Unfortunately we were not entirely happy with our meal. The pop needed to have the syrup changed. The waitress apologized for the pop, and let us know it had been changed out, but the new one she brought tasted the same as the last. The waitress was very friendly, but when she brought my Sangria it didn't have any way to stir it so it was tasteless until I got to the where I could swish the glass around. We ordered wings and cauliflower bites to start, but they came at the same time as our pizza. And the waitress brought us only 1 side plate, for the 2 of us to share? The cauliflower bites were not bites, they were huge, which meant that they weren't cooked all the way...some were mushy and some were crunchy raw. The wings were ok, but not alot of taste ..and only 1 thing of ranch to share between the bites and the wings. The pizza was very tasty, but the crust wasn't cooked all they way, so the middle collapsed when you picked it up...so all of your toppings fell off. Oh and for all of this finger food, we were given only 1 extra napkin. Overall, friendly staff, but not a lot of customer service.

Had a great meal. One person had Big Dipper and I split pizza with my daughter. Was busy on Friday evening, but staff were very good. Also, added Pizza bread which was very tasty. We had a 50/50 pizza with spicy perogi and bbq chicken. Both sides were well done and it is nice to be able to have 2 pizzas in one for variety. Everything was excellent- thank you.

I visited your restaurant on Tuesday night and used the washroom where I got locked in a bathroom stall due to a broken lock. After ten minutes of struggling to escape I eventually crawled under the stall door on the dirty floor. When I reported to the staff, their response was ‘Oh, was it the last stall ? There should have been a sign posted.’ I did not hear ‘ I’m sorry for your inconvenience or can we offer you something for your distress. My suggestion would be to have the lock fixed, post a sign indicating that the stall is out of order, or address the issue in a professional manner, not a shrug of the shoulders and too bad! You need to do better!

This is our go to place for an night out. We typically only use the sports bar section and find it to be a great place for some casual food and to watch the game. The main dining room has a tendency to be crowded from the looks of it.

It seemed like everybody else was a priority except us. The waitress took forever to get our order and the other waitress kept coming around wanting to clean up our table and give us the bill when we hadn't even received our meal. Food was okay, but we had to wait 10 minutes to get somebody's attention to be able to get our pizza boxed up. Finally I got fed up and picked up the plate and took it over to the waitress and bartender. They look surprised that I was bringing a pizza to them. To make matters worse, when the waitress was putting together our bill she got into a conversation with the bartender for about 30 seconds about small talk while we were sitting there waiting. Not very impressed at all.

The table service was terrible! We never got asked if we wanted refills, how the food was, then we waited for half an hour. I finally had to go find the waitress n tell her we are ready for our dessert.... Boston Pizza is usually great. But not this one. >I’d much rather give a good review than a bad one...but I also like honest reviews. I’ve been back and so I will say the service was great this time!!!! We got through in a lot less time than the last!

Since my all previous order it’s not at all correct,each time some toppings missing even telling again and again it’s repeating not taking care of it,no apology no regret and not accepting their mistake and blaming that there is something wrong with online order, even when I make them see my online order they do not accept and telling we don’t know the reason, total unsatisfied answer.If they have some technical issue with online order they should address it but not doing any effort and doing same mistake again and again. And one of the manager was telling it’s not their fault and she did not know anything about online order. If this is the answer from manager then don’t know what to expect from them. I m spending my money on food clearly mentioning In special instruction column , not taking care of it. I am really looking forward to take some quick step to tech dept if there is something wrong in online order because in my email confirmation it shows all my toppings but can not see on my pizza, high time now. Ridiculous ,and pathetic service. Not at all at the level of high satisfaction.

First time we went my food was ice cold, sent it back, 15 minutes later the server showed up with it again, it was even colder. It was probably sitting on the line most of the 15 minutes I waited because i could see her the entire time behind the bar chatting with the bartender, at the same time the girl at the bar was just playing on her cell phone. Customer service is definitely not high on the priority list.

We live about 6 minutes drive away so Boston Pizza is always our first choice when going out to eat with family and friends. Atmosphere is nice, service is consistently great and food is consistently yummy! I love the big variety on the menu as well. Keep up the great work!

Food was good, although it did not come as it was ordered. Server was completely unattentive, and had zero interest in our table until it was time to pay. It was not busy, maybe 5 or 6 servers for about 15 tables. Not once during our meal did she attend the table. The table next to ours had issues with her too, she had a friend sitting in the other direction of us who was well served and at 1 point she sat down with. Maybe if we would have had a different server it would have been a delightful meal, but alas it was not. I asked to speak with a manager and none ever showed up.

I went on pasta Tuesday for the veg Mediterranean dish with my son. He has the free kids meal card which I got at a prior visit. I paid less for our meals than I would have picking up a pizza and it was much more delicious too. Four stars only because we while we were waiting to be seated we weren't acknowledged we waited to long to get our seats. Although I am sure it is clean, the dining area felt chaotic and messy.

