Whitetable did an incredible job on our wedding. They all not only made it the perfect day for us, but for our guests and even the other vendors. People are still talking about the catering, and the entire event, which each of you had a huge part in creating. We would recommend Whitetable for anything that needs to be catered or planned, they worked with our vision and made suggestions we wouldn't have even thought of but that made food at our wedding an experience. They took our scattered thoughts and created a beautiful day, and went above in service and helped immensely in the planning process. I was lucky enough to have white table cater & provide bar service for our special day. White table has service like I’ve never experienced; from sitting down for a tasting, chatting about my initial vision to serving the best food I could have imagined that day. We chose a buffet style and I have never seen a more beautiful set up for a buffet, kept with the whole theme and was so stunning. Absolutely every guest I have spoken with since has said they have never had such an amazing meal at a wedding and I can agree. My expectations were high but they blew them out of the water. Each member of the team was so thoughtful and amazing at their jobs. Courtney was my main contact and was beyond helpful with everything. I can’t say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them for any event!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had them cater for our wedding 9 years ago and the food and service is just as amazing now as it was then. I've enjoyed their meals at various events since then and they have never disappointed. Recently we had a chef prepared dinner box from a friends wedding - the instructions were clear but I was blown away by the quality of the video instructions that came with it. Could really sense the heart behind it! My wife and I had so much fun preparing the meal and gave us so much joy from our own home, which with the pandemic and being home all the time hasn't been easy. Over the years it's not only because the food and service has been excellent but everyone at WTC genuinely cares and is passionate about what they do!

My family ordered White Table's Christmas dinner box this year, and couldn't be happier. Besides the obvious ease and convenience of a fully stocked box, the directions were simple and thought out, allowing for each item to be prepared to it's peak potential. Complete with fresh herbs, garnish and dried oranges, a meal had never looked this beautiful on our table. Coming from a particularly "foodie" home where Christmas dinner from scratch is a huge deal, we give this experience 10/10!

With this being our third go at planning a wedding, we had now spoken to A LOT of vendors. I always left conversations feeling unsure, a little frustrated, and felt like it was all about money for them. My experience with Courtenay and White Table couldn't be more opposite!! She was professional, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about what our vision was for our special day. As many brides know, you have about 10000 email threads on the go, and Courtney was amazing with follow-up without ever coming across pushy. When planning a wedding, especially during this time, it's hard for both parties to adapt to the changes. But having understanding vendors, like White Table, is a huge stress reliever! Planning in a pandemic, we had a lot of changes and ideas, and she was able to navigate everything. We also loved that they were able to coordinate all of our rentals, including set up and take down. This made our event seamless, taking a ton of effort and stress off of us as we looked forward to the big day. The food at our wedding was delicious. We were able to pick the menu and beverages that suited our tastes, giving our guests a chance to sample food we like to eat. The service team was professional, quick and friendly.

Can't say enough great things about Mark and Carly and how they operate White Table. We hired them to cater our wedding and it was the best wedding decision we made. From the first contact to the last, they were professional, personable, kind, humble and accommodating. As well, the staff they hired were quite reflective of who they are as people. Just a really well run operation from the planning stages to the wedding day itself. Now the food...Mark is a genius in the kitchen. My father, who is not typically a fan of west coast cuisine (he loves his Asian food), could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was. The feedback we got from family and friends was that it was one of the best wedding dinners they've had. If Mark opened a restaurant, I would be a regular patron! Furthermore, we found that both Mark and Carly have a great eye for decor and aesthetics, so the presentation of the food was beautiful, modern and simple. We also appreciated the "one-stop shop" aspect of their business. White Table offered services to assist us with various points of the organizing/coordination, as it pertained to the reception. Mark and Carly came highly recommended by my best friends, who got married a few years back- they just adored the both them and their service. I can say we had the same experience. We felt they truly went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend White Table.

We had the pleasure of having WTC as our catering team for our wedding on May 30, 2021. Due to covid-restrictions, we’re not able to have our original 150 people reception. In fact, we had to cancel our reception. But WTC came up with this creative idea of packaging our wedding plated dinner into a box that’s delivered to our guests homes, where they follow a step-by-step video on warming up and plating their food restaurant style! All our guests raved about the quality of the food and were happy with the generous portions. It was a 3 course meal packaged in a beautiful box with customized ribbon colour to match your event theme colours and a dinner box card. It was truly a unique experience for our guests while keeping everyone safe! They also prepared our ceremony guests with bottled lemonade that guests can take home with (also covid-friendly!). Pictures attached are some of the creations our guests did with their dinner box! It was fun seeing all our guests pictures of their dinner at home! The WTC staff were professional, communication was always prompt, and the attention to detail they have is exceptional. If you want to wow your guests and have something unique for your event, they can customize it the way you want! I imagine it would be pretty hard to find another company that would top the standards of WTC! If you’re on the fence about booking with them, just do it! You won’t regret! ps. Special shout out to Chiantelle (who no longer works there but have been such a joy to work with) and Courtenay who have been amazing at helping us plan every single detail of our wedding!
