Very rude people and if you get all you ordered it's surprising. They don't tell you about specials and they hide the deals if they can! Worst food I ever ate at a KFC in my life! Only got half my order and was told to let them know when I wanted the rest of my order. I will never eat at that one ever again. Chicken was full of grease and french fries tasted like cardboard and we're cold.

This location is hit and miss. Usually takes quite a bit longer to get your order when you go in as opposed to going through the drive through. My last experience last weekend was the opposite of that statement. Sat at the drive through and was not spoken to at all. After about 3 minutes, real ones, drove around to go inside as no one had spoken to me at the drive through despite a barking dog and my boyfriend saying "Hello" right before pulling around. Thought maybe they were short staffed, I was wrong, there were about 8 people working and 1 person in line. If there was another KFC in Brockville this would be my last resort for KFC instead of my only.

Without exaggeration, I don't recall the last time my order was competed correctly by the Brockville KFC. Food seems more greasy and not as fresh as other locations. There's a lot of great food options available in this wonderful town. Try somewhere else.

Chicken is extra greasy. Staff are sometimes rude to the customers. The soda from the machine has an after taste as if the machine hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Half the time when you go there they tell you they have no chicken left. The dining area really needs to be updated, along with the washrooms. Usually the wait time is quite long in drive-thru.

Sadly this restaurant does not do justice to its chain. The food is hit and miss. Today for example, my chicken was over cooked, dry, with the breading definitely overdone. The poutine was a large clump of melted cheese swimming in a puddle of gravy over soggy fries. My wife even had a surprise ingredient in hers; a course, thick black longer hair swimming in the gravy. The service is sometimes quite good but that is also hit and miss. Today for example, my wife ordered the non spicy chicken. She got the extra spicy flavour, spicier than the zinger I had selected. I realize everyone makes mistakes but at this location, the level of incompetence raises far above any other location noticed in this city. The wait times are long, the prices are not worth the food quality most of the time, the restaurant is cozy but the ambiance is friendly. I wouldn't wast time or money here if it wasn't the for the occasional craving. The manager was very understanding and replaced the entire meal which caused me to regain confidence in this restaurant.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing time. In Calgary - regardless of what branch I visited , I would’ve been met with a highly irritable employee that would inform me that either A ) they have four pieces of chicken left B) it will take 45 minutes to turn back all the machines on and cook the chicken C) anger and attitude as everything is mopped and machines have all been or are being cleaned D) no chicken only salad and cold foods left As my Calgary experiences have scarred me. I reluctantly passively tip toed my way into the restaurant. My son is a kfc Addict. There were two employees working there. I honestly have no opinion of the actual food itself, but the workers were so forgiving and kind and generous that the 6 hour misery of driving I had just done completely vanished . I left with a smile spreading cheek to cheek and told my party of 6 that this kfc customer service was worth the 6hoir drive to cranbrook alone . The staff were humorous and so so so kind . I asked for napkins and he loaded my back up with handfuls of napkins and ketchups . Good customer service is such a rarity that the smiles I got when I entered confused me. So so impressed and a lesson to be learned and taught. Doesn’t even matter about the product. It was the best kfc I ever ate simple because I knew it was served by the two kindest kfc employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with ❤️❤️

We ordered a bucket of chicken and thank goodness we used a coupon. We got the 20 piece bucket and the pieces of chicken were so small that a group of 8 people got just enough. The fries and gravy are always yummy. We did try the 2 chicken burgers in spicy for $10 and those were really tasty! Definitely would buy those again.

Well folks here's my review at this location first sign is going in worn down place Dirty the wall has leaks and has mold also inside the store I have noticed that also have a problem my family had ordered meals and it was all cold so we asked for new fresh fries and gave less fries when asked to put more fries was told you'll have to pay extra money afterwards the second sandwich that we have received was not properly cook chicken is very hard like if they would have put it in the microwave I'm sad to say it is gross if I would have read other people's reviews I would have not bothered to even went to this place it's pretty much disgusting worn down and the people that work there don't care and they don't want to be there

1 star is being generous, our food was way more then an hour later then projected time. Our food was missing items. I called the store 3 times to see what was going on I also called corporate like 6 times because their Pakistani call center kept transferring me back to the store cold with even after I requested an escalation floor supervisor or manager. I generally only review positive experiences because if you don't have anything nice to say keep it to yourself but ...... Make sure to always check your bags if you’re order to go. Second time they’ve messed up my order; first occasion was that they forgot to give me my geavy, second time they forgot to give me a poutine’d fries as well as messing up the toppings on my sandwich. Should not have to drive all the way back down to have things replaced/fixed that were paid for. Staff need to pay attention to their chits better. Just ridiculous.

