There are not enough words to describe my amazing experience with Kirstie at Millcroft Catering. She made catering my in-laws 50th anniversary party a breeze; always responds the same day and was so polite and professional. And the food! The guests could not stop raving about how delicious it was and how it was the best event food they had ever tried. If you ever need an event catered, they are the ones to go with without question.

If you are looking to do any special event, get great food, great flowers, professional personal service, and support a local business, go to Millcroft Catering. Tara was amazing through the whole wedding planning process and accommodated multiple date changes due to the pandemic. The location is beautiful, the food amazing (seriously, best wedding food ever!), the florist got our vision exactly how I wanted it (lots of colour and spring feels!). Tara was a delight to deal with and made everything extremely easy for us. We had our 10 person ceremony outside on the rolling greens and it was beautiful. Since we were not able to have a reception (covid restrictions) we were able to get takeout for all our guests and the venue gave us a complimentary sparkling toast as well. Tara even coordinated with our family and friends to have a drive by parade in the parking lot for those who couldn't attend the ceremony. From the first time we contacted them, through the tasting (amazing food - get the apple blossoms) and the planning and the re-planning, Tara and her staff were so amazing and helpful. They made everything really easy to understand and prepare for. Their services are both high quality and affordable and I've never had better food at a wedding (our kids ate everything on their plates). Thank you so much everyone (Tara, Kirstie, and Mike and staff) for supporting us through this process and being so kind and helpful and positive the whole way through. Can't wait til you reopen for in person dining and we can come for brunch with our friends.

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to Kirstie and the Millcroft Catering Team. We celebrated our wedding reception at Millcroft Golf Club in Burlington on July 24, 2021. It was a magical night that we will never forget. Two months before our wedding, we were contacted by our original venue who could no longer accommodate our reception due to restrictions at the time. We were in a panic, but Kirstie and the Millcroft Team came to our rescue. When we found out that our date was available, we knew that it was just meant to be. Through the entire planning process (which had to be done in two months), Kirstie was personable, always available and accommodating to our needs. She made things so easy, which helped us with a lot of the stress of replanning a wedding. The morning that the government announced Stage 3 and that we could have 100 guests outdoors, Kirstie was already on the phone calling us to see what we needed from her. Just one week before the wedding, Millcroft was able to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate more guests. The setup of the tent was beautiful along with the flower arrangements, and guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. The golf course is breathtaking and a member from the Millcroft Team was even able to drive us out with our photographer to take pictures. This pandemic has been stressful on everyone this year, and it was amazing to have our family and friends, who we haven’t seen since the beginning of the pandemic, gather safely. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU so much to Kirstie and the Millcroft Team. We will cherish the wonderful memories made on our wedding night forever. OUTSTANDING Working in the service industry, I can appreciate how complicated an on-site service can be. We held a wedding at our property and is was catered by Millcroft Catering. I can't begin to tell you how professional Tara and Chef Mike were in putting our event together. From the initial visit, to the pre event follow up, to the day of the event, these guys could not have been more organized. Then, for them to nail the day of the event as they did, was spectacular, and the food was fantastic. I don't think it is possible for me to give a high enough rating. Highly recommended. My daughter's outdoor bridal shower was held on the lawn of Millcroft Golf Club July 25/21. I met Kirstie from Millcroft Catering (also of Blooming Decor) in March 2021 and tentatively booked the July date. Lockdowns occurred, numbers of potential guests were never clear, protocols changed but through all that Kirstie put no pressure on me and no money was put down until closer to the time when it appeared the shower would become a reality. Kirstie was attentive, friendly and available to answer questions via email or in person. The food was fantastic! I requested a tasting which was unusual for Millcroft for a shower of 25 but they did it, we confirmed the menu and they did not disappoint in any way. I had emails and calls after the shower from guests telling me how much they enjoyed themselves, how good the food was, how pretty the flowers were etc etc ( Kirstie made the flower arrangements). I have no complaints, only praise, and am grateful to Kirstie and the Millcroft staff along with the chef for their efforts. I would do it all again!
