Worst experience in Ontario Waitress overcharged my drinks..be careful! Ask to speak with a manger..said if I don't pay they will call the cops. I feel insulted by the staff and management. You lost a client/several clients.

So.. I walked into the establishment around 915pm. We were greeted with disdain. Then the greeter proceeded to throw the menus at us. A waitress came along and took our rather excessive order, probably in the area of $100 plus tips. Then Miss Greeter confronted one of our guests and accused them of being too inebriated and said they could not serve them. This was untrue and uncalled for and completely disrespectful. Long story short, our party of three decided to spend our hard earned money elsewhere. Zero stars. Would not recommend. Update: after staff slandered my name for blacklisting them, openly bashing me on facebook (I'm a customer), I was then banned from the establishment for speaking the truth. This is how they handle complaints. I would not have returned anyway. I think head office needs to investigate this location. Reviews are terrible. Update: the staff's family members have joined in on the online harassment, as well as I've been told by friends who visited, after the fact, that the MANAGER openly discusses the situation with customers, using derogatory names in reference to myself and my friends. Seriously can't get any more unprofessional than this. They also make staff cry to the point that their parents angrily confront management in store. I could write a novel apparently!

New restaurant in Brockville. Big screens, music, lots of variety on menu, friendly service. It was a full house for Family Day and despite that, we didnt wait too long for our food. Beverage prices are excellent! Meal was very tasty (garden salad may have been from a bag). Apple crumble was delicious as well.

Had the Chucks double burger and it was like chewing on thick leather, my daughter had the kids grilled cheese sandwich and she couldn't even bite thru the crust it was so hard and tough. They sat us in the corner where the sun was blasting thru the window on our faces. We said something about it and the waitress just laughed. Not to sound picky but the flies were really bad in the dining area as well. I don't think we'll ever go back. This was our second time going and our second bad experience.

Staff were friendly and layout of restaurant is huge. Their menus are extremely cheap. On the downside service is slow so it takes some time to get your food and portions are small so you might want to order extra sides if possible. Other than that good place.

The experience was quite mixed. There is a nice atmosphere and we were seated quickly and the hostess had a smile and was child friendly. The appetizer and kids meals arrived promptly and the portion size was reasonable. The two adult meals took forever and we ended up asking where the food was. Two other tables who came after us had their meals before us. My steak was cooked as I asked but it was at best warm and certainly not hot. We arrived just before noon and it was after 1:40 by the time we were out the door, this was not satisfactory. Also there is an ill defined 3% surcharge tacked onto the bill. So overall the food was ok but the service was marginal and having low prices and then adding a surcharge seems a bit questionable.

Tried this one after having not so great experience in Napanee and it seems this isnt much better. Food was flavorless and the Cesar tasted watered down. Complained to waitress who didnt seem to care much as the bill came at full price and nothing offered to us such as a fresh drink.

Excellent and Delicious ???? I went for dinner tonight with my family and enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner . My wife ordered half chicken and I ordered steak and lobster dinner . I was impressed with the size of the half chicken it was huge unlike other places around town . The steak and lobster was very delicious and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was very friendly and received quick service. The restaurant was busy and still managed to follow all COVID guidelines. I am totally ???? % going back , absolutely love the environment with music and TVs it’s the best roadhouse setting in brockville with the best menu options at an affordable price . ????????keep up !!

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner (steak and lobster tail). It was delicious. Our steak was cooked just as we ordered it and the lobster tail was not rubbery. Our waitress, Kasandra was genuinely friendly and cheerful. We will absolutely be back and recommend Chuck's Roadhouse in Brockville to all our friends and family.

I was looking forward to trying the food at chucks roadhouse. My friends and I decided to go and try it tonight. We got seated and I order the steak and lobsters. Steak medium. It also comes with fries and corn on the cob. When my food arrived, I recieved a PC of corn on the cob which was black on the one side and crispy. The steak was bleeding all over my plate.i didnt recieved any sauce for for the steak. No butter for my blackened corn. When they finally brought my lobster to the table. My sauces were on the plate but by then the rest of my food was cold. The waitress gave me a five dollar discount like that matters. I paid 30 bucks for food I didnt eat and a beer. The food was horrible the service was just as bad. The whole time I sat there, all I kept hearing the waitress say to other customers that were complaining. She just kept saying the kitchen is a mess tonight. Not very good for business. Another table walked out and before the waitress even came back. 1 table was complained about the coffee. Just seems like this restaurant doesn't know how to do anything right. I will never recommend this dive to anyone and I will never go there ever again. Just disgusting

