Awesome new to GP place to get fresh healthy food! The wraps are fantastic! I love the custom option in addition to the great menu options. The service was a bit slow as it was very busy and they are new but I was very impressed at how well they were handling everything.

Freshii is a great restaurant for healthy choices. The kids meals are only $5! Take out and eat in are fast. I find that this location is really stingy with the servings and sauce compared to other Fresshiis. The smoothies are too expensive when compared to the neighboring Booster Juice

The menu on the wall was too small to be readable.The soup was good but the annouced price was as if the meat was included, which was not the case. The format could also be smaller. We took a meal soup, a kid soup (both with ckicken) and a tex mex wrap and it costed 29 taxed. Quite expensive for noon meal.

We had tiered trip from Edmonton and was expecting some yummy food went to freshii for eating something healthy had ordered a bowl and wrap from which the staff was more eager to talk instead of making the food and other 3 people waiting in the que as well . Despite of written customized order didn’t get half of the ingredients in my wrap like the avacado for which they charge 3$ extra and Cheder cheese very disappointed with the service and when u expect even the bowl didn’t have Half of the sauces written in the order placed.So when you are super hungry don’t even think to go there as they don’t feel like serving better to the customer ????????????

I like eating at freshii. Have been going for a long time in Edmonton and have been to the Grande prairie location quite a few times the last couple months. I am giving only 3 ???? due to the fact that the last 4 times in a row my orders have been wrong. I also do not like how much dressing is used even when I ask for just a light dressing on my salad. I have now taken to babysitting as my order is being made. Tonight has proved my point as I watched her put the wrong dressing on my salad which should have been on the side. Frustrating.

What a find!!! Hidden amongst all the "make-you-fat" places up pops Freshii. This place is super healthy and the staff is amazing! They help you order with advice and samples. You can eat anything you like and you won't feel ill (or guilty) afterwards. Also - you are not hungry for many hours after eating here. Very good food that is tasty and hits the hunger spot. Will definitely visit everytime as we do the Montreal-Toronto drive.

My mom has severe unknown food intolerances so I expected her to get sick from the food so it was a very pleasant surprise when she didn’t and a bonus that she loved the food so much we went back the next day. The cobb salad wrap is really good and it’s awesome how you can customize anything since I have pretty strange food combinations I enjoy. The staff are also super nice!

Looking at the Ottawa and Toronto sites, the ingredients for a cobb salad are consistent. I was surprised to receive a cobb salad with no blue cheese. Is blue cheese not a standard ingredient? The substituted dressing was also horrible.

Disappointing customer service from the manager on 11/9/2020. Made an order without nuts and received my order with nuts. I have a severe nut allergy. After receiving multiple excuses as to why I didn't receive my order without nuts or at least given a warning that the my order was prepared with nuts the manager reluctantly offered me the option to pickup an alternate order. Didn't even apologise.

The staff were so accommodating! It was only a couple minutes to closing and I ran in to grab a zen wrap. I felt so bad because it was so close to closing but the girls working were delightful and let me sit and eat still! Two thumbs up!

As far as service goes, the staff here are very nice, friendly, and knowledge. I have always received pleasant service as far as interacting with the staff. However, that being said I do not believe their ability to serve is as efficient as it should be. During lunch I realize that the wait times will be a bit longer due to the high volume of people, but I do not appreciate waiting a half hour +, only to have my food be cold by the time it is prepared. Freshiis has a solid concept behind it, but the execution, I believe, could use some work.

Buddha's Satay bowl uses spicy peanut sauce to blend ingredients together and it sounds great but this sauce tastes like bbq sauce from Swiss Chalet, not spicy peanut sauce.

Very disappointed! We were charged $2.30 per falafel per salad (we ordered 3 different salads. 2 cobbs and 1 Umamii) and we received crumbs and not whole falafels. We rely on this as our protein as we are on a strict diet. Also in the salad, received only 1 slice of avocado. Why is Fort Mac cheaping out on the full value of the salad??

