Small cafe found at the ground floor of a building in the Industrial sector of Burnaby. They offer a variety of options for breakfast and lunch that is fair priced and of good quality. It's highly appreciated by locals since there is not much of an option in the area for coffee and food in a walking distance. Service is friendly and kind. They have a nice terrace in the middle of the building if you want some fresh air.

They get three stars because the place was clean and the product was good. I went in there one morning to get a hot chocolate. I was starting a new job across the street and I was early so I thought I would get a hot chocolate. So I walk in, and I order a large hot chocolate. The woman asks me chocolate? So I repeat my order and ask for a hot chocolate. She then asks me the same thing again. Finally I just asked her if she knew what a hot chocolate was, and she just parroted back the word chocolate two or three times. So I just kind of rolled my eyes in the back of my head and let her continue making the drink. Of course then she starts making a shot of coffee to put in it, so I had to tell her that a hot chocolate doesn't have coffee in it, and that would be called a mocha, not a hot chocolate. So of course she just smiles at me and says chocolate chocolate. The order came to $4.50. I gave her five dollars, and she gave me back a loonie. Sigh. You know, hot chocolate was really nice. Unfortunately I don't think they're going to be in business for too long if they are don't know how to make something as simple as a hot chocolate, or if they can't properly count out change.

This was amazing food. My staff love the selection, the sandwiches are delicious and the home made chips are a huge hit!! Great value.

Fantastic Lunch Catering... Love the hand crafted sandwich, pesto chicken and tandoori. and those chips are like nothing I've had before.

latest update : this place is great with great people , they are really friendly thanks wasn't it an option that you could buy something without rice or bread? they told me they just have butter chicken WITH rice, after days and days that I was purchasing it without rice :O

Went here for lunch today - excellent sandwiches, smoothies, and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are friendly and courteous. A great place to grab a meal.

Finally found something closer to workplace. Great staff, fewer options for food but good ones. Liked their smoothie options and they also have various soups. Hoping to get more options soon.

Taste of Splendour is a great little spot for catering or just an every day lunch - my company often uses them for catered team lunches which everyone loves, and I enjoy walking down to grab their lunch special or one of their amazing sandwiches at midday! Highly recommend for their good prices and great food!! Add on great customer service that's really friendly/helpful and it's an awesome spot to go!

Very good sandwiches and wraps. We ordered lunch boxes for our department picnic and they were great! Everyone had a choice to order whatever they wanted and there was more than enough food. The service was excellent. The owner is friendly, courteous and accommodating. The sandwiches are delicious. Would order from here again.

As company goes above and beyond for their catering clients. I order a few sandwich trays a month for my office and every single time the food is hot, the sandwich fillings are so tasty and the spicy tortilla chips are addicting! If you are in the North BBY/ Metrotown area looking for casual catering... I could not recommend Taste of Splendour enough!

I ordered the chicken tandoori sandwich and it tasted phenomenal! My order also came with a tasty salad, chips and dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would recommend!

I cannot express enough how much our office loves this catering company. The staff here always delivers the best most filling delicious sandwiches! Their burger specials on Thursdays are to die for! Definitely a must try! They always throw in treats as well. By far my favorite sandwiches in the neighborhood! If you have a chance, please do check them out. They will not disappoint!