I have never written a negative review, and my experience at the restaurant was mostly positive. However, I do not think it is a safe gluten-free place if you have celiac. Two days ago, I ordered a gluten-free pizza at the Charlottetown location. When it came, the crust was suspiciously fluffy and the first bite set off alarm bells. I asked the waitress to confirm that it was the gluten-free crust and not the regular crust, which she did. Having been given the all-clear, I happily ate most of what was a delicious pizza. It has now been 48 hours of intense pain, vomiting and extreme dizziness after eating what in hindsight was clearly the regular wheat crust. I've had celiac for 15 years and this is the worst I have ever felt since starting on the diet as a child. My symptoms show no signs of clearing up anytime soon, and I will have to miss work because of this. Again, the restaurant is fine for the average customer, but I strongly recommend caution for people with celiac.

Had my first visit to this Boston Pizza location (I've been to 3 others in the past) and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had at the Boston Pizza chain. The server was very friendly (rare to get a bad one at the chain) and the food came quickly. We were checked on several times even though it was quite busy. They have been great at all location but the cactus cut fries are a GREAT appetizer.

I've been in the food service industry for over 20 years and I gotta say I'm disappointed. Very slow service despite having 16 servers/hostesses for maybe 40 guests. Food way over priced for what we got (my girlfriend ordered a pasta with shrimp and it came with 5 or 6 salad shrimp, a 1/4 cup of sliced red onion/ tomato and with half a cup of garlic butter for $24. The signature cactus cut fries were limp and soggy with grease...awful) needless to say I won't be returning.

Worst service EVER at any Boston Pizza in Canada. The meat in the Beef Dip was tough, the au jus was served in a small ketchup dish 1/2 the size of the bun, the server was none existent, we had to ask 3 times for lemon for my water, music was loud. Which brings me to another point; why is it that EVERY Boston Pizza has no acoustic baffles to drown some of the din?

If you are on a budget do not expect to get anything fancy, the food was extremely over priced, I ordered 2 Tuscan mini pizza's and the cost of that alone was $40 plus taxs, I can get a large slice of pizza and a drink for $5 at Luigi's. Did I mention ONE burger alone cost 14 dollars? yea.. Anyway, other then that the staff were very friendly and not slow at all.

It's a Boston Pizza: Reliably good food, a good selection of beer at a reasonable price. I had a spicy chicken sandwich (who's exact name I forget, but it's the one with the jalapenos on it). It was very tasty, but also very spicy. I like hot food, but that was about an 8 out of 10 on my "still good but not painful" scale

We went to this place because we always had a great experience with Boston Pizza. The lady passed out table 10 times, didn't even bother to ask if we need a refill. Finally our food arrived... Cold burger, patty was not only cold but dry. Bun on chicken sandwich was dry, crusty and meat was cold. Usually someone passes by to ask "how is everything?" But no one come... Finally we asked other lady for a cheque and left. We are not coming back.

Still a nice sit down meal, but over the last 20 years a continuous degradation in the food makes me more disappointed every time I go there. I'm from Philadelphia and have been eating pizza all my life so I wanted to see what Canada thought American pizza should taste like. I ignored the red flag of the price in hope of something special because in America pizza is considered cheap food. I was robbed because the pizza isn't special and I had to sacrifice my firstborn child to afford one large pepperoni pizza. Please learn from my family's sacrifice and avoid this shop and their extremely overpriced pizza.

Is the Thai chicken wrap supposed to be a hot or cold menu item? Mine was cold and soggy. The grilled chicken breast was cold even though it was burnt. It tasted like one of those wraps you would pay $6 for in the refrigerated section at a gas station. Should have stopped for lunch in Medicine Hat instead of this brooks location :(

Went for dinner to celebrate my oldest girls acceptance to University. 3 of our family members got our meals but the oldest did not. Waited 15 minutes hoping her meal would come but when it hadn't arrived went to speak to a manager. After telling the manager the issue we waited another 5 minutes only to find out the meal hadn't even been started yet because it hadn't been rang in. Do your self a favor and don't bother going in. Manager that came to the table was apologetic and said they could make something quick but clearly that's not the truth cause the couldn't get my daughters order right. Plus my wife's steak was raw when she ordered medium and the potatoes tasted like they came from the microwave.