I don't think I've ever been to any food place that I have not once been disappointed by the service. Though for the most part it seems to be younger people working here they are always the most friendly and patient people ever.. especially considering when I try to fill out one of their menus with things I want and stand there for ten minutes confused, they're always happy to help and explain things with a smile on their face... Helps that the food is always delicious as well.

Terrible experience. Got off the highway to get a quick and healthy lunch. Took an hour. They spilled hot sauce all over the outside of my salad bowl and it stained my shirt. Tofu pieces were incredibly large and weren’t cut at all.

Freshii has become one of my favourite places to eat out since being diagnosed with a myriad of food sensitivities. I love the custom salad option! I appreciated this Freshii in particular, as the staff were extra cheerful, one of whom came around to the tables a couple times to ask how customers were enjoying the meal without feeling intrusive. This isn't a sit-down restaurant, so that kind of service felt over and above; it was great!

Ordered online three times and each time was messed up. First time I went and it wasn’t ready on time ended up waiting 25 minutes to have it made. No worries, I don’t mind a small wait but when I get a notification saying it’s ready, it’s a little frustrating when I’m coming in on my break quick for it. On top of it the order itself wasn’t made as requested. Second time wasn’t even made to what was requested as well, never added my sub ingredients or added sauce. Third time was the same as the second. I love Freshii the atmosphere is always positive and I get there’s new people working, but they need to read the order receipts fully before making a meal in order to make it properly for the customer.

Friendly staff and great food, but I find that this location is not consistent with their portion sizes. I always order the Oaxaca bowl with chicken -- sometimes it is not filled to the top, while other times it is overflowing and they are unable to put the lid on it. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working out of town, and part of that involves tracking my food intake. I would really appreciate it if the staff put more effort into following the recipe so it was consistent each time.

This is absolutely the best place to eat in Brockville. Put your burgers and fries on hold for a couple of months and try a fresh new experience in eating. Vegan menu is vast, sensational and delicious. They will substitute anything you don't like for something you do. I have lost nearly 3p lbs since October of last year by completely cutting out animal protein (all meat and dairy products). At 55, feel better than I did in my 30's and 40's. Hands down best life chpice ever! Tgank you Freshii for enabling my lifestyle choice.

Lemongrass soup is not soup. A bowl of broth that they add stuff to without simmering so very little flavour. $12!? If you add meat. Not vermicelli noodles as advertised but thick alfredo type noodles. Staff were not remotely friendly. I will not be back.

Half of my burrito was cold. Was supposed to be a bit warm. I ordered on SkiptheDishes from here. I bought 2 bottles of diet coke. Was given 2 cans instead and charged me the price of the bottles. So overcharged me. I will give them some slack, it was around dinnertime when I ordered from there and the Teriyaki Twist Burrito was good. Although I wished it had teriyaki sauce throughout the whole burrito and not just 3/4 of it.

I typically like freshii but this one was bad. Maybe it was an off day. I ordered the Buddha bowl and the broccoli was frozen, the meal was like warm at best and just didn't taste right. First freshii I been too that wasn't consistent.

Healthy food with a lot of flavor. The portions are big. The kids menu is healthy. A lot of interesting menu choices. I love the Tex Mex burrito. Prices are high but the food is high quality.

I have been to this location twice now.. and both times they made my order wrong. This time they refused to correct their mistake. I don't have this problem at other locations in Edmonton. I do not recommend this Freshii. poor service food quality

Service has gone way down over the year. I've had many bad meals there over the past few months. The employees either get your food wrong or they tell you certain parts of your meal aren't available until after you pay. One time I ordered breakfast, and after paying, had the employee told me the steamer wasn't working or wasn't hot enough to cook anything. They wanted me to switch to a salad for my breakfast. I told them I didn't want to because I didn't want a salad for breakfast. She straight up told me it's not her problem. Tried to get a refund and the employee didn't know how. She ended up giving me money straight out of her purse. Really unprofessional and I doubt I'll ever go back.

Food is very good and staff is very friendly. One in particular, I don’t know her name but short, young girl with short wavy hair and she is always lovely. The cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved and should be. Tables are not wiped down enough and neither is bar table. Other than that, my favourite place to go!
