HAD TO PUMP THE BREAKS ON THIS BUSINESS... I HAVE ORDERED TWICE MORE FROM THEM SINCE AND AM SORRY TO REPORT A SERIOUS DECLINE IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD. So very disappointed ???? if I owned that business I would be very worried chewy cold greasy meat next to no parsley HUGE chunks of white onion OLD white onion falafel was dried out to the point of ? Saw dust, what a shame the flavour is there just not the quality old hard dried out wrap more like a tortilla chip but tasteless sad really. I DID have one wonderful lamb wrap there about a month ago what a difference a month makes... I GAVE IT 2 MORE TRYS AND WONT BE BACK ????This is rare....I can’t remember the last restaurant I actually gave a positive review to and I’m NOT that happy to please. I had the lamb shawarma I ate EVERY BITE the lamb was a little chewy but the flavour more than made up for it. The tomatoes were FRESH not soggy n pulpy like every other restaurant in GP, THE ONIONS WERE FRESH and not great big mucky pieces either. I’ve been in GP for over 2 yrs now and had given up COMPLETELY on eating out. The service was great, informative, polite and genuine. I WILL be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place. Good job and thank gawd you are here in GP. ❤️

I always get the Thursday Special….I love this so much but unfortunately every time I get it, it is different. Some times it has croutons, sometimes they fry peppers & onions with the chicken. All the time they forget the salad dressing. It is disappointing because when ordering I always remind them but still it is forgotten. Consistentancy is extremely important!

Amazing service! We ordered a falafel wrap and the beyond meat platter with half rice a d half fries. They were also really nice and let me replace my salad with the grilled veggies so my baby could have some too. The food is very fresh and flavourful. I also love that they have vegan garlic sauce so that our entire meal was vegan. It was our first time visiting an osmow's and this experience made us want to visit again. Highly recommend!

I got Chicken on the Rox I think it's called. It's on their fast menu and my goodness fast is an understatement! From ordering to walking out the door may have been 2 mins. No joke. And delish! Super greasy, hardly any spices. You can taste a flick of what you should, and there's so much grease it literally ruined one of my shirts. I see people say it's authentic then you've never had real shawarama because osmows, saij and titos are below the bar. I was hoping osmows would at least be better than saij which was flavorless and too chewy.

One of the best place to eat healthy food. The food quality is mind blowing. I had Osmow’s at this location with my wife and my daughter last year since from that day i became regular customer at Osmow’s every weekend i go with my family and i my favourite chicken Shawarma my daughter is always excited about weekends because she looks Osmow’s more than i do. My new favorite!! I have waited way to long to try this place and rarely write reviews for franchise food joints but this place deserves all the praise. The chicken Shawarma Poutine is absolutely dripping with flavors, chicken super tender, and fries crispy. Also tried the beef shawarma and rice and the combination of sauces makes any dish from this place epic. Haven't tried any of the wraps yet but they look deadly. Word of caution, when choosing your spice level. Medium is hotter than you think. Go with mild or little if you don't like spicey. Also don't pass up the baklava!

If you crave for something different than the same old same old, you can try this awesome Shawarma place. It's decor is trendy and maintained clean. Good menu choices for all kinds of food groups, beef, goat, chicken, beyond meat and falafel (veggie). You have the option to customize the ingredients, you can select bowl, wrap or other middle eastern bread. Taste was beautiful and I will definitely go there again.

The chicken shawarma that I ordered, to be quite honest, was disappointing. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and they put way too much hot sauce on it even though I requested only the smallest amount. The rest of the "veggies" consisted of mostly iceberg lettuce with a huge pile of raw onions. Not impressed. The side of fries on the other hand were really good. Looking around at the other foods available, I think that possibly ordering one of the bowls or something other than the shawarma might be ok, but I definately wouldn't order the Shawarma again

It was my first time visiting the store and the guy we spoke to was very welcoming and very knowledgeable on what they offer. The chicken pallet was so good I should have go with a little more spicy but it was a very good heavy meal and they have generous serving and also the baklava was authentic I've been craving for it for a long time now and the baklava made my day!

I am a weekly visitor to the Kingston location but this one disappointed me. Most of what I received was rice, with only a small amount of actual shawarma meat. In Kingston, the shawarma will cover the rice to the point you can't see the rice underneath the meat. Not the case here at all. Also the beef shawarma at Osmow's is supposed to be cooked/marinated in tomatoes and onions, which gives it basically all the flavour. The beef shawarma I received at this location was only plain shaved beef, with no tomatoes and onions, and the whole thing ended up being quite tasteless, since the rice at Osmow's has little flavour and generally only gets taste from the meat and their version of "shawarma sauce", which is actually a sugary mayonnaise. I adore shawarma and although the Osmow's chain is the McDonalds of shawarma, it's still usually decent enough. In this case I'd say spend a few dollars more and go to Shawarma Garden and get fresh tasty shawarma, and a much larger portion of it too, as well as salad, potatoes, pita bread, and real shawarma sauce.

I only gave 3 stars though because I ordered online, chose "skip the line", my order tracker they give said it would be ready in a few minutes, only to go inside and have to wait an additional 10 minutes after about 3 other people waiting for their orders.

Brockville and Kingston have made mistakes.Also refused me my money back before the food was made because a substitution couldn't be made for medical reasons. Felt quite uncomfortable after leaving the restaurant due to the staff's inability to follow mask policies. Two employees while I was there removed their masks while either handling food or talking quite closely with another customer. The employee who was handling the food had her mask off for 5-10 minutes. This was in front of around 5 other employees all of whom didn't say anything to the employees about removing the mask.

It was a good portion but more like a chain store quality. When you order a plate dish, it usually comes with a couple of pieces of pita breads at regular shawarma stores, but they instead make a sandwich and give you plain rice and salad separately. I was a bit confused, but anyway, we got enough for everyone.

I love Osmosw, not doubt, can have it every day possible, but this specific location always disappointed me, every time i go there end of the night, their meat is always burnt and hard as rock, they absolutely don't bother to hydrate their meat, sometimes even after paying extra for the garlic sauce there is never enough garlic sauce on food. Kingston, i never have to even ask for any extra sauce, their rice and meat always taste fresh and soft, they keep everything hydrated enough. This is a new location they should be working harder to make new regular customers, but its absolute opposite. I was excited we will finally have a osmows in brockville, keep telling my friends and other people how good it will be. However, its always been a straight up disappointment. Again i do recommend Osmows, its absolutely great, but just not this one. Bad thing is is just not just one time. As compared kingston its literally 2/10.

I was expecting a really good shawarma given the reviews but I was a little disappointed. Although the veggies seemed fresh, the sandwich didnt taste good to me. The lady asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said no, just extra garlic sauce. She then added sesame sauce (which I didnt ask for - and completely ruined it for me) I found the sauce tasted sweet and a bit like ranch dressing. The chicken was pretty dry as well. I ate about 1/4 of the sandwich and threw out the rest. The size is great for the price. The customer service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately I just didnt like the sandwich overall.

First time ordering. Just demolished the chicken shawarma wrap! The guy at the counter was absolutely killing it; explaining the ingredients, warning me about the hot sauce (I like a good kick on my wraps) - just great customer service all around. Very nicely surprised by this Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. You can eat different food than the usual fast food and it was really delicious. I got Tuesday's special Phyllis chicken and it came with rice, chicken vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, onion, salad, zucchini). You get olive oil and the sauce was wonderful. Will definitely come again for trying a lamb shawarma next time!

I went here with my roomate for a meal. The staff are friendly and food was very tasty will definitely come again.
