The pizza is good and fairly priced & a family friend recommended. However we will not be returning as when we arrived the staff were NOT wearing their masks. It was tucked under their chin, and they did not pull it up despite standing over our pizza to cut it. We had to ask them to put their mask on properly in which the woman replied "I keep it down because it's hot in here." I work in fast food & even people with asthma can slip it on quickly to pull a pizza out and cut it. It's not hard, and this was super disrespectful. Anyone with someone high risk in their home or in their family should 100% NOT come as they are not sanitizing, cleaning, wearing masks or gloves. They are NOT following COVID policies. Even after this is all over we will not be back as you guys do not care about the health and well-being of your customers. I have contacted head office & reported this.

Excellent customer service from driver. Online deal great value. Overall pizza was enjoyed by family but everyone was unhappy with the lack of sauce which was very disappointing considering I ordered extra sauce. Also, ordered bread sticks which were super dry and disappointing.

If I could give this place negative ratings I would. I still have terrible anxiety a year after my dad and I tried to eat here. 241 is NOT wheelchair accessible, and when my dad and I found that out the hard way (we were laughed at when asked if there was any way he could get in) we were not happy. Only to have an employee come out of the store after us, screaming at us until we stopped. He then continued to call us miserable and I had to step in between him and my father as he got closer trying to physically fight him. I wish to never see that employee on the street, and never try to eat there again.

Can't say much for the food as the service was pretty bad I decided not to order. We called in first and was not on the phone for more than 15 seconds and was asked to hurry up.we thought that was a joke so decided to go order in person.when we arrived to start our order from the man with the beard and glasses he was rolling his eyes and acting as if we are putting him a great deal out of his way.if I ever felt like I would get spit in my pizza this would be the place.i feel sorry for the owner that one guy is bringing his business to the gutter.

So good and walking through the town with some hunger and found this place, the attention was not bad but not good, the place is not dirty but not clean so it is a place that does not add much to your trip and apparently they are not much interested in tourists in the area, so daaah x (Original) Fui al tour pequeño de las mil islas que en realidad. No está. Tan bueno y paseando por el pueblo entre con algo de hambre y encontré este lugar , la atención no fue mala pero tampoco buena,el lugar no está sucio pero tampoco limpio así que pues es un lugar equis que no te aporta mucho a tu viaje y al parecer tampoco les interesa mucho que haya turistas por la zona así que daaah equis

My friend and I got panzerotti's and garlic bread with cheese. It was a reminder of why we don't get 241. The garlic bread with cheese is 4 pieces but only 2 pieces ended up having cheese because of placement issues. And we actually had to tear the panzerottis open to make sure there was indeed sauce inside. I'll hand it to them that there were lots of toppings inside but not impressed overall

Went there on Sept. 1st, around 8pm, before going to an event. Upset stomach all evening, chills and green in the face. I was feeling great before that. Luckily I didn't throw up at the Legion. The evening I was looking forward to was completely ruined.

I was a very good customer up till tonight, our pizza took over an hour and when i called they said that they were still going to be fifteen minutes because I did not answer them when they called me(and never received any calls).. then i asked for a discount(very nicely)and was screamed at and told NO multiple time and hung up on me . I am extremely angry and will never order from there again. i also have a very sore ear now

The website has the option to order lactose free pizza (that costs extra) after I ordered I got a call saying they don't have lactose free cheese. Bad for business. Cheese keeps in the freezer just fine. If the company(website) offers lactose free cheese you should stock it somehow. How many people have been turned down I wonder. They lost a customer and pizza pizza wins this one I can get a lactose free pizza there for no extra cost and they always have the CHEESE.

We enjoy going in there. My daughter likes the gumball machine where you can win a free slice. We often eat in there when we go to the public library. It is not too expensive. We tried the Detroit style pizza the last time we were there and I would recommend it.

Horrible customer service, blantatly lie about delivery time. Did not include all items and ridiculously expensive low quality pizza. Does not deserve your business. Will not even try to make things right after their own errors. Took over 90 minutes and broken record response we do guarantee times.

This is a visit for our kids every time we come to Brockville. They love the pizza and we love the price. We have to wait normally a little for the pizza to be made but at least it is fresh.

I had a Hawaiian pizza delivered last nite to Fairway Crescent. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I had one 1.5 weeks ago and it was good too. I used to live here 17 years ago and is still the best pizza in Brockville. Thank you.

Ordered dairy free pizza, received regular. When offering allergen free food this company doesnt take caution and has done this once with cheese and another time they gave regular wheat crust to a celiac friend. Absolutely not worth the risk for you other pizza lovers ! Management blamed me and continued to tell me that I ordered wrong (when you have food problems you dont forget how to order) He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. There are so many delicious options in brockville for pizza. Please steer clear of this disorganized and uncaring business . :(

I am a fan all of this pizza place in downtown Brockville whether I drop in to buy a slice or if I order for delivery. I find their products to be consistent and quality unlike some of the other pizza places in Brockville where it's a hit or miss kind of thing. I will definitely always order from two for one

I went to Canada for the first time with my husband and my two kids. Because it was too cold out site we decided to order pizza from the hotel room instead of going out. After 40 minutes waiting I called the pizzeria an they said the pizza was on its way and usually takes 45 min. They also said that the pizza guy went to my room and I was not there.......we never left the room. After few minutes later, I received a call from the hotel saying that the delivery was outsite. When I went down for my pizza there was nobody there. I looked around and asked but no one saw the pizza guy. I called the restaurant and they never answered the phone. I'm very upset specially because that night, they left two kids starving for a pizza that night.