Visited Dec 30, during ice rain storm. Pleasant atmosphere and layout. Split a smoked meat sandwich with girlfriend. Fries were undercooked and a dill pickle and small coleslaw would have been a nice touch and typical in most restaurants. What bothers me is the "honest to goodness" fee, applied aparentenly to pay for the extra quality of food. It's only 3 % but I would like to know 1) where the money goes. 2) and why it isn't simply added to the price of the food. Because right know it's added to the entire bill.. You could call it deceit except they are very outfront in applying this "tax". It's a petty thing but someone is 3% ahead of the game involving many, many $. By the way, the servers tip out their kitchen staff......Nice. No rush to go back.

Food was decent. Server forgot some things but still charged us for them, it was too busy to bother her to change it. Never got refills on our drinks. There was only one server and it was a busy lunch service. Despite the minor issues, the server was nice and we still enjoyed our visit.

OMG. buffalo chic fingers get sweet very mild sauce. Shareable cedar salad is a single 6inch pile in a 12 inch bowl plate, no wear near shareable. Steak is well at one end and medium as ordered the other and then a extra side of corn beside being cold was literaly 1 section. Hard to immage if they served 3 pieces at every other chucks what's going on also .75 cents to get the actuall buffalo hot sauce ... asked the server and the reply was guess the kitchen messed. No offer to fix or remark of removing from bill. Top it off. No chocolate sauce for klondike. Qhen Asked "how do you serve missing a key ingredient" the reply is we just leave it off..... OMG... are these guys in brockville serious. I dont see then staying in business long. Maybe corp needs to serious investigate. 75.00 bill and not a single manager visit or offer to change or fix. WORST chucks in ontario... . . . .

Ordered a medium well porterhouse, somehow they managed to cook the steak medium rare , medium , medium well and well done. The corn on the cob was over boiled , came out bland and mushy , then came the great idea to burn it on the bbq. Staff was very nice .

If there was a 0⭐ they'd get it. Steak came out beyond rare and then they sent it back out RECOOKED and overdone when asked for medium rare . Corn was not edible was there over an hour and they charged me half price which i can't believe they even charged me. most disorganized place I've ever been too including finding a working debit terminal .Also manager told me to go back to where I came from and was very rude and acted very childish. Manager said it was ok to reserve a steak after being cooked and what he charged me was fair when I didn't even eat the steak.

I reviewed the wrong chucks earlier. Brockville ont is the location of the restaurant that we went to. They state that the food is homemade, however the hamburgers are frozen. The French fries were also made elsewhere. I don’t think we will return.

If I could give it no stars I would. We had a reservation made before hand so they could accommodate our group. We arrive and the table is up against the wall. My sister's couldn't fit in between the table and wall comfortably. We get our appitizers and there are barley anything to the portions. When we finally recieved our meals they too were small portions and terrible quality. The chicken was very dry! To top it off I had a full try of drinks spilt over my head with no compensation offered only a simple apologize for the waitress. Do not go here!!! Very disappointed.

The girlfriends fish was raw. The French fries were mushy and undercooked. The chicken was stringy and honestly not very good. I mean the beers cold and the chicken wings were okay, but not overly impressed. Will try again in a few months to see if improvements have been made.

I'm a contractor working out of town and after a long drive from Toronto to Brockville all you want is, to eat at a good place in a timely manner.! 20 minutes to get my drinks, 45 minutes waiting I decided to ask another waitress if she can take my order, she told us that our waitress will be with us shortly.! Clearly my original waitress who by the way was very kind, was very busy taking care of the bar n taking payments from clients and I don't blame her for forgetting about our table. Great food! Staff could have been better. IDs weren't checked and we had 2 more waitresses ask for our order when we had already been served. Communicate guys! Lol. Only real complaint was that we were asked if we wanted onions & mushrooms on the side of our steak, we said sure as there was no price warning, didn't think it'd be much if anything.. ended up paying $4 PER SIDE for them when we didn't even use half because there was plenty in one dish!!! A bit expensive.

The food was worth the money, Serf and terf and salad. We were happy with the service until my salad had a long blonde hair in it. Extremely disappointed because we thought it was going to be our new go to place. My boyfriend then found a fly in his beer. To be fair either could have happened once at the table. All in all it was our third time there and it will be the last. They took off $1.50 for the salads and $5 off for the beer. Shame on you!!