Have always been a fan of KFC. Probably even before moving to Alberta in '74. It has changed a lot since then, but everything has I suppose. First time in several years since the last visit and the menu has really changed. Lots of new items and a lot of the old standbys. That's good and bad for me. Don't care for the extra crispy (too crispy) and the popcorn chicken is too different for me. But the chicken is still great and the hot wings are delicious and spicy. All in all still good eats but like so many things, not like it used to be

Terrible service. I called ahead to order a bucket as they usually don't have enough cooked ahead. When I asked to order a bucket of chicken, the staff said "delivery is closed, closed at 8 pm" yet I never asked for delivery so I said I was picking it up. She then replied with "just so you know, we don't take orders for that little amount, you need to order 100 pieces but we have enough cooked ahead so this time it's ok so come on in". Why was it ok to order it if the delivery was still an option yet when I said I wanted to pick it up, now it wasn't? Why would you turn business away like that? I was calling ahead so if they didn't have enough cooked ahead, they could but clearly they would rather turn you away than cook the chicken. The only good thing was the chicken was fresh & not dried out. This wasn't my first time going there where the service was bad!

Hands down the worst KFC I have ever been to. We arrived at 7:15pm on a Friday and I ordered a three piece meal. The girl taking my order informed me they were out of chicken.... Then she offered us extra crispy chicken because it would be ready soon, but the chicken we received wasn’t extra crispy - it was a soggy disgusting mess. Only the coleslaw was as you’d expect. Order Date: Apr 09, 2015, around 7:00PM Not good...Ordered a 14 piece bucket of all white meat and got a 12 piece bucket of thighs and legs, some of the pieces looked like they were in the fryer for days and inedible...The drive thru guy looked like he was stoned and didnt know he was in the world or not, every time I asked something he was like, "uh, duh, mmm, yeah I think". I knew I should have bolted then but it was already paid for. Last time I went to the KFC in Corner Brook before this was about 4 months ago and I ordered the sane thing 14 pieces of all white meat and I got the regular bucket, almost all dark meat. Seems like if you ask for all white meat it pisses them off... Paying extra for white meat and getting the fryer clean out is not going to cut it, you are dead to me KFC!!! I wanted to give it a zero star review but it wouldnt let me :(

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered for delivery, lady even read my order back to me on the phone. Pay $30 bucks for it and get only 1 item that I ordered, gravy and a drink. And when I tried to just get a refund because I wanted to order somewhere else, the manager wouldn't refund us, on a cash payment and forced us to accept him "making it right". Never eating or ordering from here again.

Well we waited 15ish mins. Food wasnt the best. Service was pretty bad and really the food wasnt KFC. When people say you feel sick or gross after eating kfc and this place was right for losing weight just puking everywhere. Also the guys dont wash their hands. Touching money and the till and everything then goes touch the food. Then they put gloves on then they come touch money and the machines with the gloves on and go back to making food. Terrible food safety .

I ordered a big crunch and a zinger meal and a box of chicken strips and popcorn chicken from KFC in corner Brook. All the chicken who is extremely greasy and was dark and very hard to chew, it looks like they just warmed up what they already had done at the beginning of the day and just gave it to me; absolutely put no effort in giving me a half decent meal. I found a hair in my soft drink that I ordered from KFC, The employees do not wear A hairnet to cover the hair and I ended up finding one inside my soft drink that I was about to drink. I called the manager of KFC for a refund and he said he will give me a refund, but it’s a matter of principle; in these days employees have to be very careful and give fresh food and make sure everything is clean. This has been the worst service I have received from any fast food joint and I can gladly say I will not be returning there.

Chicken was waaay over cooked. Was saturated in grease could see the bones where there was no batter.We got a 10 piece bucket and didn't get one breast either!! Go to Popeyes the staff is super friendly the place is super clean and their chicken is actually great with big pieces of chicken that will actually fill you up. KFC chicken is so small I wonder if they serve sparrows instead of chicken.