There was barely a stitch of sauce on the pasta I received. I asked for mushrooms, and got a grand total of 5 very thinly sliced, barely present mushrooms...the pasta with LITERALLY 2 tablespoons of sauce in a huge tray of noodles. It was late, I was tired, but I gave them a call. I spoke with Colleen, the manager. Her phone etiquette, her care, her kindness and sincerity really stood out for me. She was very apologetic and gave me a few options as to how she would rectify it. I told her I didn’t want a new meal because it’s so late, but she assured me she could be there in 10 minutes to deliver it herself. This impressed me! Things don’t always go right, but how that’s handled goes a long way. The unfortunate thing was that the second meal that came was no better than the first. I guess that’s just how their food is, so I will never order Boston pizza’s pasta again, because it’s by far the worst pasta I’ve ever had. I would’ve taken canned pasta over this. The food gets zero stars, because I just threw two containers into the garbage now rather than one, but the management is great and Colleen deserves 5 stars. I will add that the delivery lady that brought the initial delivery was great. THIS PLACE WOULD BE UNREAL, IF THE FOOD WAS GOOD!

Then as we were leaving our waitress started complaining to her co workers we only left a 10% tip RIGHT INFRONT OF US. I absolutely love going to Boston Pizza for ribs. I've went more times than I can count, and each time I am astounded by how good the ribs are. They are always fall of the bone and tasty, really putting Montana's to shame. To top it off they have great service and staff to make for an overall exceptional expierence.

One of those few times when the meal comes out looking as great and delicious as the picture on the specials menu! I had the chicken dill burger with salad. It was fantastic! The cook even came out to serve them to us which I think is great. Courtney B was our server and she was on top of everything. Our food only tool about 2/3s of a drink to be ready and it was decently busy when we went. I would definitely go back to this BPs.

I mostly enjoy Boston pizza. The layout of the restaurant is not the greatest. I often choose the bar side so you have a window view. The menu is dynamic and offers a lot! The prices, however, are too high. For a standard medium pizza and drink, it’s an expensive night out. And the quality doesn’t meet the price point. If you’re looking for a fast food experience, you’ll find it here. The servers are always awesome and welcoming, and the beer is always fresh. The sizes are pretty huge, and I love that. But again, the price point is on the higher side. I wish there were more healthy options available. I’ve tried to order the bowls and salads, but they are not worth the price. They often have live music, which could be nice, except I find the bands are usually obscure and far too loud. It makes for conversation at your table impossible. Overall, my partner and I go here often. When you find your items you enjoy on the menu, it’s nice to know they are always there to have. My personal favourite pizza is the pierogies pizza, and cactus cut fries, nacho style.

43 minutes for the food to come, pizza was way undercooked, pasta had the wrong sauce, cheese bread had no cheese but here's the kicker, my pasta was supposed to have fresh mushrooms, when I asked why it didn't the actual supervisor goes and brings me a side of UNCOOKED FRSH MUSHROOMS and when I said this isn't going to work he offered to wrap it up for me and to top it all off there wasn't a single apology for anything, the single star they get from me because I must admit the place was clean.

The Boston Bellini was amazing. The waiter told me it was gonna rain and me and my friends insisted on sitting outside.. then it rained and then they found us somewhere to sit inside, they were so nice about it. We ordered a good portion of the menu, all the food was hot and delicious, the dips are incredible. I'd order the calamari again but it was honestly little squids in it. So cool and gross and I ate them.

Plus the side salad it came with was the tinest side salad (it was the same size as the one that came with the kids meal) it was also lousy. And my burger was falling apart and did not even have any ketchup on it (or brought to the table for me). I left still quite hungry. I ordered off the main menu and not the lunch menu but still I got tiny portions... much better places to eat than here. I could not believe how little food i got on my plate... Don't wasted your money this place ripped me off. Plus our wait time was not good and the restaurant it's self was really dingy compared to most other BPS that I have been to. Very disappointed. I can see this restaurant going out of business soon at this rate...

I won't suggest anyone to go. The girl who took order said we are closing so hurry up. They were closing at 1:00 am and it was just 11:00pm, so we order thai bites , steak and pizza , and pepsi, tropical thunder dessert. She brought pepsi and it feels like they out of CO2 , we had pop afterward. She brought pizza and steak, but thai bites should have come first(that's what starter means) , but she actually forget to order. Furthermore i asked my steak for welldone and it wasn't, and they also forget to put tomatoes on my pizza, instead of tropical thunder she came up with apple blossom(which she didn't charge us) . Overall only fries and a Can of pepsi was good. And you can get that from MCd or kfc as well.. Thanks

Food is great, especially with the recent addition of the 10 dollar menu. The bar area has 10+ TVs, so its great for wtaching sports. The bar area service is outstanding too. The beer list here is horrible though, nothing local, nothing decent. The only drinkable one is Heineken.

The Boston Pizza lunch specials are limited to only a handful of $10 items including six different types of pizza and a few sandwich specials. However the lunch hour service was excellent and the food came in under 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this as a quick in and out spot for a sit-down lunch.

Came in with my wife and kids, we were seated and waited forever to order food. Ordered appetizer and meals, then proceeded to wait almost an hour for our meals as people around us sat down ordered, ate and left.