Visited the new Brockville location, which opened just recently, for a working lunch with a client. It was sufficiently staffed, the server was excellent, the portions ample, the prices extremely reasonable (7oz steak meal, burger meal, glass milk, coffee, with 25% tip: less than $32). I was a little confused by the 3% premium for the 'Honest to Goodness Fee' that showed on the menu and my bill, why not just make the $6 burger $6.18? But happy to pay it because the prices are very low for the quality and service. The only thing I commented to the server was that the burger was overdone for my taste, crispy around the perimeter, but she explained the cook must reach 165° and I get that. It was still delicious, nice fresh bun and thick-cut tomato, dill pickle, onion and lettuce, and next time I will know to ask for the sirloin burger rare. The steak was perfect, said my client. The restaurant was full early with retired couples, moms with small kids, and quite a few working people like ourselves, in to enjoy lunch. There were specials posted like $4 10 oz draught beer. I am also very happy that Brockville has provided much-needed employment opportunities for the staff. I think Chuck's will give Kelsey's and nearby burger joints a run for their money!

This location in Brockville was fantastic. The staff was great attentive helpful. The beer is extremely cheap, mostly domestic brands, the food is average but the price will makes up for it. Like come on six bucks for a hamburger! Cost more money to eat at McDonald's. Location is very busy and rightfully so they have a fairly good menu and drink options. I would recommend this to anybody. Keep in mind because of the popularity of the location and how busy they get sometimes the server's get a little swamped and things can slow down a little bit. All the staff tries very hard and you can't beat the beer prices

Took 55 minutes for our server tonight to order our food, while groups after us have already started eating. 25 minutes after ordering our food, our server comes back to ask what our order was again -_- she puts it in the system. When our order came out, another server set it down to us not the nicest way (really seemed she didn’t care either)... and the food was not good at all! And after confirming our order for the second time earlier you would hope to get the right food... hopefully it was our server’s first time serving because i truly get that. My husband and I went there today, big mistake. My husband had a t-bone, small cold piece of corn. Instead of fries he took a Caesar salad which was very small plus the waitress forgot his mushrooms and brought them to the table after he was done his meal. I had the garlic bread with cheese, for the price there should be more bread and cheese on all the pieces not just the middle one. I also had the nachos, they put the salsa on one side on top of the nachos and the sour cream on the other side, which I think those should be on the side. I couldn't eat the last layer as they were all cooked into the paper and couldn't get them off. Not worth the price plus the service is so slow. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Never would go there again. Made reservations, once seated we never got menus or offered if we would like drinks. After 30 mins l asked for menus then sat for another 30 mins and still no server to take our order. I asked to speak to the manager he came over and said "whats the problem" so l told him and still no waitress. He said what do you want me to do about l said l would like a gift card so we can come back another time. He said thats not going to happen. I said its difficult to support local business when we have terrible service. He said l will be right back, as l sat there patiently....... nope the manager never came back.

One star is generous. At least ten minutes before we were acknowledged by our server... twenty minutes by the time we had our drinks... then over an hour before we were offered a refill. Our server then disappeared on break while the manager stood in the dining room looking around but not actually doing anything we finally left after 2 and half hours but had to stand with our coats on for our server to bring the bill...had we not have stood up who knows how much longer we would be ignored.

Extremely slow service, even taking into account how busy it was - several tables who where seated after us were served first. Servicer was very friendly though, no complaints there. Music too loud, you basically had to yell over it to have a conversation with your table....I thought I had gone to a restaurant at 5 pm for a family dinner not a bar crawl with food. Nachos were disgusting! Everything thrown in a pile - all the toppings on a small top layer - nothing but bare soggy chips underneath. The worse part was the cheese ????. It was ballpark liquid cheese, no flavour but a million chemicals. It appeared as if there may have been a few sprinkles of actual grated cheese on the edge but nothing to add to the dish. I ordered a turkey club with a side Ceasar....what a HUGE bust. Bread was burnt, as in charcoal black, rock hard and cold as if it had been sitting forever. It was taken back, which I hate to do and brought back just as bad. This time the bread was slightly warm, drowned in butter on both sides so disgustingly soggy and there was no mayo or lettuce.... Complete Rip Off! Greatly over paid for a side Ceasar that was subpar at best. Can't see ever going back nor recommending the location.

