I ordered 3 Sandwich with cheese and toast it in the oven, when I arrived at home (I stay less than 2 minutes walk from the restaurant) I had 3 ice cube and one of which the cheese was missing. The staff was clearly very inexperienced in addition to the 7 front shoppers and possibly the other backs too, the employee at the bread and meat selection never changed her glove. Fortunately, the Garcon at the cashier changed his glove each time he cashed, "yes, yes, ONE," I guess the other never touched the cash register. Also during my visit the grilled chicken fillet of the customer in front of me had fallen at the bottom of the oven, the boy asks his colleagues: We should get him out of the? '' What is my opinion is a legitimate question and full of good sense '' But she replied: No it will be released later closing. (As a result, it smelled in the restaurant) What I believe is possibly what seems to have caused the oven to cook the other sandwiches (Since it's visibly it's '' the oven '' is inteligent to understand that otherwise it's probably going to make the sprinklers go away) To the attention of employees: "I'm more than sure that the customers in place would have agreed to wait a few minutes time to close the oven and remove the chicken" since the majority of sensible people understand that cringed fire Bah! these not great a good idea! (Original) Je désire modifier mon ancien avis suite a mon éxpérience de ce soir, j'espère que les Boss regarde a l'occasion. Service extrêmement lent, les employés on pris pas loin de 30 minutes pour faire 3 Sandwich ( et la je parle des 3 miens, je commandais pour la famille ). Le temps que j'ai été dans le restaurant, la serveuse a sorti 3 fois des pain '' Avoine et miel '' alors que les clients demandais 9 grains. J'ai commander 3 Sandwich avec frommage et le tout griller au four, quand je suis arrivé a la maison ( je reste a moins de 2 minutes a pied du restaurant ) j'avais 3 cube de glace et un dont le fromage était manquant. Les employé était clairement très inéxpérimenté en plus sur les 7 clients devants et possiblement les autres derrières aussi, l'employée a la selection du pain et des viandes n'as jamais changer de gant. Heureusement, le Garcon a la caisse lui changais 1 de ces gant a chaque fois qu'il caissais '' oui, oui, UN '' j'imagine que l'autre ne touchais jamais la caisse. Aussi Lors de ma visite le fillet de poulet griller du client devant moi était tombé au fond du four, le garcon demande a sa collègues : On devrais le sortir de la ? '' ce qui celon moi est une question légitime et pleinne de bonne sense '' Mais elle lui a répond : Non on le sortira plustard a la fermeture. ( Résultat, ca sentait le brullé dans le restaurant ) Ce qui je crois est possiblement ce qui semble avoir causé le four de cuire les autre Sandwich ( Puisqu'il est visiblement lui '' le four '' est assé intéligent pour comprendre que sinon ca va probablement faire partir les gicleurs ) A l'attention des employé : '' Je suis plus que sure que les client en place aurais accepté d'attendre quelques minutes le temps de fermé le four et de retiré le poulet '' puisque la majorité des gens sensé comprenne que crissé le feu Bah ! ces pas super une bonne idée !

You know what you're getting food wise. Subway is pretty standard wherever you go. The staff need significantly more training, however. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion -- from building the sandwiches, to running the till, loyalty program or even getting into the washrooms. Nothing was easy, but it all worked out.

I have eaten at a lot of Subways, from one end of this country to the other. This one is THE dirtiest, most horrible that I have ever been in. We were the second customers of the day, on a mid August weekday. The cambros were dirty. There were bits of meat and cheese mixed into veggies. The staff were slow, unprofessional, and did not follow proper food handling procedures.

Worst Subway EVER!!! My family and I travelled from Halifax to PEI for our family vacation on June 10th with plans for our lunch/supper to be at Subway. When we arrived to the Boardwalk, all the restaurants where open and seen people coming and going from Subway. When walking up the doors, a lady was holding the door open and I walked in “ we’re not open!! Do you see an open sign?!!!!” Completely rude and then said we open on Friday, if your looking for food go to Pizza Delight”. The lady who was holding the door open was dressed in regular clothes and so was the young man that was with her. I couldn’t believe we were in a tourist area with that type of attitude! I went back several times to get her name and after talking to several people was told to put a complaint in to head office!!!! Will not be back!! As what she says, go to pizza delight

I tried to hop on here, as I thought it may be heading downtown soon, but staff quickly informed me that I can't play my music in there and my subway ticket not only expired 8 years ago, but that in fact they only serve sandwiches on that particular subway car. Then after directing her how to make my sub and I was cashing out she had an explosive sneeze I to her arm. No Kleenex handy. One of the fastest subways in alberta. Staff are always ready to serve and are always smiling. The one problem mentionable would be that the public washrooms can be neglected during busy times, but is taken care of swiftly after the rush.

I was at subway today and 2 of the staff members were not polite. 1 of them asked me like 8 times "you want it toasted" "toasted". And when I got to the till the other guy was like you have to pay for a footlong today if you get a 6 inch. I will NOT be supporting the subway again

I like sub way but miss the microwave to heat my sub I know they have toaster ovens but ask too double heat or triple heat and never get it warm enough for me please bring back microwaves.

Good food. Service could be alot better. Ive say inside and ate as someone walked in. And the people walked to the back and we tried to call them back and yell at them for proably 15 minutes and no awsner! Have alot more stories like this similar to this one about the brooks subway

More training and/or more staff. Place was messy.. staff member didn't remove old sandwich papers before prepping new sandwich. Staff didn't know all sandwich types offered by subway and was generally over stressed. Management needs to check in on weekends.