This used to be my favourite KFC out of all the ones in a 100 km. radius. We ordered (at the drive-through) the Mixed Bucket Feast plus an additional large gravy. The server was quite pleasant. When we got home and set out our meal, we were really disappointed. There was not one piece of recognizable chicken, and whatever it was, was overcooked. The popcorn chicken, on the other hand, was under cooked. Both the gravy and coleslaw were not the same as it used to be either. We will not be going back there.

The absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. Doesn't have your typical pieces of KFC chicken, looks like they cut them in half? Ordered a 12 piece but was probably more like an 8 piece with some of the pieces cut in 2. Most pieces were missing large chunks of seasoning, possibly from the cutting. Not to mention everything was dried out, like it had been sitting around all day. Gave them 3 chances and they failed miserably each time. I would give them less than one star if I could.

DON'T EAT AT KFC BROCKVILLE A few weeks a go I went into KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) in BROCKVILLE. It was lined up pretty good. I had ordered my food already and was waiting. The people in front of me had just received their food and left and went and sat at their table After watching an order of fries be handled by 3 people then returned up to the counter because they were the wrong size, the owner/manager in charge took those fries and dumped them back into the rest of the fries to be served to me and several others in line, Thankfully a gentleman freaked and ordered his money back refused new order and thankfully the fries were redone but if these people are going to do this in front of a line of customers for a lousy few pennies it cost for a sm frie which he denied that was the reason what are they doing that we dont see. II know a lot of people who wont be returning to KFC BROCKVILLE

Every once in a while I like to treat myself so on Sunday I went through the drive through. I was greeted by a man that had bad English. I ordered a big crunch combo and headed to Ottawa. The Fry's where cold and shriveled and un-eatable.. The drink was flat.. The sandwich was cold but I ate it because I was starving. I was the only one there but another car came behind me.. What it so friggin hard about delivering a decent meal.. Brockville always had the best KFC with great servers. There was only 2 young men busy on thier phones?????

Disgusting, Anyone that gives KFC more then one star has no memory of the good ole days, and has no taste buds. We bought 14pcs with 4 sides @ over $42.00. All 14 pieces were mostly wings and not one breast, and far as the taste it was horrible, box of fries was only half full, the gravy was terrible and not hot, not even close to the way it was a few years ago. Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave if he knew what the company executives were doing. Terrible product and a terrible price. I can only hope that my review discourages people from buying anything from this fast food joint again! I KNOW WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS FRANCHISE AGAIN. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.

They've stopped using chickens and have opted for raven. The birds are so small now and cut into 9 pieces, they must have difficulty not cutting their fingers off trying to hold the birds down while they look for the wings. And at an average of $1.75 /pc. it's kind of getting ridiculous. And say, what's with the DISGUSTING old furniture. Looks like they were made in a dungeon. Buy some new stuff man. Brother! Talk about uninviting!

Kfc is going down fast.. First, they changed there chicken. It tastes like the stuff you pull out of your oven with shake and back on it but let it sit for 3 hours and then re bake it. Ew Popcorn chicken? Pretty sure it's just chicken skin blended up and add some salt. The fries, well they haven't changes, and, there still not good. They changed to a delicious buttery biscuit and oh my gosh! Incredi-bly dry like every joke a make. Do yourself a favor, go to Safeway and get get the chicken sitting on a warmer pad. It's better. Trust me.

I have a gift card from there and they would not honour it. I called 4 times and repeatedly contacted them through fb. They said they had called me back which was a lie and then they told me to go back to the original point of sale for the gift card. The money shows on the card when you go on line. Ok went there with 2 coupons and the woman who served us wrang our order on wrong. She took both our coupons but only charged us for one. Then argued about what we were ordering and said it was extra and not on the coupon when it was the 2nd coupon. Went there with my husband on his 1 hour lunch today. Got asked at the speaker to order at the window. 2 cars ahead of us and it took 51 minutes! Couldn't back out because of the line behind us. New owners. Systems down. But no sign at the drive thru entrance to warn folks of the hour long wait? Had to just drop hubby off with his lunch. And the drive thru line was so long when we left.