We were here Sunday afternoon, 3-4pm. We had fish and chips and the big chuck burger. Fish was good but the fries were not crispy at all, kinda disappointing. The burger was burnt around the edges and dried out in the inside. We should have said something, but the waitress never came back for a quality check. When she did return with the bill she said she was glad we enjoyed our meal? We didn't say we had. She just made that statement. However, we were there the week prior on a Thursday with 5 other people and everyone enjoyed their meal. Different cook? We will go back one more time to see which meal will be a repeat. Hopefully the good one.

Worst dining experience I can recall in recent memory. We were a group of 4 sitting on the patio on this evening. The patio is small... I think I counted 30 guests throughout the time were were there. COVID-19 had the dining room and bar closed, so that was it.... 30 guests. My wife ordered steak and lobster tail. She upgraded to the striploin and ordered it rare. She also ordered a peppercorn sauce. A medium steak - at best - arrived without peppercorn sauce or cutlery on the table. She pointed out to the manager on duty who agreed the steak was not rare. The plate was whisked away with a promise of a properly done steak. 10 minutes later she returned with the lower grade sirloin steak, much smaller than the original. It is hard to cook a paper thin portion of meat rare. Some of it was more well done. Also... there was no lobster tail. My wife was informed that there would be an extra charge for the lobster - she had not eaten the first one. At that point, she left the patio to go sit in the car. I would have expected her meal to be comped but when the bill arrived, not only was her meal on the bill, there was even an extra charge for the 2nd lobster tail. I was mysteriously discounted at the bottom of the bill. Poor service all around. This restaurant will not be seeing our business again.

It was the worst experience.. there were 6 of us for lunch.. we ordered appetizers.. which came out fairly quickly.. lunch was a whole other story.. 4 out of the 6 of us received their lunch after a 25 minute wait.. 30 minutes after they received theirs meals, we received ours. Everyone else in our group was finished eating. So.. the burger my husband had ordered was cool and the cheese wasn’t even melted. My wings were horrible and the ribs were overcooked. Fries were cold. We were told another waitress had accidentally taken our food so we would have to wait..and wait we did.. we weren’t given an apology, although the manager did come over and tell us it would be out momentarily..we didn’t receive any kind of a discount or apology, except from the waitress.. she did go to bat for us and the manager gave us a $5.00 voucher for next time.... I don’t think there will be an next time. They obviously don’t respect their paying customers.. Good by chucks roadhouse..

Reserved a 7:30 pm, 4 person table for patio. Patio was almost empty but we were none the less sat at 7:50 pm. Server service was fairly chaotic. Food delivery was slow (20 minutes). Ordered fish and chips but the battered / deep fried fish was obviously also flattened by a spatula in a frying pan seemingly to warm it up after sitting for a while. Other presented foods also not up to par. A disappointing visit to a restaurant we had not visited before today.

Food has been excellent at every visit except this evening. Undercooked tasteless fries, overcooked chicken quesadillas and pitas bread that accompanied spinach dip literally snapped into crumbs. Chicken parmesan with barely any sauce and under cooked pasta. Wait staff very pleasant. Will go again as this is the first unhappy experience and maybe someone was just having an off night.

I went to Chucks reluctantly with may family, I was not surprised at the terrible food. I have two, almost adult children, and a husband, each were unhappy with their meals. I ordered chicken that was so dry I couldn't even cut it. So disappointed that Brockville brought yet another chain restaurant that does not serve our community well. We were there for my wife's birthday. The food was good for the most part, but the service was lacklustre. I thought maybe they were short staffed but they seemed to have more than enough. I had chicken and ribs with fries and it was very good. My wife's filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Her baked potato was microwaved not baked, and the cob of corn was past it's prime. And the side of mushrooms had been forgotten. I asked a girl for a glass of ice and she said Sorry, I'm the hostess and kept on going!! Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is sports bar with loud music. With all the other restaurants in the area, we probably won't be back.

First of all the menu said the meal came with corn on the cob but we did not get any. When we inquired where it was we were told that they ran out. Unfortunately we were not informed prior to our order and it was not communicated to our waitress either. We were offered a salad during the middle of our meal. At that point no one was interested in it. The presentation of the food was unimpressive. Also I believe they may have mixed up our orders. I ordered medium but my friend ordered medium rare. My meal was very bloody and his meal was overcooked. Waitstaff took forever to clean it table or top up our drinks. Had better service and food.

