Absolute top quality! I've been an avid food service customer for quite some time. It's really helped me achieve my fitness goals, diet and health. When I heard that Chef Dennis Peckham was starting Fraiche Sheet Foods, I couldn't wait. Five Star Chef and Chopped Canada Champion. The meals are excellent, healthy and very tasty. My wife's fav is the Marinated Steak Bowl, I could eat the Korean Chicken all day long. The new Jerked Chicken Bowl is delicious. Outstanding personal customer service as well. Five stars all the way.

LOVE EVERYTHING! Tried some items from the inspired menu and I have yet to be disappointed! The desserts are also amazing! I recently ordered a batch of their cheat-day cookies and they were gone in less than 10 mins :) everyone I shared them with loved them. Their customer service is also very personal and friendly, excited for my next order!

Dennis and Dariya recently catered our small wedding (30 people). They created a custom nine [9] course small plate menu that our guests are still raving about. Allergens were a priority for us and they accommodated by modifying and clearly identifying ingredients on the menu. The presentation and execution were excellent, and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any special catering event.
