasant but clearly over worked.) It took much longer to get water and the biscuits. We finally called it quits at 8PM when our food still hadn't arrived. Paying $30+tax&tip for possibly 3 rounds of shrimp didn't seem worth it. Biscuits were great as always.

We went for my mom's birthday and the experience was okay. Personally, I love the flavors of the seafood and pastas served here. They are strong for me, and I personally live strong flavours. The wait staff were incredibly accommodating for our party of 13. Our only issues were some ordering mishaps with the sirloin. We had to send back an order 3 times and they still couldn't cook them right. My sister had to give up on the order. My other sister gave up on her order after the second attempt on hers. There is a fine line between Medium and Medium-Rare, and they make a big sister for taste. They covered the bill on those orders but it left a bad taste for the party. They also made up for the mood with the birthday complimentary dessert and song. Otherwise an alright dinner.

My family and I eat here a couple times a year.. it's our favourite place. However today the food was horrible. Biscuits were burnt. Food was soggy when it got to our table (there was only 4 other families in the entire restaurant at this point). Our server disappeared and when she came around, we had been waiting for refills / order more food for a long time. We've noticed there has been a new manager / management.. and the food has declined. Might need to find another restaurant to go to now

Had the "ultimate feast" this time around... it was ok at best. Crab legs were so rubbery that they didn't even "crack". And on a previous visit, I had the surf n turf, which had to be returned (the steak) as it was well done - when I had asked for medium rare. Not horrible but not great.

Niagara Falls Red Lobster food menu has changed. Decision by corporate office apparently. No 4 course weekday specials anymore. Less options . Minimal choices of side dishes. No broccoli anymore. Food was horrible. Steak over cooked and certainly didn't look to be 7 oz. The green beans, not fresh, tasted cooked from frozen , soggy, wrinkled. Baked potato tasted as though reheated too many times. Very disappointed. Was always a favorite place to go to last 17 years. The only fresh item was biscuits and salad. Managers and servers very friendly and understanding but not their decision. Wont be back ever. Poor decision making by corporate office by offering sub-quality food.

I want to start off by saying that Jonathan gave excellent service, and was extremely attentive. However, the Linguini Alfredo was advised to be a best seller item, and it honestly threw me off. I got it with the Cajun Chicken and I’m sure that some people love it, but it just wasn’t for me. Maybe I’ll try something different next time. I wouldn’t suggest the above, however.

No star! if possible. I placed an order at 3:20PM yesterday 5/10/2020 Mother's day. A confirmation email was sent to pick up at 3:50PM. I waited all that time outside waiting for the call and at 7:15pm the manager announces they are cancelling all orders!!!!! you could have done that way before 7:15pm. I expected better from Red lobsters and i am truly disappointed. There were crowds of people waiting for their food outside and angry. CRAZY day i had yesterday , MANAGER in future don't accept orders if you can't handle.

The manager was great; my DOB was not on my vaccine papers and he let me in - grateful because I was there to end my 10-day fast (yep). My waitress knew her stuff, even the low-carb items; she checked on my progress several times. Good choice of music, not too loud (I'm super sensitive) and the steak was cooked how I love it - which doesn't happen often. When the food arrived, it was hot but not tongue-burning and really good as you can imagine. Picture Ultimate Surf & Turf w/green beans and no biscuit.

Small location. Only downside is the lack of more than one small washroom. Maybe is not unusual but I think at least two toilet stalls would be much more sufficient for a restaurant as busy as this place. Other than that its regular old red lobster which is good as hell

Online portal is very straight forward and the curb side pick up option is seamless! Also thank you to the wonderful staff who always give me extra biscuits!!

I have been going to Red Lobster for years however after my last visit I will not go back. The menu has changed and the prices have gone up. I now have to PAY for a salad (about $2 for a side salad, and almost $4 if I would like a salad as a first course). Prior to January 1, 2018 the salad was FREE. The server informed me that this is now because of the minimum wage hike that the Liberal government put in place. So not only have he prices of the food increased (the cost of my meal increased) but the quality has gone down. The cheese prior to the new menu was freshly shaved parmasean now Red Lobster is using parmasean powder - I would expect a better quality of food than that... My server advised that this is what is now used at Red Lobster and that there was no fresh cheese in the entire restaurant that he could provide me with. I was STRONGLY disappointed. When I received my actual meal my lobster tail was very small. Actually my shrimp skewer was larger than the lobster tail. I have pictures to show this. I was also let down when I came to find out that shrimp skewers are no longer laid upon a bed of rice. I understand that the government has increased the government has increased minimum wages and I really don't mind paying a little extra but don't make me pay extra if Red Lobster is going to lower their standards and decrease the quality of the food they are serving.

We went there, they seated us really quickly even though it was very busy! The server was very friendly and sweet! Food came on time! And it was delicious! Their dinner specials go from Sunday to Thursday! And on Wednesday you can get fish and chips for $12!! It’s a must go!!
