Hello Katie - I found your website very difficult to navigate. I had trouble finding the actual menu as matched up with the cost. I kept going in circles both to locate my choices and to place my order. But I was determined, so I persevered and did get the order placed and I had it delivered. That was the wonderful part - to have the very cheerful Katie herself bring to my very doorstep a 12" platter of a most beautiful and delectable Charcuterie board. I just ordered another charcuterie board (with some difficulties, alright...) I can't wait to have it delivered this Saturday! I appreciate the 'dishes' all being compostable; that feature speaks to my heart. Thanks for this opportunity to share my feedback with you.

I have used this company both personally and professionally and I can't stop telling anyone that will listen how amazing Katie is. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The platters are designed beautifully, and taste insanely delicious with something that everyone will love. The goat cheese is yummy yummy and was a huge hit. If you're questioning whether to purchase from this small business, stop and get ordering! You won't regret it I promise. Your time is worth SO much more. These are also awesome for at home date nights!

Just Fabulous! I was given one of the Solo Grazing boxes as a "Thank You" from my work and I'm so impressed! The boxes are so well done, not only visually, but the flavours and variety of foods too. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much food was in the box. As a side note, I'm a chocolate-chip cookie kind of girl through-and-through, so I was a little skeptical of the "cookie-sandwich" which was included in my box. It may have been the best cookies I have ever had! I believe it was some kind of pistachio/raspberry/sugar cookie combo with a delicious icing/jam combo sandwiched between. Just an incredible combination of flavours! I highly recommend getting one if you can!

The rudest service I’ve ever experienced for something that is so overpriced and only works because no one wants to do this themselves due to covid. I placed an order and after the order went through on their site only to be contacted the next day that that didn’t work for them. I was given an ultimatum of a specific date or they will cancel my order and “please hurry up with an answer so I can spend the day with my family”. Who speaks to their customers like this I don’t know.

I couldn't see my friend this year for her birthday so I ordered a Cheese Cake to be delivered from Brie & Banquet. The cake was beautifully decorated and was delivered within the time frame that was given. Katie went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough for the amazing job she did. I received my 15” round platter via delivery yesterday for an evening full of entertaining and WOW! I can’t tell you how delicious and amazing this platter looked! There were items such as flowers, full pieces of fruit (pear), herbs such as Rosemary just to dress it up a next level! I’ve never thought of doing this when I make the boards at home on my own! This business concept is incredibly smart. We need this in Calgary! I will be recommending you to ALL of my friends and colleagues, just so so awesome! Price is so good too! I would have easily paid the same if not more to make this look as amazing as it did! Looks just like the photos online and Instagram. Will definitely be ordering a table spread for Christmas hosting!

A couple weeks ago, The Chamber had a Board get together in my back yard (with social distancing in effect, of course). The group was delighted with the snack boxes put together by Brie&Banquet, for the event. The meats and cheeses were diverse, fresh and tasty. Each box contained various fruits and veggies as well, along with a couple surprises. G/F and Vegan were also no problem. Great bang for the buck.
