There are not enough words to express how amazing this catering company. Food was one of the most important elements we wanted to focus on at our wedding. It is true, that the guests remember how good the food is and it is safe to say everyone devoured the food and praised every asepct of the catering company; from the grazing tables to the main meal everything was phenonmenal. Planning a wedding during covid and every changing restricitions is a challenge. There was no hesitation when we had to change our plans one, twice, even three times. From venue to change, to outdoors to indoors and the last change within 72 hours of the wedding, they were adaptable and so easy to work with. Live Edge Catering delivered over and above with the food for the wedding. We trusted them every step as our plans changed and the ability to adapt is not easily found in catering companies. They listened to what they wanted in our food and gave us the experience that was they promised to right from the start. The small town feel is very evident in how they interact with their clients and I wish I could have a few more weddings just to eat more of their cooking! The staff were extremely professional, especially in the season we were in they were fantastic to work with. Working with them was really stress free! The food really was amazing! We had so many compliments on the food from our guests. The grazing table that was set up was almost a piece of art. It was so full, and the selection was great, it really made a great choice for the cocktail hour. Dinner was fantastic and they had plenty of food and selection for all appetites and food restrictions. For dessert we did a grazing table again so there we could sample different treats. The desserts were incredible and again the presentation was awesome. No one left hungry and even took some of the dessert home we had so much left over. Our guests loved the fact they could snack on caramel popcorn and treats on the ride home. To finish, they over delivered are worth far more than they charg, are genuine, kind and provide exceptional service. They really made the catering aspect easy for us and we would highly recommend them to anyone for any event. Thank you Rob and Nichole for being an incredible business.