Chuck’s Brockville absolutely stunning patio . So nice to finally get out and have some great food!! My wife and I went out first time after the lockdown for a meal on their patio. First, our server was so awesome. She was so attentive and caring with our first experience. Very pleasing demeanour and positive attitude. Nailed everything spot on!! The food was amazing, I had the back ribs and my wife had the New York , spinach dip both cooked to perfection. The portions were filling . Both my wife and I are so pleased with this experience that I highly recommend this fantastic establishment. I will definitely be going back. This guys are doing a fantastic job !! This place was long due in brockville ????????

Just okay. Walked here with my friend and 7 month old son for dinner, got the chicken club, bruschetta, and chicken fingers. Chicken fingers were so dry they were barely edible. Chicken on sandwhich was still pink so I didn’t even mother eating it, since it took our waitress 20 mins to even serve our drinks, I figured I wouldn’t get new chicken in a timely manner. Gravy was very salty, tasted like it was out of a 25 cent package. We were not offered any kids menu, kids crayons, or anything for my son, which is fine. They didn’t sit us at a table that was appropriate for a high chair, so it made eating with him kind of difficult, and the picnic table was right in the direct sun, (why the waitress thought the table was appropriate for a 7 month old and family is beyond me) she was nice but I only saw her twice during the whole experience, and had to ask another waitress for a refill on my drink, fries were also cold. People were also being seated 5 plus at tables, which I believe is against ontario COVID guidelines right now. Some tables were not 6 feet apart, and they were not enforcing the rules that masks have to be worn when you get up from your table . Place was so packed and everyone so close together that it was hard to even maneuver the high chair to our table, overall, the food wasn’t great, the wait was too long, and we didn’t feel paid attention too. We won’t be returning.

Well today I ordered the chicken parmesan garlic cheese bread and the baked pasta, had I known that it was going to be two chicken fingers cut into 5 pieces put on top of very overcooked pasta and then baked I probably would have went to the Brockville General Hospital and beg them for some of the inpatient food that they serve. Cuz that's definitely 100 % higher-quality! Literally the worst chicken parmesan I've ever had in my life, my garlic cheese bread didn't have any cheese on it and was dry, it was those bagged ciabatta buns that come in a cluster that you get from Sisco, again super super low quality. I would strongly recommend buying Purina Dog Chow before trying this dish, definitely lost me as a customer and I will be making a point of letting everybody I know, know just how horrible it was, on a positive the server was very professional and decent to deal with same with the person that took my order on the phone. If I could have gave below one star for the food I would have but for the service I would definitely give at least four

YUMMY!!! We stopped for lunch, and ordered a cheese burger and a 7 oz sirloin. Both were cooked to perfection, the flavor was fantastic, the gravy needed extra bread to make sure not a drop was left behind. The service was timely, and the last time I saw prices this reasonable was $20 years ago. This is my new favorite go to when we come to Brockville!

Although friendly, it took over an hour to get our order (3 appies) Orders were mixed up, and then at bill time we were charged full price for the appetizers, which took 20 minutes to correct! Something "wrong with the system". I hope some of their service kinks get worked out and they can get things running smoother because we'd like to visit again.

The original hostess showed up with the menu Nd stated she had forgotten about us. Got our refreshments and food and then had to request cutlery. Ordered dessert and waited 25 .minutes for it to arrive. So requested it to go and our check. Waited another ten minutes. Paid our check and left what I consider a very minimum gratuity of 15%. Normally leave 20 to 25%. Will not go back and do not recommend..

We had a party of 11 up for a funeral, Saturday night we called in a reservation around 4pm for 6-630pm (as per the day time manager) we showed up to the restaurant at 610pm, and low and behold they could t accommodate us for 25 minutes. And that came with the stipulation of sitting on the high tables on the bar side we had 7 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 11. The young women trying to help us informed us that the day time manager failed to write in the book. To add to the frustration a party was in just before us and was seated, I would recommend going to Chucks in Napanee they are very unorganized. We had tried the night before but it was an hour wait ( we didn’t make a reso, hence why we thought we did this time) it’s a shame because the family was looking forward to enjoy a meal there. You win some and you lose some, this restaurant lost two nights in a row.

Second time going there , our server this time was good but our food was okay, not great.

Unfortunately, my first experience was not great. This restaurant does not take reservations. My family and I (7 people altogether) arrived at around 4:20 and asked for a table. We were given an electronic alarm and waited for 20 minutes. After a check-in with the hostess, the wait would be 30 minutes longer. Other families were entering the restaurant and were given tables. Though it was packed, there were some smaller tables available that could be combined to accommodate seven people. When asked about this, we were told the tables had to be set up a certain way. Though the hostess apologized, there is no excuse for poor customer service, and it seems that there are other customers who have had similar experiences. Instead, my family and I went to a different restaurant nearby, and though we did not have a reservation for seven people, we were given a table in a big room at the back end of the restaurant. We had the room to ourselves, the service and the food was excellent, we could chat and hear ourselves, and it was the best dining experience I ever had. And, it was my birthday.

First time here. I ordered the smokey mountain burger and fries. It was delicious. Loved the bbq sauce on it. My girl ordered the chicken and ribs with fries. The chicken was good and moist. The ribs weren't exactly fall off the bone but they tasted good. Big gripe is that they skimped out on the fries. Barely a handful. Our server was absolutely awesome! Great service! We will go back.

My wife's steak was exactly what she ordered and very tender. My ribs were a bit dry but the flavor was good. Will definitely give them another try.

Very disappointing, after over an hour wait finally got our food. Ribs were tough and full of cartalidge. The porterhouse steak tough and bake potato undercooked.

Normally a great place to eat. Take out is a bit different. They didn't have all the extras in the container for our sandwich and the styrofoam containers made everything soggy. Next time we'll eat there!

I went for the steaks and they did not disappoint! Sides were good but the Porterhouse was amazing. $6 for a 30oz mug of beer and $25 for a good Porterhouse! You can't ask for more than that.

Revised review: Went there for a birthday dinner and I have you say I really enjoyed the visit! Service was excellent, waitress was very attentive and came to the table several times to make sure we didn't need anything extra. The food was excellent. Ordered the steak and lobster tail, steak I ordered medium rare and it was cooked almost perfectly, flavorful and juicy. Lobster tail was cooked well, texture was good and had a nice amount of seasoning. The corn was very improved: juicy and sweet! The fries were much better, I asked for crispy and they were perfectly done! I'm glad to see the improvement in such a short period of time! Well done and I hope this business does very well! Got the 2 lobster tail dinner. Came to around $27 with taxes. As I realize this location had just opened, I didn't expect everything to be perfect however I was quite disappointed. I tried calling the business a few times to place a takeout order and the call went straight to voicemail. I went in to place an order instead the next day during lunch and told the bartender what I wanted and gave her my phone number. As I thought she was going to put my order through I told her I was going to leave and come back. The bartender couldn't give me a time for how long it would take the food to be made and it was busy so I figured I would come back in half an hour. I returned and the bartender said that I had left and she never put the order through. Now as she took down my order on a piece of paper and I gave her my phone number I would have thought she could have called me to confirm that yes I did indeed still want the order. I had said I still wanted the order and it took a little over 10 mins to make. The kitchen was good about putting everything I needed in the bag for utensils and condiments. As for the food- the corn had no flavor, the fries could have been better and the lobster I found a bit over cooked however the flavor was adequate. I give them 2 stars because I realize it was rushed to start the business and it's going to take some time before it's well established. I look forward to seeing it improve once it's more established.

Superb deal, originally went there on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent food for an affordable price. I only ever go there now for the half priced apps after 9pm. I can bring my girlfriend there and we can both eat a good amount for food and the bill is never over 40$ for the both of us. Will be going there and continue to go there for a while.

AAA one place . Yesterday visited chucks brockville at around 7 pm family of 4 . Ordered porterhouses medium rare and nachos . This is the best steak I have ever had in a long time . The nachos itself was a good portion to start with . This place deserves more than 5 stars . The servers were pleasant and even though the place was busy they were keeping on top of it . Management was around our table asking us how we were doing. I have been to quite a few restaurant around in this town but this one tops the list in service and food .. keep up the good work , I will be visiting it again soon .

Been here twice now. My young son and I took a nice motorcycle ride this eve for a bite to eat. The manager was there both times. She is simply a class act. Wanted a lunch out before 28 day lockdown and made bad restaurant choice! Steaksalad was BAGGED lettuce mix, with a bit of fresh tomato, croutons& blue cheese dressing...and tough beef pieces. Disappointing and waste of money. Friendly server who had no comment when I gave my take on what I'd been served. Last visit to Chucks.

My partner in crime and I went to dinner Saturday evening and we enjoyed absolutely everything! The server was on top of everything and up selling so casually and not pushy. The bartender was great to help everywhere and everyone. The hostess was busy clearing and cleaning tables and tending to the customers at the door, she was so sweet. Our meal was wonderfully cooked and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Thanks for helping us have a great evening out!
